Drones Plus Orange County

Came by the store today and it’s gone. Sign is still up but the space is empty and the doors are locked.

I was planning to get an idea of how the dji phantom 3 works because im purchasing it for someone with limited hand functionality. First of all, Drones Plus is the only drone retailer that would do a demo for me so that I could see how it worked (nice to know for such an investment). Viet answered all of my questions and never made me feel like an idiot for wanting to know even the basics. He was extremely generous with his time and even prepared my purchase (updating software and charging the batteries) so that when it’s opened on Christmas it will be ready fly. As I said, I was really just planning to get an idea of how it worked and then, to be honest, I was going to purchase it on amazon. But the quality of service and support I received made this a much better in-​store purchase than I could ever have hoped. Sometimes it really is better to get that extra in-​person touch that amazing customer service can provide, and Drones Plus in Orange County is definitely one of the places that provides that experience.

Awesome Store. Bought my first real drone and had issues updating the software. Viet from Drones Plus in Orange County was very helpful and updated my drone for me. Super friendly and a very big help with whatever issues you are having. Will definitely be returning to purchase more stuff.

I spent two days visiting every Drone store I could find on Google in the LA area and I ended up selecting Drones Plus in Fountain as my store of choice. Yesterday, I purchased an Inspire 1 Pro with batteries, Chargers, etc. totaling over $ 5,000 with them. Since the DJI products are fair trades (fixed prices with no discounts), you are going to pay the same amount no matter where you buy your DJI drone, it’s the service that is the differentiator. DJI PLUS has awesome service and took the time with no pressure to answer my millions of questions before I decided to buy the Inspire, and helped me set it up and even test flew the drone before I left their store. They are nothing short of awesome. They understand the importance of customer service and that makes a big difference. I was going to buy my drone from another store who was half the distance from my house, but they were awful. They made me stand at the counter for 5 minutes before they would even recognize that I was there. They would sell you a product and then they would walk away, you were on your own. Believe me, it’s worth driving double the distance to get excellent customer service… Drones Plus is a 5 star company.

After months of searching for the perfect drone on the web, we finally decided to stop by DRONES PLUS in Fountain Valley. We were greeted by Hunter and he explained everything from A-​Z about the functions. He was kind enough to do a test fly demonstration on the one we purchase and other models on the floor. We purchased the phantom 3 and we love it. Great product! This s the place to visit if you are in need of a DRONE
