This place is awesome! They have wonderful customer service and very respectful workers. The owner and his sons make you feel very welcomed and valued. I highly recommend this place not only for their high quality work, but for their friendliness. I’ve told friends and family about this place and everyone has been really pleased with their work. Pops and Sons is without a doubt the best automotive repair shop out there!

Wow what can I say! Costumer service is excellent. It’s a family run business very knowledgeable, every employee goes above and beyond their duty. They have a shop dog who is a sweetie pie. I have a hybrid so it’s hard to find a mechanic which I trust. I recommend this shop.

This review is a bit overdue. I really want to thank Pops and Sons for going above and beyond to make sure I was safe. I was planning a very long trip driving alone and although my car was running fine it had not been serviced for awhile. I have not been happy with any automotive repair companies for years so I did some research first. When I called they were completely booked during the short window of time that I gave them. The owner was worried about me driving a possibly unsafe car and made a few calls to fit me in. He had never even met me!
Later when they called I was amazed to hear that they had changed the fluids, rotated the tires, fixed the clogged windshield spray washer, and even dug a stuck CD out of the player. They did a THOROUGH check. They found that my car was in good condition including the brakes that I had worried about. I was also told that there was a minimal leaking brake fluid and a part needed replacing but that it could wait and was not dangerous. I asked if it might be possible to go ahead and get it done. The «sons» (I don’t remember the names) stayed after closing and had everything done when they said it would be.
Then came the bill… much lower than I expected! They didn’t even charge for some of the service. At the other shops they would always find expensive repairs that had nothing to do with why I brought the car in and I suspect weren’t even necessary. So I was really shocked when I got incredible service at a fantastic price. I mean what more could any of us want?
Well there was one more surprise. My car has never run better!
This is a genuine family business. There were a few children’s toys behind the counter and when I asked about them, the «son» beamed with pride while he talked about his family. I knew I was in good hands. These people really care and are expert mechanics. Thank you!

This place is great, competitive prices, friendly service and straight up front answers. I have been recommending this place for years to friends and family and they don’t disappoint.

This place is fantastic. I will never go to another mechanic as long as I live in the Orange County area. The service is fantastic and the mechanics go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. They have stayed open late for us to come and get our vehicle, they have always been up front and honest about what was needed to fix my car, never overcharge or add on ancillary costs/​suggestions (ie: you need a new air filter, you need new windshield wipers, etc.), no upselling, just fantastic service and fantastic people.
If your car hurts, come here and hey won’t BS you.

So everyone that knows me, knows that I have a particular soft spot for family run businesses (as a child of an entrepeneur) and I will always look to support that kind of business before heading over to major stores.
I have a fairly new car, conveniently just past the warranty period, and it recenlty recently started having major issues.
Being the smart consumer that I am, I checked out 3 places for quotes. the first shop near my office and was quoted over $ 2,000.00 for parts and labor.
Third time must be a charm because after visiting 2 shops, I found Pops & Sons. THANK GOODNESS!
Greeted by Ben, who not only gave me the best price and better repair time but with whom I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with knowing it was in good hands. They took the time explain what needed to be done and gave me options. Maybe because it was a family owned business or maybe they are just good people, either way they did the job and did it right.
I would highly recomend for your next inspection, repair or service. T I have my car back and it is running perfectly :) I will be sure to go back for service.
