Cookie Cop

How is this guy not famous yet? A retired cop, now on a mission to provide healthy, yet tasty cookies is changing lives… one cookie at a time. The cookie cop is the nicest cop I’ve ever met– what other cop would ever sacrifice cookies from his own personal stash after running out of the ones he brought to provide for an event?
I had the opportunity to sample his cookies at a recent event, and I can say I’m officially hooked (apparently Mayor Coleman and Archie Griffin, both Cookie Cop endorsers, are too). The cookies are made without any butter or eggs, and they are full of whole grains, while being low in sugar and salt… even healthy enough for diabetics to enjoy! I think he may even make gluten-​free cookies.
My favorite was the oatmeal cookie– just enough of a cinnamon flavor, without being overpowering. The chocolate chip was good, too. When’s the last time you could indulge in a chocolate chip cookie without feeling guilty?! The cookies were chewy and extremely moist, even days later. Definitely not what I would expect from a healthy cookie!
I know his cookies are currently supplied to Bexley City Schools, but hopefully these awesome cookies will be more easily accessible in the near future!
