18 years ago, before he opened his own facility, Dr. Zouves was our reproductive endocrinologist. We had already done one IVF cycle with another doctor and the doctor had made several mistakes. Being extremely well-​informed about the latest research and every other aspect of Reproductive Endocrinology made me a better patient, and I would recommend to anyone going though the IVF process to do as much research as you can so that you understand exactly what is going on at all times… but back to Dr. Zouves. Our first and only IVF/​ICSI procedure with Dr. Zouves was successful.
Dr. Zouves is not only THE BEST in the IVF business, and always improving I am sure, he is also a kind and caring human being who treats all patients with respect. He knows what he is doing. IF I could give him 10 stars, I would happily do so! My case was complicated both before and after our IVF procedure. Dr. Zouves actually had to perform laparoscopic surgery on me 12 weeks into my pregnancy.
The embryo which survived the surgery and several other pregnancy complications is now our beautiful, talented, daughter who will attend UC Santa Cruz in fall 2016, and who hopes to become a doctor herself.

I cannot sing the praises of Dr. Zouves and his staff enough. And not just because I am looking at my two week old daughter, but also because Dr. Zouves and the nurses made me feel safe, well-​cared for and like a partner in my two IVF cycles.
My husband and I were feeling frustrated and defeated by recurrent miscarriages. I felt pushed aside and like a number at Kaiser and so I decided to interview different clinics to see which would be the best fit for my family. The doctors that actually called me back were from Pacific, UCSF, Kaiser and lastly, Zouves Fertility Center. Dr. Zouves called me himself, knew me and my husband by name and immediately validated the painful journey we had been on. It was clear he had done his research on our case because during our initial phone consult, he had a plan of action — one that felt very much individualized rather than a prescribed protocol. In fact, there was a discrepancy between Kaiser’s assessment and his, and he invited me in for an ultra sound the very next day to answer his question. His attention to my case’s specific needs, both physical and emotional, won my husband and I over. I also really loved how Dr. Zouves not only welcomes, but believes in an integrative approach to treatment that includes acupuncture, a gluten, dairy and sugar free diet and appropriate supplementation. I had a very comfortable and healthy pregnancy and I believe it is due to this preparation.
During the IVF process, ZFC made everything so easy. Every step of the way, paperwork, payment, medication, procedures, etc. were explained and I was so impressed that Dr. Zouves would personally email me very detailed and well-​researched answers to my questions. It was amazing having the lab right there at their location as our test results were always expedited and Dr. Zouves has perhaps the best bedside manner I’ve ever encountered in a medical doctor. When a struggling couple has so much on their minds already, the logistics of this complicated process were never something I had to worry about. All I had to do was show up and the ZFC team took excellent care of us.
Since we have gotten and stayed pregnant, it was so hard to go back to Kaiser after such attentive and excellent care. However, the team at ZFC checked in with us each trimester and has even invited us to a gathering so that the team can meet our baby daughter. We truly feel part of a family now.
I have since referred every friend of mine struggling with infertility and they, too, have all had positive experiences. I highly recommend you schedule an initial phone consultation!

Dr Zouves, his staff and facility are simply amazing! I can’t say enough positive accolades. My husband and I struggled for 4 years before we heard about Dr Zouves. We saw numerous local infertility doctors, attempted Clomid and IUI’s without success and no physician could diagnose the problem, until we met Dr Zouves. Unfortunately for me, the diagnosis was devastating but his office was incredibly patient and helpful as we navigated our next steps and decisions about creating our family. I wish I could say it was an easy road but we hit many hurdles along the way and after our 3^rd IVF we welcomed our beautiful healthy baby girl. Our only wish is that we saw him at the start of our infertility journey. We refer everyone we meet to him including family, close friends and coworkers. He is always working: nights, weekends and holidays to make your dream of having a child a reality.

