My youngest brother wanted to paint his used car a different color. I asked him to go to two different places, including this body shop. He went to Maaco out of all places and they tried to sell him the cheapest option for $ 1000. He then went to Michael’s Body Shop and got an estimate that came in just a little bit higher than that, but with the guarantee that no corners would cut… that all dents and scratches would be taken care of… oh and it all came with a three year warranty. Instead of just a day or two, the car would be worked on over a week. I visited Michael’s and spoke to Joe and asked for another estimate. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not try to upsell my little brother. I got the same estimate he got. Just that in itself proved to me that I could trust them. After asking some questions and getting some real answers, I went back home and told my brother that we had found the right place to get his car painted. We arrived and immediately got down to business. My brother had sn idea of the color he wanted and Joe showed us the perfect silver metalic paint for the car, BMW silver is how Joe referred to it. And he took us to the parking lot where he showed us a car that had the same exact paint. My brother loved it and I also thought it was a very classy, luxurious silver. So we agreed to have the car painted that color. On the day Joe said the car would be done, I got a call in the morning. We drove to the shop and saw the car. It looked amazing! You would think it was a new car. My brother loved how tne car came out. I think he spent hours looking at it today. I did a very close inspection and for the price, the quality of the paint and worksmanship is just top notch. Another shop would have easily charged $ 3−4K for the same job. So I was pleasently surprised.
But the surprises did not end there. Joe told me that he wanted to show me something. We walked into the shop snd he showed me tha car’s old hood. He showed me how it was all covered in bondo and warped. I had not noticed the warping before, but I saw it when he pointed it out. So he tells me they decided to replace the hood rather than have the hood warp even more and maybe damage the paint. In my head I was doing the math how much more it would cost now. But guess what? Joe did the most amazing thing. He said he would not charge me for the new hood! I could not believe it. Amazing paint job and repair for a great price and a new hood thrown in at no extra cost. You see, Joe is just the man. He’s a great guy who likes to see people get more than what they pay for. Needless to say, this is my go-​to shop for all of my car paint/​repair needs now.
Don’t go elsewhere! Joe will take care of you as if you were family. He will leave your car looking as good as new or even better! Thanks, Joe. I will drop by soon to have my Fusion’s roof painted in black.

This place is literally heaven on Earth.
I’m not a rich guy. I work hard for all of my stuff, and the one thing I love to splurge on is my car. I love my car a LOT.
That being said, when an old lady merged into my car and destroyed my fender, I was pretty distraught. I decided to source an used OEM fender, and have it painted, along with my new-​to-​me hardtop, which had a few cracks in it.
This is where Joe came in. I visited the shop after being referred by a friend of mine, and was pleasantly surprised. There was a 914 with roll bar sitting outside, and inside the shop there was an old BMW 2002, Datsun 240z, and an old e28 with a fresh coat of paint. This guy knows his cars.
As I walked around the shop, with the classical music playing softly in the background, I noticed the Ferrari and Porsche décor and was amazed. Joe appeared, we discussed the details of the repair for the hardtop and the paint– and he gently took them off of my hands. He told me they’d be finished within TWO DAYS! I loaned him my spare headlight cover so he could use it as a reference for color matching, and told him I’d be back when it was done.
True to his word, I returned after two days to something I couldn’t believe. The paint quality was fantastic, and it matched absolutely perfectly. I was shocked. I’ll be returning back in a few weeks to have more parts painted, and will definitely recommend this shop to anyone else who wants to visit.

Joe did an outstanding job replacing parts and painting my 2006 300 Chrysler. Great price. Car looks new. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been going to Michaels body shop for the past 6 – 7 years and he is the most trust worthy man i have met. Does an excellent job on the car and i have also recomended friends and co-​workers to him as well. Being reliable, dependable and excellent is the way I can sum up my experience at Michaels body shop.

Michael is a very nice guy. He is understanding and goes out of his way to help. The waiting room is very nice and cool. If you ever need body work done, I highly recommend this place. It’s a hidden gem. I’ve gone to many other places, but this place has very competitive prices without reducing quality! I will update when I get my M bumpers painted in the future!

I don’t usually do Unilocal reviews, but I had to for Michael and Joe. Their service is fast, professional, and efficient. I accidentally backed into a brick wall in my sister’s car while she was on vacation. The next day I took my car to get an estimate and immediately following, the car was in the shop. Finished in just two days, the rear bumper was polished and looking better than ever. They definitely saved my rear end before my sister came back. Thanks Joe and Michael! I highly recommend this spot!

I have never ever leave a comment on any of the apps like this, but I really gotta make my comment here. I had my first accident in my life and I was totally lost and didnt know what to do, but Joe (owner) helped me out what to do, and even he adjusted the first inspection report on my car because my insurance tried to repair my car with after market parts, not orginal, which I wasnt happy about it. Absolutely professional, all employees are so nice and kind, especially michael and joe, Such a fair price compared to other body shops (ive received several estimated from many different body shops). Just awesome and outstanding body shop! Highly recommend you to visit if you have a bad day. :) thank you for makin my car just like new.

