For the last couple of weeks my close friend has been searching for a new truck. The people at apex cars made a an easy transaction. Mustafa was our salesman and he was the best. Well after reading the reviews I went in to browse at the cars on the lot. Peter was the salesperson who helped me and he was not your «normal pushy» car salesman. I have to say I didn’t purchase a car at first but I did leave my name and email for a certain car that I would be interested in. After a week or so I had kind of forgot about my visit when my I got an email stating that the car that I wanted happened to be on the lot. I went in and the process was very smooth. I got a fair price for the car I wanted a 2014 TDI Quattro Q7. and I am happy to say I got an extended warranty and free oil changes for a year! I really was impressed with their professionalism and the way they treated both my wife and I. My daughter will be turning 16 soon and I will be back to get a car for her as well. BIG THUMBS UP!

yesterday. We were looking for a 2nd car to buy. I was determined to find a reliable, low mileage, quality car within our budget. After visiting many used car lots in our area with no luck, I found 2 listings online for vehicles at
. We drove there Wednesday morning. Discussed our options at home that night & went back the next day to test drive both cars. As we were talking with our sales rep, Peter H., about the car my husband liked, we found out that it was just sold that morning and no longer available! Peter H. handled this situation like a Pro! I knew he felt bad when telling us, but said they just got in another vehicle that morning with the same selling price, 1 year older and low mileage. He brought the car out to us. It was even better! We went on a test drive & knew it was the car for us, it was meant to be! Peter H. was very friendly & helpful, not at all the typical pushy «used car salesman». I appreciated that. ! He was very personable and professional. He made the process quick and easy, (my 1st experience with a dealership). I will definitely go there again for my next car purchase! Dealing with ApexCars was a very productive and pleasureable experience. Jose Barajas, in particular, was very helpful. He went so far as to drive my newly-​purchased vehicle to my home in Oakland, saving me the trouble of driving back later to pick it up. From my research I feel that the low-​mileage Honda CR-​V was an exceptional bargain and have been very pleased with its performance to date. Being provided a CARFAX vehicle history report was extremely helpful in arriving at a decision to purchase.

Of all the car lots I went to in Fremont Apex stood out leagues in front of the others. The staff and management are very helpful and friendly. The first time I went there I was helped by Jose and the second time George. Both were very professional and answered our questions easily. And if they didn’t know the answer they were truthful instead of telling us a bs answer or what we wanted to hear. I spent a lot more time driving and walking around the lot with George and definitely recommend him if you go to Apex. I forgot the name of the management staff but they they made the buying process very smooth and relatively quick.
My best tip would be to check their website for the prices for any vehicles you have in mind. For the cars I was looking at the online prices were much lower than the advertised price at the dealership. They said it was a sale but if you don’t check the website you might pay much more than you need to and lost a haggling chip.
Overall I highly recommend Apex and this would be my first stop if I wanted to buy another car.

Right after getting my money back on a 2014 Hyundai Sonata GLS that Cal’s VW failed to produce a title for after over 4 months my husband and I drove directly to
to look at a 2014 Hyundai Sonata Limited.
The car was in showroom condition and had been a lease. The CarFax showed excellent maintenance and the body and interior were immaculate (one small scuff on the front valence). The car was silver but I had had no luck finding another bronze one. Other than the color this car exceeded my expectations, however having low miles and being a step up in class it was a bit more expensive.

I explained my previous car buying dilemma to my salesman, Mustafa, and sales manager Brendan. After talking with finance we were able to offer an additional $ 1500 to meet in the middle and take the car for $ 21,000 out the door.
I got my license plates and registration one month after closing the deal! The car drives like new and I’m very happy. Now THAT’S the way buying a car is supposed to be! Thanks guys.

I was in search for a specific car, spent several weeks reading and researching first on the specific car I wanted, and found Apex through carfax that matched my criteria, low miles, 1 previous owner, it was the 3rd one I test drove. Peter was helpful to the purchase and post-​purchase process. Even after the sale, without me asking, he went out of his way to find me a owners manual for the car at his own expense and had it sent to me, which is unlike any previous experience I have had. I would buy another car from here.
I’ve had the car for 3 months now and put 3,500 miles on it, now having spent time with it, I took it into the shop for a inspection and winterization for the mountains by Akin’s on Park in San Jose (who is great), and it was given a bill of clean health. Apexcars has someone go through their cars, and inspect/​clean them before they list them for sale.
I’ve got no regrets with this car, and would buy from here again.

First comes the disclaimer, I didn’t buy anything from them, yet and I’m not in the market for a car anymore.
BUT I love working with Jose. He’s great, was patient with my son as he asked him about every engine part. Yeah my son asked all the question about the engine that I wish I knew.
Their selection is great and it all looks good.
I would definitely go back when I’m in the market for a used car.

We had an outstanding shopping experience at
! Huge selection, no pressure and great customer service focus! We drove off the lot in a sweet little car at a great price…
but less than 7 days after we purchased our car from
we found ourselves broken down on the side of the road 300 miles away from home.

We had purchased the car «as is» and did not buy an extended warranty but since the car broke down so soon after we purchased it, we felt compelled to call Apex and let them know about what had happened.
Even though ApexCars was in no way obligated to help us out, they were very concerned and we felt they genuinely cared about what had happened to us. They offered to take a look at the car but we were too far away from the bay area and had to take the car to a local shop. Apex asked us to keep them abreast of the situation through the repairs. In the end they were very apologetic about what had happened and offered to cover the costs of repairs for us!
… OUTSTANDING, they clearly pride themselves in doing business with integrity!

