Tile and Grout Cleaning and Color Sealing (this is an awesome process which applies the grout color of your choice and returns your floor to the like new condition it originally was)…I highly recommend asking for additional information if your grout is in poor condition.

Upholstery Cleaning; a great cleaning process customers love. Our thorough cleaning process helped one client save his couch and probably about $ 2500…his wife wanted to replace it because it was so dirty before we cleaned it.

Mattress Cleaning; another great process, customers love being able to save their expensive and inexpensive mattresses with a ECO friendly thorough cleaning process.

Hardwood Floors: this process removes an amazing amount of dirt that has been ground into the finish of your floor. The finish is there to protect the wood so if you want to protect your wood floors and make them look amazing once again give us a call for a free in-​home estimate.

History

Established in 2011.

Kwik Dry is an international total cleaning company that is expanding rapidly not only in number of dealerships but in innovative cleaning methods as well. Beginning in 1967 with the now outdated «shampooing method» (which was the only method of carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning at that time) Kwik Dry soon upgraded to the steam cleaning process. We gradually realized that like the shampooing process, the steam method of carpet and furniture cleaning had its downfalls. Over-​wetting and therefore long drying times that caused mold and mildew to grow in the under-​pad was a pitfall that became a health hazard. This over-​wetting also acted as an oxymoron to our name because in fact the steam cleaned carpet and furniture did not quickly dry.

Kwik Dry has now advanced to the «Kwik Dry System» that is the elite green method available today. The carpets and furniture are dry and beautifully cleaned in one to two hours rather than four to six or more.

Hello, my name is Barry Joseph. After a successful career of over 20 years in the computer industry I looked for a new challenge. After many months of research looking at possible business opportunities I found the Kwik Dry franchise opportunity to have exciting potential. I attended the Kwik Dry training in Miami, Florida where it was clear I would be joining a great team, led by President and CEO Chester Mulligan. Chester and his team have put together a great support system to assist in my success and the daily efforts to provide excellent service to my clients. I have also gained a true belief in all of our cleaning processes due to the clear results and overwhelming positive customer feedback. I really enjoy being there for my friends, family, return customers, new customers, and searching out new commercial accounts to assist in the long term company growth.