I am in awe of how wonderful ALL the personnel at Zouves Fertility Center are. The outcome of my treatment is unknown, so this review is in no way skewed because I had a successful experience. This review is based on the wonderful positive interaction I had with each and every person at this center. From the moment I had my complimentary consultation, I knew I had come to the right place. After meeting with nearly all the most renown fertility doctors in Los Angeles, I decided it was time to stop hitting my head on the same wall since they were all doing the same thing. I was paying thousands of dollars to not have phone calls returned, and to just have cookie cutter approaches handed to me. I decided to go towards the direction of an immune /​inflammatory route, which Dr. Zouves seems to specialize in. His office is SO organized and follow-​up was amazing. The nurses, staff, and the doctor genuinely care, and this is so evident in their treatment of their patients. I will forever recommend Dr. Zouves and his fertility center. His office and services are worth every weight in gold and you feel like you get more than you pay for. After numerous years of TTC, I feel like I have reclaimed my fertility and optimism back!

Wonderful experience from start to finish with the Zouves Fertility Center. We did one round of IVF and were not successful, however, we would still recommend Dr. Zouves. They are incredibly knowledgeable, offer the top procedures, and make the experience as easeful as it could be. The nurses are very responsive, you don’t have to login to a portal to communicate, they answer emails right away and are extremely caring. The facilities are great and they offer ICSI, 5 day blastocyst, NGS CCS and Intralipid Infusions. I am 40 years old with a 0.391 AMH level. My stimulation resulted in 6 follicles, and 4 eggs. All 4 fertilized, 2 made it to day 5 blastocyst, but both of those embryos had abnormalities. It is a very emotional process, and it is a numbers game at the same time. Based upon my age, and AMH level it is recommended to do multiple cycles, and we are planning on going to Canada to do our next cycle (s) due to the high costs in the Bay Area. Dr. Zouves is more expensive than other IVF clinics in the Bay Area. We did a ton of research locally and internationally, and discovered other clinics that offer the same procedures: ICSI, 5 day embryo culture, NGS CCS and Intralipid infusions for much less. We are also exploring Stem Cell Therapy for IVF in Toronto. This is where they extract the mitochondria from dormant immature eggs in our ovary lining and inject them into the egg retrieved from IVF to generate new cells and higher energy to help with egg health. (biggest issue for older women.) It’s called Augment, but doesn’t have long term effects yet because it is so new, but they are seeing great results. If anyone would like to talk to me more about my personal experience, I am happy to share.

I’m a big fan of honesty in social media reviews, including complete transparency around the good and the bad. After thinking long and hard about our experience with Dr. Zouves and team, my only complaint is that we did not make the switch to them sooner.
IVF is a very tough situation, especially on the woman, and Dr. Zouves and his entire team could not have been more sympathetic, kind, informative, professional, and knowledgeable which put both my wife and I at ease. They turned a fearful situation (after a tough experience at another clinic) into an enjoyable situation that ended up with the birth of our healthy and happy daughter.
Obviously nobody can promise a successful birth but Dr. Zouves and his team put their patients in the best position to succeed and make them feel at ease during the process. There is a reason why people fly in from all over the world to see Dr. Zouves.

