Sloppy service when it’s almost closing. Lights are turned off way before closing time. Very annoyed. Came home, food was missing, drove all the way back got our money back.

Ok, I don’t know who the manager is, but they are doing something right. First of all, it’s Taco Bell. When you are wanting non authentic Mexican food you already know what to expect… this review was prompted by the service at this location. I have been ordering my no onion no sauce bean burrito since probably age five and Taco Bell gets it right maybe 60% of the time, not so here. I have never had a problem. But besides that, I have never had such CONSISTENTLY great service from a fast food establishment! Not even from in n out or chikfila, which are probably the standard in fast food customer service. No matter what time of day, or who the employee, I am always thoroughly impressed by the service here, they seem to go out of their way and are always so nice… really surprising and kinda weird. I have never associated Taco Bell and driving away smiling before… Five stars.

My go-to spot for quick fast food whenever I’m too lazy to go very far. I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell since I was a Freshman in highschool. Since Fountain Valley Highschool is right across the street. I don’t think anything has changed since then. Still a little place where all the highschool kids like to hang out for lunch, before their sport practices, and after school. This Taco Bell usually isn’t too busy. I always get my food pretty quick. I guess sometimes the speed isn’t a great thing though because I have had some problems with my orders before. Sometimes they would leave stuff out or if I order a steak chalupa I’ll get beef instead, which is about a $ 1 difference in prices. Also, I have to say, they have to watch how long they do cook their food. I’ve recieved undercooked beef before in my chalupas. So do please be careful! Other than that, I’ll still be back.

This Taco Bell has to be one of my favorites that I have been too. I have always received outstanding customer service from the friendly employees. This is the case for both the drive thru and ordering from the window. I really enjoy the location because it was perfect for me to walk too back when I was in high school a couple years ago. The service here is very quick and the orders are always correct(atleast for me). What is nice about this specific Taco Bell as well is the fact that they have their own designated parking lot because this is the only building on the corner, so parking is a breeze. The only thing I would change about this location is the kids that solicit here 24⁄7. I understand it to be busy right when school gets out, but what the problem is here is the fact that all the dropout, and want to be gangbanger kids hangout here during school hours and skate in front, smoking cigarettes, just causing a ruckus. I truly feel bad for the employees cause the kids leave a mess constantly and give the employees no respect. I will never understand these type of kids, if you want to be a loser than so be it, but do not do it on someone’s business and leave a mess. All in all I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell to a friend! +5 stars for my awesome experiences throughout the years. Order the #7 you won’t be disappointed :)

I ordered the Sausage Waffle Taco for $ 1.99 The Sausage was very good, the Cheese was great, the Scrambled Eggs were excellent and the Waffle was tasty. An innovative Meal from this Drive Thru.

Used to mow Taco Bell constantly when $.49 taco’s put them back on the map. Not so much anymore. Have though tried the new Doritos Locos Tacos and they’re decent. Not incredible, but decent. It infuriates me though that the ½ lb. combination burritos are not ½ lb! I’ve always loved Taco Bell combo burritos but can’t stand a lack of integrity. If it hadn’t been for someone I work with saying, «They’re not really ½ lb.», I’d have never checked. Twice now I’ve weighed them on multiple newly calibrated postal scales and they’ve been short 25%, weighing 6 oz. instread of 8, which last time I checked is ½ lbs. That’a rip at $ 2.39 per burrito. You might as well reach in my pocket and steal $.60. They’re not alone though. Del Taco’s bean & cheese burritos come up short as well(had to check after these experiences), but at least theirs are only $ 1 to start with. Complained through the corporate site online, but am not going to hold my breath for a response. Will most certainly update this post though in a little while to let you know if they care or not.

I have never had a bad experience with Taco Bell until today. The strawberry frutista freeze’s had no strawberries on it like it usually goes that. When I was half done it was literally all ice. They never gave me the cookie sandwich I ordered but the guy obviously heard me because after i said it he looked down and put it into the cash register but he never charged me for it either. My quesidillia was the only thing that was ok. I’ve never said this before but I really want my money back.

Some good memorize here with my best friend. Almost everyday after school ended, we would walk here to get something to eat, a majority of the time he paid, but still good times ahahaha. I probably owe him over a thousand dollars already. =P The food here is like any other fast food restaurant, fast and more fast. I would say the only thing worth getting at Taco Bell is the Crunch Warp Supreme. Other than that if you want to get tacos go to Del Taco. Anyways good times here, too bad next year won’t be the same. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite or walking home from FVHS.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! See, even Unilocal’s Rating admits it. Doritos & Tacos = Doritos Tacos!!! I love Doritos and I secretly love Taco Bell, it’s a SECRET! Everyone that knows me, knows that if I don’t have pix to show for, it’s becuz I inhaled my food and forgot to take the darn pix. This only happens when I really like something so much that I am focused on eating it up as fast as I can. Hence, this review does not have a single pix to show for. Sorry… but don’t worry, I love these Doritos Tacos so much that I’ll be coming back soon. In my opinion, this is one of the BEST collaboration that has happened in a long time for Taco Bell, well with any fast food chain for a long long time! Genius creation. I just wonder if there was a Big Kid sitting at Taco Bell’s Corporate that came up with this idea! Thank you Genius Doritos Taco Creator! I now am LOYAL to you on a weekly basis. See you soon Mr. Doritos Taco… LOVELOVELOVE at 1stCRUNCH!

