Lackluster service. Akin to what you might expect dealing with someone at the DMV. I ended up paying over $ 80 for an oil change with «free» tire rotation. Tires did not get rotated. Hopefully they actually changed the oil. I hope they did something for the hour they had my car…

I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years for you to service all my SUV’s and cannot begin to say enough fantabulous things about «My Neighborhood Goodyear». Starting at the front of the house with the entire front team who never greets you with less than a nice warm smile & genuine «Hello, I’m here to help you!» feel upon entering. Being a young female while bringing my vehicle in for service, most men at auto places treat females with a condensending attitude, but NOT here. Which is just one of the main reasons I’ve returned over and over again, aside from being very trustworthy. Huge thank you for this! Then proceeding to the back of the house, you always have the most knowledgable experienced techs on your team that I’m sure you’ve spent dedicated hours training & conditioning yourself to be a very valuable part of your wonderful team. All in all, you exhibit an outstanding level of service exceeding your customers expectations every time.

I’ve been using this location of Good Year for the past 9 years. I’m moving and hope to find one that gives just as great service as this one. I’m always live with a smile

My fiancé and I have been through quite a few vehicles and we have our oil change and some minor repairs at this location. They greet everyone when they enter with at least a smile on their face. Even when it is busy.
Pricing is really straightforward. Oil changes are pretty fast, but there is free wifi in the small waiting area they have.
I would recommend giving them a shot if you are in the area.
