If a bunch of little kids did your mold testing, they would be more professional than these people. They were supposed to call me to set up a time to test and they didn’t. It took me multiple calls to get something set up and every single time that I called they were so disorganized that I truly wondered why my management company would choose such clowns to do testing.
Each time they transferred me to talk to someone, I had to give my address again. At one point they asked me for the number of the management company that hired them. I hoped that they would be more organized when it came to the actual testing but they weren’t. They took a long time with the test results. If I had known they would have waited until closing time I really would have gone with another company.
At one point they wanted to tell me the next day when the construction people (who will rebuild the walls) were supposed to come and didn’t seem at all bothered that I would be canceling on the construction people at the very last minute if the mold clearance test didn’t come out negative. Luckily I ended up canceling on the construction people at 5 pm the night before instead of on the same morning of the construction.
I really felt like I was doing their job, making all the phone calls, making sure things were on track. Hire someone else.

I called them because I need an asbestos test. They told me they would have a salesperson call me back for the type of test I needed. I told them to please write down on their note to call me back as soon as possible because I really needed the test for a demolition I was doing.
Needless to say, I can’t comment on their actual services, but just their customer service. Luckily, I found another company to do the testing. Now i’m going to get my test results for the asbestos and they still haven’t called me back.

I wish I could give Titan 10 stars for their business. I have dealt with them once and was without a fail because the team of inspectors have exceeded great expectations.
Story time — I guess we recently had a storm and some area of the roof came crashing down and water just poured into our office. My coworker and I did some Unilocal research and since Titan was nearby, why not? But nooooo, one of the other co workers called some other company … so we had a little competition… whoever gets here first or cheaper, wins! So, the boss called, got a quote, and next thing you know, someone is already on his way to save the day. And guess which company was it? Titan! Ding ding ding… we won a dry shirt. If only we had our roof checked out before… I wouldn’t have looked like a drenched mess that day… thanks a lot (cant name our company just in case my boss reads this and attacks me after… but Im pretty sure he knows haha) Anyway, the guy came and did his inspection, scribbled his notes, and helped with the water damage control.
Staffs– I have dealt with a few members on the team as well and they are undoubtedly, the very best of his field. The Titan team is extremely professional, knowledgeable (able to answer all of our questions), responsive (got here in the ran for us), and are fun to work with. They can be serious but they can joke around as if we knew each other since grade school. That is what I like about their business. Why so serious?.. and look mean all the time?
Price– I think it is a little pricey, but it is worth it. You either not spend money and get attacked by the mold monster or have the roof collapse on you… or spend a little to spare you the trouble? I don’t know about you but I dont want to go that way… lol. But seriously, fist pump.

Service was good, but billing is a pain. They have contacted me several times for payment without any evidence/​record that they have submitted the bill to the insurance company. Just spoke with some guy on the «back end’ collections who says they probably faxed the invoice to the insurance company, but when I asked him when it was faxed, «we don’t have any record».

This company is very fast & efficient! They were referred to us by the restoration company that was taking care of the water damage our office had. Titan responded promptly to our call and they provided the testing results within the week! The tech that tested our building was very knowledgeable, prompt, and answered any questions or concerns that we had while he was there. I would definitely use them again if environmental testing is needed at my work or at home!

They only do testing — charge too much for it. Was referred by ServiceMaster who was not clear on that. If you can, call a company that does the work also, might save money.
There is a company called EnviroCheck where you can take samples yourself and much cheaper.

Super incompetent. I should have known that since it took four calls just to schedule an appointment but I had no choice since my idiot property management company hired them.
Hire these bozos if you want to hold their hands and beg them to finish their lackluster job.

They do environmental testing for us all the time. Robert the owner is responsive and the do a great job. Lead, asbestos, mold etc testing. Very good.