My husband and I discovered we had fertility issues while we were with our HMO. Although we are generally pleased with our HMO healthcare, when it came time to seek out medical help for fertility, we decided to go private. The HMO fertility doctor gave me conflicting recommendations, and I just didn’t feel he really knew my situation or case. Since all expenses were out of pocket anyways, we decided the private route was a better choice for us. My neighbor recommended Dr. Zouves, and it was the best recommendation we’ve ever gotten.
From the start, I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Zouves and his entire staff. From the front desk to back office to the nurses to Dr. Zouves and every person in between, we felt the care and understanding needed for this emotionally and physically demanding process from them.
Our first interaction was a phone consult with Dr. Zouves. He has a lovely quietness and calm yet his strong demeanor puts you at ease immediately. We decided then at that moment Dr. Zouves would treat our infertility.
Followed by our conversation with Dr. Zouves, we spoke with a former patient with similar fertility issues. This was one of my favorite parts of the process. To speak with someone who has gone through what you will face, sheds light on what IVF will look like for you. It also gives you the much needed hope required to go through the process.
Our journey began in January and became fruitful at the end of the year. When I first began, I thought I’d be pregnant within a couple months. I was disappointed to find that the process would take much longer. Dr. Zouves takes a conservative approach time wise with fertility. I had to ready my body with acupuncture and diet (gluten and dairy free) as well as yoga for three months before my first procedure. Although initially disappointing for this impatient girl, I now recognize the wisdom in his protocol. His focus on combining Eastern and Western medicine is what helped me become healthy and more likely to produce viable, healthy embryos.
After two egg retrievals, I had three excellent quality embryos– something we weren’t supposed to be able to produce. Initially Dr. Zouves prepared me for the statistical likelihood that we would be lucky to have one healthy embryo. By his surprise, we had three. After nearly a year of working on our fertility, Dr. Zouves transferred two of the embryos. We now have a healthy pair of twins, a boy and a girl, who made it full term. We are beyond thrilled and feel incredibly blessed.
Another aspect of Dr. Zouves’ office that is impressive is how well run and efficient it is. After dozens of appointments, I think I had to wait once for fifteen minutes beyond my appointment time. Contacting the office and its various departments is also easy. The staff is readily accessible by email and phone. His employees contact you quickly and are great about thoroughly explaining information. Additionally, his office is open 365 days a year. Being able to come to appointments on Saturdays and Sundays makes a demanding process less stressful. There are necessary times when I had to miss work, so being able to come to flexible appointments on my off time helped.
I can’t recommend Dr. Zouves enough. He is well worth his expertise and the cost that it entails. We are fortunate to live in the greater Bay Area where we could drive to appointments. However, like many of his patients, national and international, I would have committed to traveling to see him.
Make the right choice and choose Dr. Zouves. Go IVF!

When my husband and I first started IVF, we had initial interviews with both Dr. Zouves and another fertility center. Dr. Zouves impressed us during our phone interview with his profound professional knowledge and experience, patience, politeness and straightforwardness. It was our first IVF procedure so we had no clue what to expect. The initial conversation with Dr. Zouves gave us hope and realistic expectation. Based on my situation, he recommended doing 3 egg retrievals with CCS and FET. It was a rather conservative and time consuming approach and requires stamina. We decided to follow his approach — 9 months later we couldn’t be any happier that we made the decision back then. It worked! :)
Dr. Zouves preforms every procedure himself and he is very passionate and dedicated to his work. He works 365 days a year and his office is also open 365 days a year. His staff nurses are also amazingly kind, caring and responsive to both our emails and phone calls.
Dr. Zouves ran very comprehensive tests on immunology, genetic testing and recommended gluten free, diary free diet, acupuncture treatment etc to improve my overall well-​being and to decrease chances of inflammation. I had to admit it was very hard at first, especially cutting gluten from my diet, but it does get easier and turned out to be well worth it!

