Richard and Ben Stockle are the owner and general manager, respectively, of Richard’s restaurant in downtown Fresno. Richard, Ben’s grandfather, opened Richard’s in 1969, and it has become well known in the community of Fresno for its menu, which offers juicy steaks and fresh seafood in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
