History

Established in 2002.

Dr. Sian has been in Fresno, California since 2002 and he has been actively engaged in the practice of plastic surgery. He is a clinical assistant professor in surgery with the UCSF-​Fresno Medical Education Program. He participates in the training of surgery residents and he gives lectures to the UCSF medical students. He is also involved in basic science research activities done in collaboration with the California State University-​Fresno. He holds an adjunct professor position in the Department of Biology, College of Science and Math at the California State University-​Fresno. Fresno plastic surgeon Dr. Sian is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and he is an active member of numerous prestigious medical organizations which include the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), American College of Surgeons (ACS), California Society of Plastic Surgeons (CSPS) and the Fresno-​Madera Medical Society.