This location seems to only have a drive through and no sit downs. I happen to drive through the area and wanted a nice chicken burrito. I ordered a deluxe chicken burriot that was ~$ 5, and fully expect a nice treat. What I got was not worth the $ 5 that I paid, and definitely does not look like what I am used to getting at other Taco Bell locations. The burrito is about the size of the typical 99 cents burrito you’d get at chain restaurants. There were barely any stuffing inside, other than cheese, and the flour tortilla. I want my $$ back.

I’ll admit it, I’ve been going to Taco Bell for a long time. Yes, it is true. I like Taco Bell. This location tends to have fast, pleasant and efficient service. During Monday through Friday, around the lunch hour, it does get crowded. This Taco Bell is in walking distance to Fountain Valley High School. I like the crunchy taco, the mexican pizza(somehow, I doubt they serve this in Mexico but I like this one), the 7 layer burrito(one of their more vegetarian options — — rice, beans, sour cream and guacamole) and the nachos. I prefer the mild sauce to the hot sauce because the mild has a thicker, more pleasing consistency. There are a few tables and chairs outside but keep in mind this is a smaller Taco Bell and their business is mostly drive thru. You can park and order in front but there are not a lot of parking spots. This is not a Taco Bell where you walk inside and sit down. It has hit the spot for me many a time when I’ve wanted fast food.

The quality of the food at this Taco Bell is about as good as the standards that you’ll expect from most any Taco Bell in the same area. The same goes for the prices, but the problem with this place, is the portions are INSANELY small. I ordered a Burrito Supreme and got an 8 ounce burrito. They’ve definitely made cutbacks at the Bell, so until they play fair again, I just can’t see myself going back.

Eff this taco bell. This is a POS location. They are stingy on giving out their hot sauce. I ask for a lot more and they give me a measly 3 more sauce. I order 4 burritos and they gave me 1 packet for each burrito. COMEONWTF U DUM.BA.SSES. I ask for the HOTTEST sauce and they give me «HoT». Obviously thats not the hottest one being that fire is. This place is incompetant and i DONOT recommend anybody to come here

Stopped by here after my interview today just because I was starving and it was the closest thing to where I was that looked half way decent. Store was clean, employees were friendly… and the bathroom smelled surprisingly clean!!! Love it! Also, the food was decent. They made the best Taco Bell bean and cheese burrito and double decker taco that I’ve tasted in awhile. Bless you Taco Bell for making me full, bloated and happy. If I’m in Fountain Valley again, I’ll be visiting you again…

i normally love this taco bell. the girls working the drive through are always nice(although im pretty sure they talk shit right in front of me in spanish every time i pull up to the window). its fast food though, so i never expect spectacular service. what i do expect is consistency, which places like taco bell rely on. the same shit made the same way every single time. and fast. this specific location has pissed me off in a couple of instances. once, they served me the worst hard-as-rock cold breadsticks i have ever consumed. yeah, i order breadsticks at taco bell. probably not the best idea, but i like carbs. get over it. also, a couple of times the beans i had literally tasted like dirt. i dont know if they switched the kind they used or what, but it was so bad i had to rinse my mouth out after. but last night, this taco bell/pizza hut committed blasphemy. i was so excited pulling in the drive through to try those new 7 layer dip nachos for freakin 99 cents. 99 cents! although i knew they would never compare to the delicious and fattening fully loaded nachos, i ordered away. as always, i checked the bag before departing to make sure my full order was in there. check. i get home. open the bag, pull out the dome shaped container and am horrified. NOCHEESE?! so in a panic i count the number of «layers»: 1. tomatoes, 2. sour crème, 3. guacamole, 4. hot sauce, 5. beans, 6. tortilla chip shreds… do those even count? at this point i am livid and my boyfriend tries to calm me down…“maybe they are cheeseless?” yeah. i dont think so. so i go onto and smack dab in the middle of the main page is a picture of my nachos overflowing with cheese sauce. my heart breaks. i didn’t go back to the store either. i called that 1 – 800 number on the receipt and gave taco bell a score of 1 on a scale of 1 – 10, one being the worst and 10 being the best, on everything. then i left an anonymous and hateful message for the manager and employees. taco bell shouldn’t fuck with me.

I used to chow down here on breaks from A+ Driving School, which used to be located across the street where the new senior community now stands. This place is responsible for me slacking so much with my driver’s ed that I didn’t get my liscense until I was 19.5 years old. Who can say no to cinnamon twists and nachos supreme? Sure beats movies of cars crashing and multiple choice tests!