I am not one to typically write reviews, however, I felt it was important to share my experience.
I contacted Dr. Zouves after a couple years of infertility treatments. We had previously completed several IVF cycles from a prior doctor who we liked, but thought we would give someone new a try. Our initial phone call with Dr. Zouves was great– we found him to be patient, informative and passionate about his work. We agreed I would bank eggs from a 1^st cycle and test them after a 2^nd cycle.
Cycle 1: In my previous cycles, I did not respond well to stronger dosages or starting a cycle on BCP (it apparently «quieted» my ovaries too much). Dr. Zouves still insisted on a protocol with stronger dosages and starting on BCP. I raised my concerns a couple times, but he felt strongly. It turns out, I did not respond well and had only 2 eggs grow. As a result, Dr. Zouves gave my husband and I a choice between moving forward with a costly retrieval as he felt this may be the best I can do (I strongly felt differently knowing my past cycles) OR canceling the cycle and converting to IUI. This was a difficult, emotional decision. Later that day, while deciding, it was ME who realized the side with the 2 eggs was the same side where I no longer had a fallopian tube. I called his office and they acknowledged this was correct and that IUI was actually NOT an option.
Cycle 2: Based upon my request, Dr. Zouves agreed to a lower dosage this cycle and I responded better. That said, the process was not smooth. I returned home from his office with injection instructions. A couple days later as I was about to take my 1^st injection, the dosage on the instructions seemed higher than I recalled in our conversation. I called his office and the nurse confirmed there was an error and the dosage should indeed by lower. If I had not caught this, I would have taken the wrong dosage.
Given our 1^st cycle was a «miss», my husband and I decided to do a 3^rd and final round of egg banking.
Cycle 3: Dr. Zouves agreed we could do the same protocol as Cycle 2. While reviewing the injection instructions with the nurse, I noticed the dosage indicated was not the same as Cycle 2. I voiced my concern to the nurse, who left the room to ask Dr. Zouves, and he returned seemingly annoyed and offended. I had just written his office a very large check and as this appeared to be their 3^rd significant error, while still acting respectful, I acknowledged my concern to Dr. Zouves. He responded saying 1) his team had NEVER made an error. (I was stunned to hear him say this, as his nurses had already apologized profusely for their prior error) 2) he indicated the stronger dosage for the 3^rd cycle (the strongest yet) was what he intended. He said the «protocol» was defined as the hormones themselves and that the «dosage» was a separate matter. He indicated we agreed on the «protocol». Three outstanding questions I have to this day: 1) Why would he have increased my dosage to the strongest yet, when he knew my concerns, and history not responding well to higher dosages? 2) Why would he have not first discussed increasing my dosage as he was well aware this was an important topic for me and 3) Was this truly what he intended or was he just trying to «save face»? In short he told me he felt strongly I follow the strong dosage, but he would leave it up to me. My husband and I toiled over the decision and decided to go with our doctor’s recommendation. It was the worst cycle of my seven. I had always had nearly 100% fertilization rate. Not 1 egg fertilized. (My former doctor who we respected, indicated this is typical of dosages that high.) I was devastated when he called with the news. He concluded the call saying «the good news is you can have champagne this weekend. Just make sure it is a good champagne.» Enough said.
In sum, my take-​aways:
1) Dr. Zouves is a charming individual until the point he is challenged.
2) He appears to have a strong ego and difficulty admitting fault.
3) I am typically a strong woman, but in the office when I challenged him, I felt his demeanor was very different. I was treated unsympathetically, and he seemed to act in an intimidating manner. I had never felt that way in a doctor’s office before.
Good luck in your pursuits. We are much happier with our current practice and am happy to share privately.

Dr Zouves is simply amazing. I had dr zouves for 4 of my donor cycles and he was so warm and comforting, he explained everything he did so I would understand. Dr zouves is so personable he doesn’t make you feel like just another disposable client like another clinic in sf made me feel. On the day of my retrievals I felt like I was at a spa, warm blankets, amazing nursing staff there for whatever you need. The 2 retrievals that I did NOT have with him I hyperstimulated, dr zouves knew exactly how much of what to give me so I wasn’t and wouldn’t be in any pain. After my retrievals with dr zouves I felt good enough to where I could walk around all day. You will not regret coming here!

