Jason helped us to sell our home. The experience was exceptional. From the first meeting with Jason at our home all the way to closing, Jason has always been around guiding us, and giving us his candid opinions. He is very knowledgable to the market, particularly in the Fremont region, and with tons of experience. Most importantly, after many discussion with him, I honest feel that he really puts our interest in the first place. He is someone we can trust, and we will definitely ask for his help in the future should we buy or sell a unit again.

Buying a home is as stressful as it gets. Maybe besides children. So, screaming, pooping, puking, crying children aside – buying a home like an atomic bomb of panic attacks and ulcers. Thankfully, we had Jason Huang to help us.
We had only been looking for a home for about 1.5 months when he found a place for us. Even though he was busy, he always made time to pick up my phone calls and field my questions. And as a first time home buyer – we had A LOT of questions! He was really on top of finding us new properties as soon as they came out and took us to see them right away. We were looking in the Warm Springs area, and he literally knew the HOA policy of almost all of the condos in the area – which was very informative!
I’m only give 4 stars because once we were in escrow process, things got a little stressful. I don’t think it was Jason’s fault, but our sellers were pushing us to close before the 30 days were over-​and a few times it felt that Jason was being pushy as well when everything was out of our hands at that point (all documents on our end were submitted and being reviewed by our loan agent). It seemed as if he didn’t think we had gotten our documents in and was very direct about getting them in. Would have been nice if he had taken the time to inquire about our situation – since directness just added to the atomic mushroom of stress and tears. Once he understood the situation, he was able to communicate that with the sellers and get them to continue with the deal.
Overall, we have Jason to thank for our new home! He helped us negotiate for a really competitive price, and escrow did close after all! He was very fair during the whole process and extremely helpful! Even though he had so many other deals going on at the same time, he did continue to make time for us. All in all, I would recommend going with Jason-​especially if buying in the Warm Springs area.

Since this was the 2^nd time buying a home from Fremont Warm Springs area, there were definitely a few moments where, looking back, we’re being unreasonable urgent but Jason not only took it in stride, but made the best of it. Here are a couple things that we especially appreciated and would like to mention:
Jason is personable and nice, after each open house showing, we felt that he fully understood what we were looking for more and more. Towards the end, there were several times when we were lost in admiring a space and he was asking all the questions I should have been asking!
Jason was completely trustworthy and recommended the inspector and lender on the basis of his experience in the field with them, he coordinated behind-​the-​scenes with my lender to get all the necessary paperwork to them, without us having to be bothered for the majority of it, because of this, the closing process was so much easier than I thought possible!
We felt that Jason advice was always appropriate, when it came to finally buying a condo, Jason helped us negotiate a fair price. We asked him for recommendations for a home inspector and a mortgage lender, and took his advice and they were both wonderful, they’re great to work with, great rates, and very good response times, also the home inspector was attentive and reasonably priced as well.
We just moved into our condo and we could not be happier with how everything worked out. We would highly recommend Jason, and will definitely work with him again. As a first time home-​buyer, I am very grateful for the honor of working
with Jason Huang. I usually do not write any reviews, but I received such exception service from Jason that I was compelled to share my experience.
I had been in the market for a home for eight months, I originally started out looking in the East Bay and had asked Jason for recommendations. He never failed to provide many updates on homes, walk me through numerous potential homes, and accommodate my busy schedule. As time passed and I had not found anything that I liked in the East Bay, I began searching for homes in the South Bay – an hour drive each way for Jason. I eventually came across a home, through Jason’s website, that had gone on the market that day. I gave Jason a call expressing my deep interest, and he met me there that night! He drove through 101 during traffic hour (approx. 2 hours for him) to meet me on a Monday night! I have yet to meet any realtor that provides such «on-​call» service.
Jason always gives good advice, there were times when I wanted to put in an offer on homes with problems I thought I could «fix.» He advised me against making poor purchase judgments based on his own expertise; he was not afraid to turn down a potential sale for the safety and benefit of his buyer.
During escrow, he also served as my advisor – he was completely up to speed on what the mortgage agent was doing and was very pro-​active in dealing with the closing company to ensure that escrow closed in a timely manner (something that was not in his duties). Even when writing the purchase contract he was very thorough and was able to have the seller pay for most of the closing costs as well as home insurance for the first year.
I could not have asked for a more patient, knowledgeable, organized, and amazing realtor. I have asked him pricing/​listing information of comparable homes in my area even after the sale and I have always received very prompt responses (literally 30 minutes later). I thoroughly recommend Jason for his exceptional service.

Jason has been our agent for the past 6 months, and I highly value his insight and opinions on every single property we have encountered. While the belief that it is important to find agents that specialize in the area you want to buy is valid, I think it is more important to have an agent who honestly has your best interest in mind and never pushes you to do anything. Jason bears such characteristics. Jason may «specialize» in the Fremont area, but his several years of experience as a Realtor lends serve him well in his assessment of practically any property.
