This is a small store with not that many phones on display but they will have the latest and greatest phones available (that’s all that matters, right?) But forget about the store itself. The customer service is where it’s at. The S7 just came out and I wanted to get my hands on it to see if I should make the switch. The associate Deb greeted me and offered to show me a copy of the S7 for me to play with and told me its features and everything. He was very polite and he tells you like it is. Alot of stores pressure you into stuff but talking with Deb is like talking to your friend; very personable. They don’t seem to be busy often so if you’re around the area and have a few questions about your phone or looking to upgrade, this is the place to go!

Amazing customer service. Came here to upgrade two phones. Deb and Danny were the two on staff. Being short staffed, When other clients came in, they acknowledge them with a greet and told them they will be right with them.
While my phones were being set up (took a bit. But my fault for not updating my original IPhone so that it can be easily synced) they helped the other clients. At no point did I feel that they ignored me or got impatient with me.
I was even there with my 20 month old baby girl. And she had a ball with them.
They knew how to multi task when it comes to customer service.
Both of these guys are wonderful to work with. This will be my number one store to go back to.
A+++++ to great customer service. And excellent knowledge on the devices and plans.
TMobile store is very lucky to have them both as staff members!

I came in here a few days ago to pay my final t-​mobile bill because T-​mobile had inactivated my online access since I cancelled their service after 15 years. It’s these kinds of actions that made me want to switch.
I went in to the store and I told the clerk I wanted to pay my final bill. I didn’t have a copy on me so I asked to see the bill. He showed me his screen once he pulled my account. Before he cpuld even access my accoun he had tp verify my address, phone number, and date of birth.
I paid my bill. He asked me which company I switched to and I told him Boost Mobile. He asked me why. I told him the truth– the price of the smartphone plans and for the phones themselves for T-​mobile were more expensive than Boost. I also told him when I just had a regular cell phone I had bad connections and dropped calls too many times.

Simply the best in-​store customer service. Respectful and knowledgeable sales associates helped me decide on the right device. Danny even pulled up the specs on
so that I could choose the phone that was best for me. Deb finished the transaction, set up my new phone and I had my new
phablet ready to go in 40 minutes.
They don’t have an overwhelming inventory like some other stores, so, don’t come here to check some obscure handset like the BlackBerry Jam or take lots of selfies to see which phone makes you look the youngest. If you do have an idea of the phone you want, however, and just want a professional opinion, go see these guys. They are super knowledgeable, they know T-mobile’s plans inside and out, and they don’t make you feel pressured. I have been a customer of T-​Mobile for 8 years and this experience reminded me why I’m staying with this company.
This store was awesome.