I have performed body and paint work myself in the past and have a very good idea what it takes to do a good job. My neighbor had a car repainted by this shop — from yellow to black! — and it looks better than factory… so I took my car in after I removed all chrome, lights and trim. Painted the same color as the original and it looks great… and it was done on-​time as promised. I have two more vehicles that will getting similar treatment.
I can highly recommend this shop… besides what body shop have you seen get 4 or 5 stars?

So, I came here about couple of weeks ago filled with anxiety because some random 17 year old hit the side of my car. I went to 5 other places for estimates and this place right here gave me the best estimate out of all of the other places, not only did they gave me a great price, but also they did an excellent job to my car (Hyundai Sonata). The owner and the workers here are extremely polite and actually care for their customers. I highly recommend this place.

The service was excellent! I got into a car accident and took my car to this shop. Not only were they understanding but they made the process of dealing with the insurance feel so smooth. Everything was handled professionally and conveniently. We were very happy with everything that was done to our car from new bummer, hood and headlight. They even offered a ride to and from work since the car service was delayed by a day.

Update: 5 months in, the paint still looks fantastic. I have had a few issues with rock chips on the front of the car, but that’s just what happens with freeway driving. The paint is still in very nice shape, but I haven’t been able to remove the overspray marks in the door jambs. The swirls came out with some aggressive cleaner-​wax hand buffing. I hand waxed the entire car, and the left side still has that wet, mirror finish shine; still better than the original BMW paint. I will likely return for a remaining-​panel paint job at some point in the future.
These guys seem to have extensive experience dealing with BMWs, so I’d trust them for any of your German car needs.

At first, it may be a littttle hard to find them, but man– it’s worth it.
Fast communication, clear prices, quotes, and they will give it straight to you, and deliver.
Fantastic job done with the new bumpers and paint matching, in a very respectable time as well. I recommend this place to any car owner, as well as the BMW owners looking to upgrade to Mtech or M-​sport bumpers. Michael and Joe have done an extremely satisfying job.

This review is based off of right when i left the paint shop. I called two weeks before about painting my hardtop for my car. He owner said $ 200. I was surprised so i came in two weeks later and he remembered who i was which was very surprising! He said 200 and he can finish it by the end of the day. I was scared all day because i felt that would be really fast. I arrived and what do you know, my hardtop looks brand new with a 3 stage and clear coat finish. It originally was silver and in pristine condition now its in emerald mica in brand new condition! I will update in a few months to see how the paint holds!

This review is just for getting a quote from them, which didn’t happen. I can’t comment on the work they do.
Brought my car in for just a quote on a Saturday afternoon, about 2 hours before their listed closing time. Had to wait about 10 minutes because the main bossman/​owner had gone to the bank. No big deal, i had nowhere else to be. He came back, took him out to my car. I gave him the history of the body work on the car so he had an idea of what to expect (It’s an older car, but not uncommon) He took some photos and told me he would get back to me? Why? Can’t you give me your professional opinion now? I figured maybe because he’s almost ready to close I’ll give him my info. A week goes by and no phone call. When I called and mentioned my car he remembered me right away. Said he’d call me back in a hour… really? He never called back. Tried calling again a 3^rd time, he was out of office, left a message with receptionist with my name, number and car. Didn’t call me back. Guess he didn’t want the money.
I’ll be going elsewhere.

Michael’s Body & Paint is literally a lifesaver! I went here last week to get my front bumper replaced and side door fixed after my brother had driven it for a couple years. They don’t bullshit or try to overcharge you for anything, Joe totally worked out a great deal for pricing and even fixed a scratch on my back bumper as a courtesy. They kept me in the loop with texts/​picture messages on the progress of the car as well.
But they’re the best auto body shop because I had to come back in two days after getting my car back because I had a small bumper accident. Joe felt pretty bad for me since I just got it fixed (and i felt so guilty cause they worked so hard on fixing it the first time…) and he gave me a really large discount.
Definitely come here to get your car fixed!

They are seriously a hidden a gem! Best place I have ever been to for repair and paint job. They are so great ! Very customer oriented and they really care about taking care of your care. They are genuine and awesome guys, the big guy hooked it up. They painted pretty much my whole car (seeing that the only damage was on the passenger side back door), they got me a new hub cap (I was missing one because it was loose and fell off on the freeway and they didn’t have to get me a new one), and they washed/​buffed my car. You need to know about Michael’s Body Shop!!! I’ve been to a couple of other places over the years, and Michael’s is hands-​down the absolute best of the bunch! They did an outstanding job on my black sapphire BMW, and I am delighted with the results. I went in for some touch up body work expecting to spend $$$$ and was absolutely amazed at the great price and extraordinary workmanship!
My whole experience at Michael’s was so positive! Unlike other body shops, where you are treated as a number and feel like you are being ripped off from start to finish, the guys at Michaels are friendly, fun to talk to and took a genuine interest in me and my car. The job was done quickly and my car looks gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier! They even washed and waxed my car. It was sparkling in the afternoon sun as I drove up to pick it up, how cool is that?
Don’t bother with anyone else, take your car straight to Michael’s, I promise, you will have the best experience, get the best price, and drive away with the best workmanship possible. I feel really fortunate to have encountered them, and have already referred friends, family, and even a lady I met in the parking lot at Albertsons!
