Dr. Fahmey and all of her staff are amazing. They do exceptional work and they are always so kind. I won’t go to any other dentist.

Don’t brother going here! Service is bad, front office not friendly, the office manager was rude and Dr. Fahmy was so horrible to the employee’s. The only nice and friendly person was the only lady that cleaned the teeth. Such a sweetheart! Last appointment was the last straw, horrible experience. Changed Dentist the next day, to Newport Dental in Hawaiian Gardens. Such a 360! Can’t talk highly about them!!!

The financial «closer» in this office is horrible. She kept telling me to have my husband pay for the dental work I needed despite the fact that I kept telling her I’M NOT MARRIED. She also tried pressuring me into getting my estranged family members to give me money for dental work. What the hell.
The assistants I encountered were nice. My x-​rays went smoothly. The doctor was professional during my exam. But when I came back to have 2 fillings done she was short, a bit rude and seemed very annoyed with her assistant. I was really uncomfortable. After all of that, I got in my car and realized I was given silver fillings (I didn’t know they used those anymore). I would have liked to have been given an OPTION, even if it would have cost more. In addition… BOTH fillings broke in under 4 days. I called and the girl told me that the doctor couldn’t see me until my next scheduled appointment 9 days later.
I found a new dentist within hours to treat me like a human. A little more expensive, but worth it. It’s my mouth, after all.

Dr Fahmy and her entire staff are the most helpful and pleasant people I’ve ever seen. I am a very apprehensive and difficult patient on the dental chair.
This is the first time in my adult life that i continue and finish all my treatment with no hesitation and best of all no PAIN.

Made an appointment for Monday morning at 11 AM. Showed up at 10:45 AM to give myself some leeway. At 10:45 AM, their doors were locked… fair enough, I was early. Went back in my car and waited for 15 minutes. At 11 AM. their doors were still locked… okay, I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Went back in my car and waited another 15 minutes. At 11:15 AM, their doors were still locked. Left without keeping my appointment or getting an X-​ray. Never coming back again. Would definitely not recommend.

Make sure ur on time 4 ur appt or else u will pay the price by having 2 wait over 2hrs 2 b seen! Ridiculous do not recommend going here!

The slowest dental establishment I’ve ever come across in my whole life.
They work like turtles here and that too you may believe that slow and steady wins the race; on the contrary the slow jobs are still sloppy and have errors. If not uneven filings then, loose cement in the mouth after adjustments, crowns falling off. Pain after each visit. Cleaning isn’t as thorough as other local dentists. Dr. Fahmy’s heart is certainly in the right place but everything else can be reconsidered.
Time is money you can’t keep people waiting for hours just to be seen then when seen do an incomplete job!

Dr. Fahmy is WONDERFUL. She is kind, caring, puts the effort into finding out what you need. That is also extended through their office staff. Everyone is so kind.
I went to another dentist and Dr Fahmy had to finish his shoddy work, and to be honest, I was grateful that I changed midway of my treatment.
I got a great set of dentures and completed 5 crowns for less that $ 2000 with my insurance. Crowns were $ 185 instead of $ 600 that other dentists were charging and my plates were $ 1500 each elsewhere, $ 1500 total here.
The dentist made clasps to rest my plates on for comfort and the guy who builds the dentures comes into the office and does additional fittings, adjustments, etc. (for free even and they said come back any time even for a simple adjustment.
I had an issue with my insurance. When we submitted the claim of all the work, my insurance refused the claim. So the Office Manager, Anne, got smarter and billed my treatment little by little, and each item was paid.
Bottom line, this Customer Service isnt even service, she treats you like a friend, with warmth. She took extra steps while doing my drilling and making sure I had enough shot since my mouth is super sensitive to drilling.
Again, there is NOT ONE WORD I can say that was bad about my experience. In fact, they helped me restore my faith after having a terrible experience where I got ripped off at another local dentist in Buena Park.

This review is for Dr. Schneekluth and the Garden Grove office. I have to say that after three years of going to Dr. Schneekluth and having my Invisaligns done, that I am extremely happy with the result and experience.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Schneekluth & Co. as everyone at the office is always professional and wonderful. Before seeing Dr. S. I have always struggled with my teeth. I had already had braces twice and headgear as a child. When I came to see Dr. S. he put me on a plan that really worked for me. I first had a palate expander, then I did the Invisaligns after.
I paid five thousand for the entire process which was a really great deal. This price included the numerous visits that I’ve had over three years and Dr. S. was always patient with me when I didn’t wear my Invisaligns enough and thus… dragged out the process a little.
Anyways, I highly recommend Dr. S. and everyone at the Garden Grove office. I am still completely amazed at how great my bite is and how all of my snaggle teeth have straightened out. Come to this office for super friendly service, great value, and lots of smiles!

Another smooth visit to Buena Park Dental Center! The older I get the more I realize how important it is to visit the dentist. I sure am glad I found one that I am very happy with.

I put off the dentist for a while because of really bad experiences with Smile Care Dental in Anaheim.
The staff at Buena Park Dental is helpful and friendly and Dr. Fahmy is so nice and made me feel comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever felt comfortable at the dentist.

Pretty darn good dental office! Making an appointment was easy and they have plenty of open times. The office staff and assistants/​technicians are all great and work fast. I was in and out in about two hours, which included filling out new patient paperwork, xrays, an exam, and cleaning.