Dr. Zouves is the Phil Jackson of the IVF world. A master of his trade, a miracle worker, he is the reason we are on our way to parenthood after what seems like eternity.
After several failed clomid cycles, 4 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs over a period of 4 years, we turned to chinese medicine and acupuncture to try and pursue our dream of starting a family. We tried chinese medicine for 6 months before our acupuncturist recommended we give IVF one last chance. We learnt about Dr. Zouves from comprehensive research, speaking with ex patients and he was also highly recommended by my acupuncturist. We did a phone consult with him in Dec 2013.
We found Dr. Zouves, very knowledgeable and thorough. He was patient and kind and never for once seemed exasperated by my countless questions. He had reviewed my history and indicated a definitive course of action, that included a special diet, exercise and supplements program to get my body ready for IVF. We felt a great deal of confidence in Dr. Zouves holistic approach to IVF. According to him IVF is a triathlon that needs work on all three fronts, medicine, diet and exercise. You need to totally buy into this approach if you want to be successful, you have to follow him with faith and make sure you do your part so that he can put you on the road to success.
He orderd a gamut of tests prior to the cycle, and thats when we found our problem.
My natural killer cells were elevated, I had a clotting factor and a single copy of the A1298C mutation– a MTHFR mutation. He was the only doctor who had been able to identify our immunological issue and in due course of time treat it successfully.
After having been around the block, with UCSF and another IVF abroad, it gave us better confidence to go with a doctor who was hands on and did all the ultrasounds and procedures from start to finish himself.
He recommended 2 egg retrievals, CCS and then a FET. We liked his approach and felt he really tailored the treatment to match our condition.
We feel Dr. Zouves has the most unique approach to treating infertility and the only one that worked for us. He is the only doctor who encourages eastern medicine and acupuncture in tandem with IVF. He believes in allowing the body to rest and follow its natural course in between fertility drugs treatment.
I followed Dr, Zouves’ advice and recommendations to the T. As a person Dr. Zouves is the most calm, kind, responsive, knowledgeable, confident, skilled and thorough doctor we ever came across. Most of all he truly cares for his patients. His staff too is impeccable, always on top of things and very prompt in responding. His lab and facility are the best in the trade.
I am so glad that our first IVF cycle with Dr. Zouves worked, but I do know that if it hadn’t, I wouldn’t ever blame Dr. Zouves for it since there wasn’t a thing we could’ve done better or differently. For all those negative reviews, I would just like to say, if you go to a doctor for his expertise, follow him completely before you blame him. My advice, let Dr Zouves drive the decisions and you just be the obedient passenger and follow his advice. For many of us, IVF is the last resort after years of trying to conceive naturally has failed. Many of us have also tried other infertility techniques such as artificial insemination only to have more disappointment. By the time you pick up the phone to make that first appointment at an IVF clinic you have already spent years on a crazy, emotional roller coaster ride and, there is more to come. Dr. Zouves is unquestionably the right doctor to guide you in this journey.
Since our very first phone consultation, he was very polite, kind and understanding. He makes your options very clear and explains them to you in a manner which you can understand. He truly understands the emotions that come with IVF and he is very comforting and re-​assuring. During the appointments, Dr. Zouves’ is very gentle and explains everything that he is doing as he does it. His bedside manner is second to none! It is very clear that this is Dr. Zouves’ passion and is what he was born to do.
Dr. Zouves’ clinic runs incredibly smooth considering how much is happening. As you will see, IVF cycles can sometimes be overwhelming and confusing however everyone from the financial staff to the nurses all work together to help you make it less stressful and assist in the process.
Dr. Zouves is also extremely respectful to his staff and thanks each nurse by name at the end of each appointment. He never rushes through the visits and he will stay with you as long as needed to and answer each and every question you have. If you think of more questions after you appointments (and you will), he always responds to emails and most of the time his response is the same day.
The nurses are also incredibly kind and will return your calls within the day or next day, the same with emails. They keep amazing records of everything and they always know exactly what is going on with YOU and at what stage of YOUR cycle you are. We had the pleasure to work most closely with Jennifer, and she is awesome! Also, the staff at front desk are always very friendly.
Dr. Zouves is very knowledgeable with immunology issues as well which is a HUGE factor in getting and staying pregnant. He also supports alternative medicine and encourages yoga, meditation and acupuncture all of which can help in improving your chance of success.
Zouves Fertility Clinic also has their own state of the art lab in-​house. This means that EVERYTHING stays here.
Our first IVF cycle unfortunately did not work however, it is hard to imagine that anyone could have done anything differently or been more thorough than Dr. Zouves. We took a break for a couple of months and then tried again (from the very beginning since we only had one embryo the first time). The second time worked and we are enjoying our fourth month of pregnancy. IVF is one of the hardest things you will go trough in life (emotionally), but I can assure you that once you see your baby in that ultrasound, it is all so worth it.

