I love this place. I love giving them my business and my money. The integrity here is through the roof.
Today Jordan helped me. I haven’t ever met a Jordan I didn’t like … and he’s no exception. He was so over the top helpful and patient. It’s as if he really likes his job and wanted to help me find the right product.
That exists in retail !!! Now I do believe I’ve seen everything.
I returned some products I hated and he helped me to find some products that would suit me better. This place is truly the ultimate experience with the ultimate product selection.
I’ll be back!
Update: the product he recommended me was choice. My house is spotless and I shaved 30 secs off my mile this morning.

Best place to buy supplements Hands Down. The guys in here are helpful and know what they’re talking about… Unlike the jokers you run into at the other places that only want to sell you their house brands. The prices are phenomenal and they have a rewards program (it’s free) that’s legit. No matter what level you’re at… These guys will help you get farther. Check it out.

Always very knowledgable about the products they carry and willing to educate a consumer on what’s best for them. They never try to push something on you and are very helpful with diet questions as well.
Prices are reasonable.

By far the best supplement shop I’ve been to in DFW, both in terms of prices and selection. Actually, this is the nicest Ultimate Sport Nutrition in the Metroplex. The staff is helpful if you have any questions. They usually stock the newest flavors of many protein powders and bars. Use their Five Stars loyalty program to save money if you’re a regular customer. If you can find a cheaper price online at a reputable site, they’ll match it.

My wife went to look for a few supplements for me. Alex was a huge help and even called me to clarify exactly what I wanted to accomplish. His recommendation was great and has really exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate that he took the extra time to help us get what we needed.

I wanted to update my review because Ultimate Sports Nutrition has gone out of their way to satisfy me. They allowed me to return my original purchase and gave me store credit. I just want to say that not many companies would have gone out of their way to help me. I will continue to shop at the Frisco location and I would highly recommend them. THANK YOU USN!!!

Really don’t get all the negative reviews here. The prices they charge are insanely low (wholesale, no tax). I cannot find lower prices for certain BCAA brands that the owner will special order for me when I ask him to. For as long as I’m still training, I hope this business continues to operate.

Brad (owner) and crew has provided excellent customer service for the past year of being a frequent customer. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt service. Awesome prices as well.

Have been coming to GSN for about a year now, periodically refilling on my Hammer Nutrition enudrance products.
Gents I usually interact with are always there, pleasant to deal with and generaly very friendly. While I don’t use them as a resource for nutritional knowledge (I do my own thing, know exactly what I need; I’m not a bodybuilder, I’m an endurance athlete).
One HUGE plus is that they sell Hammer products (shhhhhhhhh) for less than I can get on the Hammer website; although selection is not as varied, I get my basic endurance products: Hammer Gel, Hammer Heed, Hammer Recoverite and Hammer Perpetuem. Not only are they less expensive, no shipping (my only gripe with Hammer is shipping charges for small purchases).
No doubt they are a great deal… best place I’ve found to find products I need.

I’ve been trying to build up a little more muscle on my small frame and went here to buy some protein powder or just get advice, in general.
No one greeted me when I entered the store. There were 3 guys just shooting the breeze behind the counter. So I walked around the aisles, looked at some of the product, had no idea what to buy, went to the counter and asked for help. The one that responded acted like I was bugging him. Didn’t get up, just read off some names of the products and continued talking to his buddies.
So I shrugged and went to look at the powders again. Then I asked for a recommendation on a flavor, which one tasted best in their opinions. Once again, the guy hardly gave me an answer. He basically told me just pick the flavor you think would taste best.
Uh…
This place sucks. I was not helped at all. I blindly selected a chocolate flavored powder and left. Won’t come here again.
(This is not the first time I came here, so I thought the first time may have been coincidental. No, they weren’t helpful on both occassions.)
