Subway

I love subway but this one was not fresh. I’m giving three stars because the server was nice but it wasn’t good. The «fresh» produce has freezer burn on the food and ice on containers. The food taste soggy. Won’t go back.

I usually love subway, but this place was terrible. The customer service here was awful. If it takes you a minute or two to decide on toppings, they make you very uncomfortable and are visibly angry with you. I got a spicy Italian and the bread was stale enough to almost chip a tooth. After I had bit into the meat, I quickly realized that it was going bad and went to return the sandwich. The small brown man at the front would not give me a refund and was also extremely rude to me when I purchased the sandwich. I’ve never had such a crappy experience at a subway location before. I will certainly not be coming back to this one.

The little Indian guy at the front who cashiers is so rude. He asks if u want a $ 6 meal and it comes out to $ 7…um ok. Then instead of nicely handing you the receipt he tosses at you on the counter. Every time I come here and they’re busy they rush you through the line, and if you take more than a second to decide on your toppings they are visibly disgruntled and suddenly you’re the biggest inconvenience. This is usually common at most Subway restaurants though so I always plan what I want ahead of time so I don’t upset them.

Very slow service. Not very attentive with customers. Salads are just side greens from the sandwiched that are minced up in a bowl. Very poor salad. Coffee is free with a breakfast but if there is not enough they will give you only half a cup.

Normally love subway and I’ve had the pizza numerous times before at different subway locations. However I was extremely disappointed in this location. I ordered a simple pizza and the sauce was glopped in the center of the flatbread with only another glop to spread it. The veggies I asked for were tossed on the bread and I had to ask the employee to please adjust them so they wouldn’t just be a pile in the center. I thought the presentation wasn’t excellent but at least it was still subway. Unfortunately I could barley bite into the flatbread it was so stiff and tasted completely stale. I should have realized this when I heard it break as the employee was cutting it. The employee seemed annoyed when I asked him to recut it as he didn’t cut it all the way the first time. Sad to say I was severely disappointed. For all looking for nearby subways on magnolia I would opt for the location on magnolia and Garfield instead. The workers are alway much more present and it’s always been a solid choice every time I stop by .:)

i ordered a pizza… it was away over cook and there is no pepperonis on pizza. it is terrible. they also forgot to give me my cookies. First time i went here and i have over cooked food. i have been here many times. i only got attitude from Mexican worker. she is so rude to me every time i come in this place.

This place really impressed me. . Amazing customer service, very clean, and best subs in town. . I now drive from HB to FV to get my subs and soups here. .

Had an amazing turkey sandwich. Best customer service I have ever received before on a subway.

I have a busy workday, everyday, so it’s handy to just grab a sandwich and head back to the office. I’ve probably bought a dozen or more sandwiches here over the past year, and I plan on continuing to do so. The place is clean, the staff members are friendly, the bread is fresh and the sandwiches are good!

grandmother called to tell the manager that the turkey breast sub we got gave my mom and step dad SICK. throwing up and the other end at the same time. when she was talking to the manager he never said the words im sorry or didnt even offer a refund. all he said was well I had the turkey breast and it didnt get me sick. horrible horrible customer service on the managers part. I would expect that from a employee but not a manager.

Why would I bother to post a review about Subway? Seriously… if it weren’t for the breakfast deal, I would not even bother.
I am trying to lose the weight I gained since my surgery. No gym for 3 months + eating a bunch of crap = 12 extra pounds.
Breakfast is always a killer. It’s really hard to find something tasty, fast, healthy and inexpensive. Enter Subway.
A 6 inch wheat roll with egg whites, tomatoes, avacado and ham. A pretty good sized sandwich. No butter, no mayo, no cheese. It’s hard to get healthier than that, right?
How much??? Including tax, $ 2.18. Seriously???

This Subway has been recently remodeled inside and it looks very nice. The staff is professional and friendly on most trips. This subway location is clean, orderly and nice. The sandwich I had, a turkey on wheat with avocado, swiss cheese was very good. This is one of the nicer Subways I’m had the chance to enjoy. The only odd part is this cheap, retired U-​Haul truck parked in front with Subway sign up it. It looks tacky and really brings the shopping center down. Use a white cargo van or something like most businesses, but a U-​Haul falling apart in front of the restaurant really looks like crap. It doesn’t make sense to put tons of money into remodeling a restaurant and then have THAT in front advertising for the place. It’s a joke. Really surprised the property mgt or the City of FV allows it. Anyway, This Subway location is nice (Except for the junker in front of the place) and the the toppings were very fresh and the sandwich was tasty. Good place for a quick bite or to take home. Good food!
I would like to also add that the windows need tinting and the A/​C needs to be turned ON for the comfort of the guest and the staff. The morning and afternoon sun bakes and the place is too hot inside. I was there this morning and it was unreal at 11am. I felt sorry for the staff, but also wondered if the cold cuts and stuff was cold as they should be at all times. It was just too warm. Tint is very affordable and will greatly reduce the heat from the sun. Just a suggestion.

I use to work here for a little bit when I was still in high school, and that’s when I really fell in love with Subway sandwiches. I’ve never been to a Subway store before that, isn’t that incredible?
Anyhow, based on what I’ve seen then, the place was quite clean. No complaints really. Actually, I’m surprised by the reviews… their sandwiches taste typically the same as any other Subway joints. Of course I haven’t been back there for a long time, so perhaps my experience is no longer applicable.

I’m really not a Subway hater, like most people, I just hate this one. Their bread is always so gross. I use to work right by this one so I would be forced to go there when I couldn’t get a long break. The younger people that work there are really nice, but the manager lady is so bitchy!
I’m all about the $ 5 foot long. Great deal, especially if your sharing with a co-​worker. Thank goodness there’s 500 other locations

get the oven roasted chicken breast and ask them to leave it cold. its the best.