I had heard both that Dr. Zouves was excellent, my friend had had a great experience with him, and that I should be careful as many fertility centers cherry picked their clients, not taking tough cases so that their numbers could be good and they could attracted clients in good numbers. I assumed the latter was not the case because of what my friend had shared with me. I called the office very nervous because I knew already that my chances of conceiving were low. I told the secretary that I knew my chances were low and could he please skip over the lecture about how I should consider adoption or egg donation and just tell me what they might be able to do for me as the lecture I’d heard and I believed I had a right to try, to have the experience of at least knowing I’d done my best in this route before choosing another. The first thing he said to me was that my chances were almost zero and I should consider adoption or egg donation and when I teared up (obvious in my voice) he started talking in what sounded like a very arrogant tone that he always told the truth and I should know that he will always tell me the truth. The ironic thing was, I found out the next week I was pregnant during this very phone call. I was not fortunate enough to carry to term and was so discouraged by the phone call here that another entire year passed before I started calling other fertility clinics. A shame to have lost a whole year but I found one that was willing to work with me and their diagnostics show I am producing viable eggs, good uterine lining and clear tubes, that nothing stands in the way of me getting pregnant and carrying to term. So glad I didn’t listen to Dr. Zouves and give up!

I am an egg donor and just completed my second donation. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Zouves for this cycle and everything went extremely smooth. He was very open and explained everything thoroughly, making me feel very comfortable and informed throughout the cycle. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I often arrived 30 – 45 minutes early because I was commuting to the clinic, and they were always very quick and never made me wait long at all. (Even though I wouldn’t have minded since I was so early!) The facility is nice, and clean.
Overall, I can only say nice things about this clinic. It’s been a few days since my surgery and I’m feeling good. They gave me great post-​procedure instruction and prepared me with everything I could need to ease any pain that could occur.
I hope to be working with them for future cycles!

I just hate people who take advantage of couples who are going through fertility treatments to get pregnant. Zouves makes me SO angry that I am here writing a review as I look at my precious 7 month old baby in the baby monitor. SAVE your TIME and MONEY and go somewhere else! Dr. Zouves may have cared at one point about his patients but now all he cares about it makes sure it funds his lavish lifestyle and his lavish car. His office equipment is in the dinosaur age. He told me that I may have to use a donor egg and my eggs were not of good «quality». I swear if I saw this man in public I would give him a piece of my words because I got pregnant on the first try of IVF at another BETTER clinic. Email me or message me here for details. Just want to do a quick update since my last review — I am now 8 weeks pregnant from my first IVF/​FET cycle with ZFC. I had many issues with my early pregnancy. Sometimes I wonder whether I had these issues because I didn’t follow his advice to delay the cycle and get my other medical condition treated first…
Regardless, Dr. Z called my cell to check on my symptoms one night. Last time I received a house call from a MD was nearly 13 years ago… He also sent me an encouraging email that put my mind at peace on NYE when my OB said something that kind of freaks me out.
I can tell that he really cares about his patients, understands the emotional stress that women go through in early pregnancies, and attends to his patients at the most needed time (even though they are supposed to have been «graduated» and under the care of other OBs).
So here goes a well-​deserved upgrade to 5 star for Dr. Zouves.

