Great experience here with the staff and the dentist. Dr. Cheng has very good bedside manner, has a light touch and explains the process as he is working. His assistant has been working with him for over a decade (talk about loyalty!) and they communicate very well as they work together. People with fear of dentists would find their experience with Dr. Chang pleasantly surprising :)
I got a crown done here, and I was impressed by how honest and educational they were about my options. No attempts at an upsell; I appreciate that!
FYI, if you don’t have insurance and are paying cash/​CC, ask for a discount. Most places offer discounts to cash payers, which really helps!

Dr. Cheng and his staff are great. He is very gentle and explains everything he’s going to do. I’ve had a lot of dental work over the years and I can tell the good from the bad. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful place to get my my teeth bright white. The dental assistance are very friendly and caring. Dr Patrick Cheng is so accommodating and attentive. I’ve never had a bad experience or experienced any pain. I’ve been coming here for years and even though I’ve moved I won’t stop. This place is great!

If you’re an adult looking for a pediatic dentist, you have found your dentist. The only insurance we decided to go with an HMO is dental and boy, what a mistake. Dr. Cheng is our designated provider. Granted we chose him but he was the only one in our town. He’s a great person, super nice, etc… but the cleaning took less than 10 minutes. I thought it was because I told him I was in a hurry, but my husband had an appointment too and his cleaning was the same. I also thought it was odd that there wasn’t a hygenist that did the cleaning as usual. This is also the only dentist (and I’ve had about half a dozen in my adult lifetime) I’ve been to that didn’t give a dental goodie bag (ie. toothbrush, travel size toothpaste and floss). That wouldn’t have bothered me if the cleaning was good, but a very cursory cleaning followed by no goodie bag… hm…
