I locked myself out of my storage unit, and my amateur bungling attempts to cut the lock made breaking it lock even harder. Joseph totally saved me on a Saturday night when we desperately needed to get into our unit. I would strongly recommend Joseph and Valley keys! Great service and very fast. Reasonably priced and fast service. I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk and the trunk release mechanism was broken. He showed up on time at 7:30 am and had my trunk open and new key made by 7:47 am. Thank you Joseph!

I learned that Joseph’s been in business for 6 years. I was thankful for the expertise he’s obviously acquired over this period after he demonstrated just how quickly & expertly he could program a new transponder key by mating it to my 2013 Camry.
Moreover, I was grateful that our pre-​arranged meeting at the CVS Porter Ranch parking lot started in a timely manner, as I was on a pretty tight schedule that afternoon. The cost of Joseph’s service was also hard to beat!
So, I would definitely recommend him to anyone who, like myself, is trying to compensate for a missing transponder key by buying one less expensively on-​line.
Why only 4 stars? Well, I happen to have higher-​than-​average standards when it comes to customer communications (something I’ve both studied & practiced for many years). It so happens that this is one area in which I think Joseph could use some improvement. But if that doesn’t matter to you, then, feel free to disregard this little note & give him a call; I doubt you’ll regret it!

Joseph was a tremendous help. The hardware stores with their signs that they can do computer/​transponder keys could not help me with my BMW motorcycle keys. Joseph did it correctly his first attempt working off my backup plastic key in his mobile van. Joseph is quick, accurate and understands customer service! HIGHEST RATING!

I needed to get my key fixed desperately because I literally couldn’t start my car so I called and the guy (think his name was Ken) and he was so accomidating towards me! He worked with my time availability and even drove to my apartment to fix it! Took about twenty min, he tested it to ensure everything was OK and was the cheapest compared to every other place I have looked. Then, he hooked me up with a really good and inexpensive mechanic to fix other issues with my car. He even called the mechanic for me to set everything up. Such a nice, professional and honest guy!

I got locked out of my garage (couldn’t find the key and garage door was broken) searched Unilocal and found Joseph. Joseph had the best prices in town (called 4 different locksmiths) and showed up within 20 minutes. In about 5 – 10 minutes he got in through the backdoor and even replaced the lock at my request at a price cheaper than going to home depot to buy the lock itself.
Great Service, highly recommend and would definitely call again if I needed another locksmith.

Joseph from valley lock and keys I would highly recommend him to anyone. We called over 15 locations for pricing and by far he was the lowest. He was very honest, professional and on time. He was very meticulous and clean with his work and most importantly very polite! I usually don’t post stuff on Unilocal,but guys like this deserve a two thumbs up and my five star rating.
