Update: I managed to get the «lemon» Raj, sold me exchanged for an older model Honda accord. Raj refused to refund the extra thousands I paid for the Infinity so I lost money. It been six months and the Honda runs fine (no issues). This was a horrible experience, Be a wise consumer and check reviews first before making large purchases.

Luxury lemon, and fraudulent paperwork filed with DMV, shady Sales tactics I purchased a E320 from them, they filed fraudent documentation to DMV stating they are the lien holders even though I payed for the car in full they refuse to take their name off. Bad enough, two days after driving the car the transmission started slipping, I found out brakes were shot and the front and back struts were bad, which means there was no safety inspection completed on this vehicle before they sold it, and bout a week later a ticking noise started in the engine. The oil change guys said all fluids were close to empty on car and oil was so low and dirty, it hadn’t been changed in several months, and it slightly overheats! Shady manager Joe said car was in great mechanical condition, with no problems and all safety checks completed but could not provide proof. I didn’t think I had a reason not to believe him so I went with it. I have no choice but to deal with the repairs because contract was already signed, I just want their name off my registration and I want my pink slip before I put anymore money into this lemon they sold me!

The head guy Rahbhi called me and fixed the situation, he wanted to do what was right and fair and i appreciate that. I have my pink slip now and lesson learned.

If I could use minus stars it would be minus maximum! We bought a used car from these guys. Once they got the money, it was absolute torture getting anything else from them — things they had promised! The warranty took weeks and weeks of phone calls, when we did get a hold of him he would say he would fax the info and nothing! He would promise and not keep his promise over and over. Forget the car mats they promised, another lie. We made the mistake of recommending them to a friend right after we got the car. The promises they made to our friend were lies, it was a bait and switch. How embarrassing! Find some other place to go, one where people keep their word!

I got a message from a «Derek W.» asking me to remove my review. THIS USER IS A FAKE. This Derek person is really named Rabih, and has written a fake review for H&R. I reported to Unilocal.
Maybe you guys should treat your customers with professionalism and kindness, then people wouldn’t be so pissed and Unilocal THE TRUTH about you!
