We had a blow out on the freeway after putting on the spare and driving ¼ mile down the road the spare blew out too.
Thanks so much to Jim that was there in less then 10 minutes our family really appreciated your kindness and worry about us being left on the side of the freeway. You are an awesome guy! These 5 stars are because of you!

We decided to take our family to raging waters yesterday, as we were driving on the freeway my husband’s car blew a tire and my mother in law and family were with him in his car. We called our roadside and they sent a driver from Mach 1. They arrived in 10 minutes. Which was a huge relief. They were fast and had everything necessary to get my family back on the road. A++++++ service.

Quoted me $ 45 (thru insurance co) for a winch out of the mud. When their first tow truck came, it got stuck in the mud. We then had to wait for a second, bigger tow truck to pull us both out. They even broke some of their own parts during the winching. Four hours later, the bill came out to approx $ 380. Not once did they tell me it was going to be more than the original $ 45 quote until it came time to pay the bill. Worst towing experience ever.

WOW! i literally just got a flat tire about an hour ago and MACH 1 TOWING seriously came through and helped me out. I called 12 different tow companies an none of them wanted to help me out (keep in mind this is at i believe 11 – 11:30 pm at night, i mean your tow truck companies, dont you make your living off of cars being broke down at random times durring the day) anyways. i told them my situation and how i didnt have nearly enough as what the «other» tow companies were gonna charge me. the person that spoke with me was very informative from when i would get a call back from tow driver, to changes in anything. and the driver that picked me up was a very funny and easy to talk to person, he didnt make the situation awkward or anything since we did have like a 30 min drive to get back to my house. and this also happened to be my first time actually towing my car back home. on top of that. since i didnt have enough, they generously went out of there way and allowed me to pay less than what they usually charge. this company went out of there way to get me home even tho it didnt benefit them what so ever. this is a GREAT example as to how tow truck company’s should be, i am planning on returning and paying back whatever i owe to them. but i would seriously recommend this tow truck company to anyone and everyone who is ever stuck on the road near GALT/​SACRAMENTO but i lbelieve they are located in galt. HOPEFULLY i wont ever be stuck on the side of the road again. but if i ever do i know that MACH 1 will be the first and only company i use for roadside service. they have made a very unpleasant night into a very welcoming experience.

Had my car towed today to dealer. The gentleman was very nice and went above an beyond to accommodate me and my daughter. I would recommend to anyone!

I used this business tonight to have my BMW towed to the shop. They were on time, called 10 mins before they showed up. Very Friendly and could hold a conversation. If you are in the galt area and need a tow I recommend this business hundred percent

If i could give this company a zero i would. My daughter broke down on the freeway. I went online to look for a tow company and unfortunately I picked this company. When i called for a price they said it was 65 for an in town tow. I texted her the number and when calling to get a tow the person told my daughter what a piece of crap her car was and then when they arrived there were 3 people from the company and after hooking up her car they tell her that they only except cash and when i called for a price they did not say anything about only excepting cash. What type of business is this person running. My young daughter has not experience with this and these people totally took advantage of her. When they dropped off the car they left it parked on the side walk..

Tuesday evening car had a flat tire, had it towed by Mach 1 Towing to my home account businesses were all closed, was informed by driver that towing from my house to the repair shop was part of the service. Called Mach 1 the next day (Wednesday) to keep them informed and told them that tire shop had to order tires for my car, Thursday tires came in at 11:30 called Mach 1 told them I was ready for a tow was informed the tow truck would be busy for 2 hours, waited 2 hours I had to call Mach 1 back and was told they sent the tow truck out on another job then informed me that I would have to call insurance company and get it approved.
Would have appreciated the information on Wednesday or Thursday morning when I was originally talking to them that they had no intention of honoring their agreement.