Me and my family recently bought a 2011 nissan leaf with gary. My dad wants an electric car thats why leaf was the first thing we wanna see and so the dealer told us that is was capable of fast charging but we did not know at that time that it wasnt capable. Thats why right now, its really hard for us to charge and we tried to swap it out with another type of car but lame excuses was given to us.
I just wanna let people know that you should research and try to record the conversation you had with the dealers so you guys wont be ripped off. I know its our fault not knowing everything about electric cars but misleading advertising shouldn’t be said (fast charging).

If you’re looking for a used cars, go to these guys first. They did me a huge personal solid in getting me a beautiful low mileage Honda Civic. It looks and feels great, a car I’ll have for a decade to commute and take my kids to soccer.

Is there a way I can give (10) Star Review? What can I say but this is a first class operation.
My Story:
Unexpectedly… someone totaled my car, and I needed to find a replacement car quickly. I was replacing a MBZ 500 CLK, however this luxury car was no longer in my budget to purchase new. I wasn’t in the market for any particular car, but I had my wish list so I decided to look at purchasing a newer used vehicle with good gas mileage, dependable and looked good.
When I spoke with the the General Manager Craig Perry, he said to go on line and check out the great selection of over (150) cards to choose from. So I was thinking … just another used car lot (ugggg) … however I was pleasantly surprised. The place was immaculate and the cars were all beautiful like a new car showroom. I was impressed.
Next, I was dreading the attack of the hungry used car sales people… Again I was pleasantly surprised by the laid back knowledgeable sales people working at APEX, and I was paired up with Jose. Jose was straight up and helpful. He really listed to me and my wants and needs on my wish list… not looking at me like I was a paycheck
Finally, was the paperwork and financing. Unfortunately. I no longer make $ 200K and no longer have the perfect credit — still recovering the real estate market meltdown. Craig Perry the GM, was amazing. He helped me get a decent loan with affordable payments on a (2014) MBZ 250 C. And Yongi the Finance Manger wrapped everything up and sealed the deal with a shinny coat of protective sealer on my car. I was out the door the same day in a new dependable car with low miles and great gas mileage. YAY!
Oh… And did I mention that Craig even filled up the new car with a tank of gas and dropped off the rental car. Now that’s class.
Today. I brought it back to have the protective sealer applied and WOW is it beautiful — no more waxing to keep it protected. Then Peter, Steve and Robert spent another couple hours making sure my (2) i-​phones were hooked up to the cars Bluetooth system, No more tickets. They were amazing.
Honestly… I never felt so taken care of as a single woman going into replace a vehicle and knowing there were a few odds not in my favor. How many times do you associate trust and used car sales — All of my next cars will be purchased here. This could have gone a few different ways… but It was one of the best sales experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Save your time and money! The only one who earns their check there is the service manager. The sales manager is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. They snuck in something on the carfax report and had me sign the front of the report instead of the back. I have been TRYING to work with them regarding this, to no avail. Believe that I am going to report this to the BBB, as well as find an attorney to remedy this issue and prevent these CROOKS from taking advantage of potential customers!

Came in on a Saturday morning to just browse at their inventory since we were shopping around in the area for a car and right when we came we honestly tried to avoid the salesman bc of previous experiences. But George was truly very nice and friendly! My parents enjoyed George’s customer service and my parents are very hard to please so that says a lot about him! For several months I’d been searching around for a low mileage Chevy Volt with green clean air vehicle decals at a reasonable price, when a terrific value showed up on an Apex​Cars​.Net internet listing. The CARFAX vehicle history report looked good; one previous owner, no accidents, maintenance done — basically no issues. So time to pay them a visit.
Apex is easy to find, right off the Thornton Avenue I-​880 exit. You can’t miss their towering sign. I pulled into the parking lot, and saw the Volt right away. As I’m heading towards the car, George Richardson greats me. He made car shopping a pleasurable experience with his automotive knowledge and friendliness.
After photocopying my drivers license, we go for a test drive. I did some freeway and street driving; the car handled great, and was very clean inside and out. Then we sat down in the showroom and he took down my personal information. The price offered online is what you pay. My only letdown was that I was offered less than what I wanted on my trade in.

Yong Yi, the finance director, made the endless paperwork flow smoothly. Cilajet exterior paint protection together with interior fabric preservation and Portfolio extended service agreements are optionally available. After all the signatures, it was time to drive off in my new used car. No looking back.
I waited about two months to write this review, in case any problems showed up. So far, I haven’t been disappointed.

Bought my Jetta wagon a few months ago and its already costing me. I realize used cars may have a problem or two but this car has more than a few problems. I took it in for a full inspection and the tranny fluid was horrible, the oil pan is damaged and two months into ownership one of the springs on my hatchback snapped. So I can no longer easily get into the back of the car.
I appreciate that this dealership worked with my credit, and I appreciate that I got excellent customer service. What I do not appreciate is that this car was not maintained on the lot. I should have figured that out when the guy said it had been sitting on the lot.
This car is costing me more than I can afford.
Just be careful with used cars here. Drive to a mechanic first.

Oh an if you have kids (and you know it takes a long time to buy a car), there’s a kids room with tons of toys! My son had a blast. Coffee, TV, snacks, and lounge area had movie-​style comfy chairs for tired wives too!

So I see this place has 5 stars. I would have liked to give a full review of a transaction but I can’t because Apex fully ignored us. We brought in our 2014 car to get appraised. They did a bunch of checks on it and said they are interested. We were there for a good 30 minutes. And they said they needed to ask the manager for the final price. We were supposed to get a call in a few hours. Its been two weeks…
I thought it was very unprofessional and have no interest in dealing with them. I rather they told us right then and there.
