The OohRah team is dedicated to giving individuals the tools needed to achieve «fitness today, health for life». Darelle Joiner, CEO, founded OohRah Fitness because he is passionate about helping people to live better, healthier, more fully, and with more energy. We at OohRah Fitness believe healthy living through exercise and good nutrition is a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet or exercise plan, and it needs to be learned and then supported over time.

Darelle Joiner

CEO/​Founder

Darelle Joiner is an American Sports and Fitness certified Personal Trainer and certified Boot Camp Instructor. He has additional certifications from the National Association of Body Fitness as a Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Technician. He is a former Marine, former collegiate athlete and has had a long career in federal enforcement, most recently as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Air Marshal Service. Darelle is now pursuing his passion — changing people’s lives through fitness education.