**for those seeking treatment for the first time or for those looking for a second opinion after failed treatment, i highly recommend that you consult with dr. zouves based on his expertise around reproductive immunology. it is my genuine belief that his insight and pre-​treatment comprehensive testing, alone, are worth your time and consideration. had we known that all of this was going on «behind the scenes», it is quite possible that my husband and i would be have become parents.**
after 1 IVF cycle and 2 unsuccessful frozen transfers (chromosomally normal blastocysts), we turned to dr. zouves for his insight not really knowing if he would be the one we would seek a second round of treatment with.
in mid-​november, we had a phone consult with dr. zouves, and upon looking at all of our medical records, he recommended the microdose flare protocol. a protocol, different to what my previous dr. recommended, meant for women who are considered poor responders– yours truly, apparently, is one of them.
before we dove into any treatments, dr. zouves ordered additional and comprehensive testing for abnormal immunology, hormone levels and thrombophilias. i don’t have any of the expected red flags, and didn’t expect to receive the results that we received.
we have officially discovered our smoking gun (s) — so to speak:
–my natural killer cells are elevated
–i have elevated levels of thyroglobulin antibodies and thyroid peroxidase antibodies
–i have a single copy of the A1298C mutation– a MTHFR mutation
–i also have clotting issues
–my prolactin levels are elevated
–my thyroid levels are not within ideal range
all of the listed «issues», by the way, are treatable!
i am elated that we finally discovered why i haven’t been able to carry a successful pregnancy. it all makes sense to me now. and i am just as elated because we are now in the capable hands of someone who has dedicated himself to reproductive immunology. dr. zouves is knowledgeable, well-​versed and has the ability to provide us with treatment that, we hope, will allow us to become the parents we have been dreaming to be.
what are our next steps?
i am on day 4 of injections, and so far so good. our egg retrieval is estimated to happen around NYE or new year’s day.
finally, i’d like to acknowledge the entire staff at ZFC as they are a very well-​oiled machine. emails have been responded to within a few hours if not by a phone call, and their follow-​through is excellent (e.g., calling in prescriptions, sending required/​requested information). our consult with dr. zouves is was on 11.16.13 and it is because of him and his extraordinary staff that we were able to get things moving so quickly and efficiently without missing a step. we are so appreciative of all of you!
i am feeling so overwhelmingly humbled by our experience. i had practically given up a few months ago, and today… i am filled with renewed hope, light, strength and love. hope that this will lead us to the realization of our dream of adding a beautiful being to our family. dr. zouves and his staff might just be our miracle workers this time around.

My update is to say I am 8 months pregnant now. It has been a perfect pregnancy with zero issues, meanwhile while dealing with infertility I was so scared and thought something was really wrong with me. And to get pregnant with the help of Dr Zouves on our first ivf try, and then to have no issues at all through this pregnancy, I have such renewed faith in my body and in reproductive therapies. Especially Dr Z’s clinic. I went to my acupuncturist last week, Po Lin Shyu and he told me that every single woman this year that he sees who went to Dr Zouves for ivf is now pregnant. Also my obgyn at St Lukes’ Dr laura Norrell said everyone she sees who went to Dr Zouves gets pregnant. She goes, «He really has this down.» These are very respected doctors who hear over and over that Dr Zouves is really having success. This is word of mouth and there is really something to be said for word of mouth proof vs statistics which can be skewed in a thousand different directions.

I was a recent patient of yours, Dr. Zouves. In fact, I am now 20 weeks pregnant thanks to what I can only describe as a miracle. In fact, I’ve been putting off this update for a while now because I knew once I sat here to write to you, I would have tears in my eyes, and low-​and-​behold, I’m sobbing right now.
Dr. Zouves, you and your team have truly blessed me and my husband with what we never thought was possible. After three years of countless attempts at IUI’s, being on and off fertility drugs, and having three laparoscopy’s, I knew our chances of conceiving were slimming down and that you were our last resort. That is why I can only describe what you and your team of nurses, doctors, and scientists did as being nothing short of a miracle.
Your compassion, understanding, and dedication in helping us start our family will never be forgotten and we will forever share our love for you and your staff with our soon-​to-​be little girl (we just found out the gender on Friday). She will know and understand the importance you played in our lives, how if it weren’t for you she wouldn’t be with us, and how much we appreciate and acknowledge the role you played in bringing her to us. We will never forget you, we will always speak highly of you, and you will forever be known to us as the «miracle man» who gave us the family we have so longed for.
