Peralta Day Spa

I go to this place often, since my back has major issues. I have had everyone there massage me at some point and they always are great and helpful, they listen to my needs. They need a a couple more people working there, this would help with scheduling. The price is right, the place is clean, and I feel comfortable here since I’m a pretty picky guy.

COCO is AMAZING! She does a great job and has great customer service. I give her 5 stars. the venue was small but nice. But I give the lady that was working at the front desk a 1 star. We called an hour ahead and made an appointment for 3 at 6pm yesterday. We got there a bit early so we waited. Once it was time for our appointment the lady who was working the front said that only 2 of us could go today and the 3^rd would have to go tomorrow. But WHY?! When we already made an appointment for 3 and she should have told us that when we walked in, not when it was time for our appointment. Okay we let that slide. Some guy came in about 30 mins after our massage started and asked to get a massage and she accepted him with no hesitation. It’s not fair or right. She just told us that she was understaffed and could not take our 3^rd person, but let this guy get a massage? Definitely not right! So they called us into the room for our massage at 6:12 and did not start until 6:20 and out massage ended at 7 pm. yet the lady that was working the front insisted that our massage was an hour long. Uhm if you compute that, it is only 40 minutes long. She made us pay $ 40 for a 40 minute long massage. She has horrible service. It is sad because I would love to get a massage by coco again, but only if I can find her at another location besides this one.
