Smog Master

I called to see if this place had time to do a smog check for my car today and the guy that answered was so rude that I decided not to take my car here.
I asked the cost and he replied it depends on the car. I asked of I could give him the make and model of my car which was met with silence. When I thought we had gotten disconnected, I said «hello?» and he replied with a lot of attitude to give me the make and model. I gave him the info and he grumbled something about $ 48. I asked about the time it takes about he said 20min to an hour, which is totally reasonable. However, he couldn’t give me a direct answer when I asked about the current wait so that I could decide whether to go during my lunch or wait until after work (no appts taken here). I explained this and he still gave me a long story about how he could say one thing now and by the time I get there (even though I said I’m on my way) it could be drastically different.
It’s pretty a sad when businesses act as if they are doing you a favor by providing a service. It’s not a favor because I am paying you, Smog Master! The terrible customer service at this place lead me to the next smog place listed on google where I was properly taken are of– See SunnySkys Smog!

Got a smog check from here. When I first drove up to this business, i was a bit hesitant. It looks a bit run down and dingy. But another local business had recommended me to this particular location.
Immediately I was helped. As soon as I got out of my car someone was already getting information on my car. The guy, I think his name was Hassy, was super friendly and helpful. They got me out of there in about 15 minutes or less. They were really awesome. To top it off it only costed me $ 48 with the smog certificate. (with a coupon).
Hassy and Alex were so friendly, nice and super fast that I would HIGHLY recommend coming here. You really cannot beat the price. They are also very personable.