I am very happy with Dr. Fahmy’s work. At first I was nervous to try a new doctor, as I have only used 1 other dentist for the past 20 years… but Dr. Fahmy was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen for my appointment within minutes of my appointment time and had X-​rays taken and had my teeth cleaned. There was no pain (and I am definitely not one of those people who enjoys going to the dentist) and everyone in the office greeted me with a smile. I was extremely happy with their work and professionalism. Thank you Dr. Fahmy!

Please beware! Avoid at all costs!
The dentist worked on my bridge and a root canal. After a week, my root canal felt «stingy» and felt sensitive to cold and hot drinks/​food. I went back and they told me that there isnt anything wrong and that they cant see anything on the xray as to why my teeth are feeling this way. Uh, I dont care if nothing pops up on your xray… IM TELLING YOU THAT MY TEETH ARE SENSITIVE AND I CANT EAT ANYTHING HOT OR COLD! They tell me to come back after a week or two… now my bridge has issues, too. Ugh! The Dentist drives around a MBZ and has her assistants do everything. I’m truly sorry for going here in the first place. It’s obvious that they only care about the money and not the patient.
I will be changing dentists for sure. Very disappointed!

Worst Denst I have ever been to! I make my dentist appointments around my school and work schedule which is very difficult and on 3 separate occasions they have called me to cancel my appointment! So irritating! Front office girls cannot answer typical questions that I ask them. I had a MAJOR issue with a tooth and called the office on Saturday when they say their open and I speak to the message center. The Dr. was paged 3 times and never called me back, so Im still in major pain and have to just go in on Monday. Also The dentist was extremely rough! I had this procedure done on another occasion and it went fine, but had to come here and get it fixed and man oh man I’ve never seen so much blood on my paper napkin!!! I could continue to go on and on about how horrible this place is but I think you can get the point.

This is a response to the owner of Buena Park Dental:
I agree that Dr. S is an orthodontist that is contracted to Buena Park Dental but only attends patients on Fridays at this location. When we were referred to Dr S by our dentist we were given a business card that had to two addresses (Buena Park and Garden Grove). I admit that I made a terrible mistake by calling the Buena Park office. The owner of BPD indicates: «obviously the receptionist will set him or her an appointment at this location». This statement is not correct because when I called BPD the Office Manager answered not the Receptionist. I specifically requested Dr S at the Garden Grove location but the Office Manager told me that the Garden Grove office did not exist, when in fact it does exist and is the private practice of Dr. S. At that moment I thought that maybe the office had moved from Garden Grove to Buena Park and set up the appointment at the Buena Park office.
The response from the Office Manager was unethical in my opinion because 100% of the business (referral) was diverted from Dr S’ private practice to Buena Park Dental. Yes, I agree that we were treated by Dr S and he will get paid for the work performed at BPD but this will not equate to 100%, because as the owner explained to me over the phone her braces, brackets, materials and office were used. It’s not hard to figure out who will get the majority of the funds. Yes, I had to pay off the Wells Fargo loan because the owner of BPD was trying to complicate matters by telling me that she would refund the money to the bank and that I had to pay her directly. I explained to her that I had already made the first payment and that the loan was issued under my name and my credit and any default would affect my credit.
I called my insurance company on 5÷31÷11 and they could not confirm that the money was refunded as indicated by the owner of BPD. I will check again next week.
My last response to the owner about not understanding; «where is the problem here». The problem is that your office manager was not forthcoming with the information and a referral from our dentist that was intended for Dr S was pilfered by your office. Dr S applied the brackets and braces but at your office using your materials. We may now transfer after the bulk of the work was performed at your office and of course the truth was discovered. I wonder how many other patients are diverted away from the intended dentist.

yes, i agree with those previous reviews. please beware of that font desk asian lady named «trina“she will kinda like force you to open up a credit card just to do treatments that the dentist tells her, she is very tricky ok? she will tell you stories, ask about everything about you then will manipulate you to go back and run your credit so you can start their treatment right away. its kinda like she can hipnotized you or something. im one of her victim, i should have ask for another opinion from another dentist. from that very moment you cannot say no to her. but then again just sharing so people wont go there, i guess its my fault coz i let her run my credit and open up that line of credit. but im definitely wont go back there i will just let do more than a thousand dollar treatment then il go to different dentist that can give me more options and explain whats really going on with my dental problems. the dentist wont talk to u at all, its always that trina. the dentists are not really good, i am in pain for almost 2 weeks now after dental filling. first time ever happend to me in my entire life. worst pain ive ever had. i wish i could sue them but i dont know how? i think the 1 who did my dental filling was just a dental assistant or whatever. shes not really good. i dont know where the dentist went.
so please all the people who are planning to go to this dental clinic. just look for another reliable one that could really explain whats going on with you.

This is probably the worst dental office in the area, if not one of the worst in the world.
I went there two separate times and waited a total of 4 hours. Yes, I said 4 hours… as in 2 hours in the waiting room EACH time. That isn’t including the time it took to do the cleaning. The dentist does a decent job on the cleaning, but is quite rough (and I have a decent pain tolerance for dental work.)
It’s obvious this place is in the business mainly for money since they do not value one’s time.
