bad service. I called the taxi today at 5:11pm on the Warm Spring Blwd near Marina and it didn’t come till 6pm. The driving distance should is about 6 min but the driver was driving super slow and it costed me $ 16! Not only the price is calculated by time so by the time I find the money for the taxi fee it already grow $ 1!!! The taxi driver said it because I sat there instead of paying and leave. wth is that?! I will never call this taxi again.

My husband and I are are frequent travelers, and we have been using Universal Cab service for more than half a year now, probably combined more than 20 times. David has been extremely helpful. The fare they charge is cheaper than any other cabs in the area, and yet what’s really worth mentioning is the service. David and the other drivers are very punctuate every single time, both dropping us off and picking us up from the airport. All we have to do every time is to send a quick text and David appears promptly. They are also very friendly, and drive safely. David knows the area so well that he will help you to escape traffic when possible. David and us have really become friends now I’d say. We have not been using (or even consider using) any other cab services since we found David and his company! Highly Recommend!

I’ve used this company at least 3 times from Fremont to SFO and they’ve been consistently excellent all along. They always show up ahead of time, are very polite, very professional and they’re prices are very reasonable and 10−15% cheaper than any other Fremont taxi company I used. Their cars are also new and super clean.
I highly recommend Universal Cab taxi company hands down.

Wow, is what I can say about my experience. Instead of a cab driver it was as if a family member or friend gave me a ride to and from the airport. Thank you David, I will continue to use your services and highly recommend you. Safe, friendly, clean vehicles, not rushing to kick you out of the cab, and very punctual. Amazing rates!

Good rates, and very prompt. Gave us a ride to SFO and picked us up when we returned. Saved us at least $ 40 because we didn’t have to pay the SF cab mark ups. Genuinely good people as well. Highly recommended!

I happen to live near the same complex and often need rides to the airport, so upon seeing the taxi parked in front of the building I decided to call the number and give the service a shot. He is friendly and prompt, and even offered my first cab ride for free because we are neighbors (I didn’t accept but who offers free rides these days??? Very nice of him). His prices are also very competitive compared to other taxi services so if anything that’s a big plus.
