Room was very nice, but the internet was nearly non existent. As slow as the old dial ups from the 80’s.

Would give negative stars if I could. Had a guaranteed reservation and the hotel sold it to someone else. Catherine Hampton the desk clerk on duty was no help at all. My husband tried to call corporate and was put on hold and given the run around. Will not be booking with choice hotels in the future. Very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service! My credit card was charged a «no show» due to reservations making a second reservation under my name. When I called to explain the situation to the hotel I got the run around and was told I was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he/​she was not in. I called back everyday for 6 days and was told the manager would call me back and never did. I finally had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge which will take 6 – 8 weeks to finalize. I will never stay here again and dont recommend it to anyone.

Star #1 is for clean. This is the bare minimum for a hotel.
Star #2 is for comfortable. The bed. The sofa and chairs. Everything works. Fluffy towels. Warm bedding — and the air conditioner keeps up with the Texas heat.
Star #3 is for the free WiFi that works without interruptions, the microwave, fridge, and a tiny coffee pot that really makes a cup of coffee. Even the hair dryer was excellent.
Star #4 is for a complete and plentiful hot breakfast. The waffle maker worked. 2 kinds of juice and coffee. 3 kinds of cold cereal. yogurt, eggs and bacon, muffins, english muffins, danish, and toast — jam and syrup. And a stand of fresh apples, oranges and bananas!
Excellent. Handicap provisions are adequate, and the staff is friendly.
The only mark against them was really a structural problem. Even the non-​smoking rooms caught smoke from a weekend full house of chain smokers — and the walls were sufficiently thin that we heard every word spoken up and down the halls. It’s just a cheaply made building…

Rooms were clean and the front desk manager was very helpful. I’ll be staying here again.

The hotel was great. My wife and I left Wichita Falls after our wedding on our way to South Carolina. We got in late after everything was done. My wife still had her hair done. They asked if we just got married and we said yes. They put us in the jacuzzi suit at the rate of a king size standard room at no extra charge. We were blown away at the generosity. It was such a kind gesture. The hotel was very nice. On the way home we will be staying there again.
