Dolphin Carpet Cleaning & Restoration has been serving the Fort Lauderdale area for over ten years! We offer professional and affordable Carpet Cleaning, Tile Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning services to homeowners, boat owners, and businesses.

It is a privelage to be invited into someone’s home and provide service, we treat every customer with respect and are considerate of your time. We call about 45 min before each appointment and we show up on time.

When we are working we are extremely thorough and want the best cleaning results possible. We move carefully in each person’s home so that nothing is damaged. We want every customer to feel they received a great service for the money they spent…

History

Established in 2002.

I started out working for a company that did the «bait and switch». I decided that I would rather not go to work than work for a company that takes advantage of others.

I printed flyers and handed them out, and I told each customer who hired me that they would get the best service ever or they didnt have to pay.

After one year I had many regular customers and many referrals.

I saved money and took classes to become certified by the IICRC in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, Tile floors and natural stone cleaning.

I then got my certification in Water Damage Restoration

I bought a new van and a Pro Chem Legend machine that generates great heat and powerful extraction so everything dries quickly.

I have an incredible employee that I trained so well he now does a lot of things better than me.

We have many regular customers and commercial accounts. It is a privelage to be invited into someones home and provide a service.

I grew up in Northern California and visited S. Florida 12 years ago. I met my wife here and now have 2 kids. We live in Deerfield Beach and love the area.

When Im not working we spend a lot of time at the beach, diving, fishing and hanging out with friends and family.

I was never great in the classroom but have always had a good work ethic,

When someone hires me to work, I feel that person is entitled to the best quality work I am capable of providing.(even if they are not nice to me).

I am not afraid to help others, and occasionally provide free services to people who need it.

No amount of mopping could get our ceramic tile clean! So, I called Dolphin for a steam clean. Now there is not one bit of dirt on it. You can wipe the entire floor with a white napkin and it’s just as white. The grout looks brand new! Arrived on time, excellent service, decent price. Highly recommend!!!

I own a unit in Deerfield but I reside out of state, after reading many reviews about Dolphin I decided to give them a call and that’s when I met Brian. I had a lock box on the unit so he was able to work unsupervised, he took great before photos, advised me what he would do, did it, then took some great after photos, true professional don’t need supervision they just do that job right each and every time. I would advise anyone to give Brian a call, they guarantee their work and the results show. My new tenant actually took a look at the carpets and said they looked great, that’s all I needed to hear because as a unit owner it’s always about making sure the tenant is happy. She was happy and I have Brian to thank for that. One final note, Brian sent the invoice after the job was done, payment was done online without hassle and whenever I have a need for any more carpet work on any of my other units I won’t even look at another company Dolphin has my business for life, thanks Brian!

I contacted Dolphin to get a quote for cleaning my microfiber sectional… which in all the years that I owned it, I am embarrassed to say had never had it cleaned. Brian reached out to me and after some dialogue I made an appointment for a few days later. I did mention to him that my apartment was on the 3rd floor and he said it shouldn’t be a problem. On the day of my appointment he and his partner arrived and got right to it. Brian is friendly and you can tell he really takes pride in the work he does. He actually lowered the quote he gave to me based on the size of my couch. My couch looks like it did when I bought it! I am really pleased and wish I had taken a before and after picture. I will make sure not to wait so long for my next cleaning and would definitely hire Brian and his team again.

Had my carpet cleaned today. Spoke to Brian on the phone very informative and honest. Very respectful when I mentioned I was going to get quotes. Gave me tips on what to expect and how to avoid over charges. He was right! His crew came to my house. Very professional! Very friendly! Did a good job and in a timely manner. I was EXTREMELY pleased with Dolphin Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. Rhomaine and Joe were the technicians that cleaned my white couch and chair. They did an amazing job! I live on a 7th floor, so they had to use a portable unit to clean the furniture. The furniture came clean and was dry very quickly. I would highly recommend Dolphin! I will call them again.

While preparing to move out of South Florida, I put out a request on Unilocal on Thursday, 3⁄10 for quotes for a clean of a 3 BR apartment on that Sunday. Brian was the first to get back to me and did so with the most competitive quote.
He promised me that it would be the best carpet cleaning job that I’ve ever had and I have to agree with him that it was. His colleague, Rhomaine, was extremely pleasant, professional, and thorough. I was so comfortable with his mindset that I left him to finish the job while I set off on my long drive. He offered to send me pictures of his work before he left, which he did, and I’ve had no issues reported by the leasing company despite having a dog that sheds terribly and who had had numerous accidents on the carpet.
Rhomaine was late arriving at my place but he got in touch with me to let me know that this would be the case, so I can’t fault him for this.
There really isn’t anything that they could have done to make the experience any simpler.

We had a huge carpet problem due to my elderly father spilling drinks, falling and bleeding on carpets and soiling in other ways. We have had other carpet cleaners in, but the stainsreturned as soon as the carpet dried.
Not so with Dolphin Cleaners. They did an excellent job, worked extra hard on the tough stains, and it was miraculous! Even after the carpet dried the next day, the carpet looked good. We are selling the house and were planning on replacing carpet before showing it, but it can now be shown with original carpet in place.

6 Stars! I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Dolphin. I had a very expensive crew suitcase that my cats decided was a nice litter box alternative. I found Dolphin Carpet Cleaning on Unilocal after several dry cleaners wouldn’t clean the suitcase and told me to find an upholstery shop. I am so glad we used them. The smell is completely gone and the suitcase is like brand new again! Thank you Dolphin, I will definitely be looking to you, should I ever need upholstery services again!

Brian and his crew did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning the carpets and the couch in my 2⁄2 apartment. The service was thorough and done in a timely manner by three of the nicest guys in the business! He answered all of my questions and reassured my anxiety at every step of the process. I called him and he was able to come out the very next day to help me out. Well, I know this sounds bad, but my carpet is almost 17 years old.
It’s a beautiful emerald green.
It’s in good shape because I’m super careful with it and own a Hoover carpet cleaner. I shampoo and rinse the carpet whenever I see a stain.
The carpet needed an overall deep cleaning and I called Dolphin.
The two Gentlemen who came were industrious and conscientious.
The power of their steam /​extractor is phenomenal and they actually removed water stains that I had caused from my shampooer.
I waited until the the carpet was completely dry and I could examine it in the morning sun. It actually looks better than it has in years, my gosh.
I really can recommend this Company with 5 stars.

WOW! SO happy. I contacted Dolphin because my snowbird parents needed their carpets cleaned in their Boca condo before they came down. After the cleaning, the carpets looked amazing overall, but there was also a huge, deep stain in the living room rug that Dolphin got out! The service was professional and excellent too, from beginning to end. I highly recommend Dolphin and will use them again in the future for my own home!

I had the porcelain tile floor in a rental property cleaned and they did a great job. There was a little confusion when confirming the appt. as someone took my contact info down incorrectly, but they still arrived to the job site on time. Once they finished, I ended up paying the upper end of the price range I was quoted over the phone, but the job was done conscientiously so I didn’t mind paying. I didn’t mind leaving them at the property unsupervised, and they even took their shoes off to enter the house once job was complete! And, they were very careful with my freshly painted baseboards. For other landlords out there, I recommend hiring these guys last thing, after the repairs and general cleaning take place because your floors will be impeccable when they’re finished and you won’t want anyone trampling over them afterwards. Recommend. I will definitely contact them again.

I just had my couch cleaned by Dolphin and they did a great job! The staff was friendly and helpful. He recommended that I dry the cushions on my porch and even helped me set it up! They were fast and charged me the quoted price. However I did notice that he back side of my couch is dry… indicating that they probably did not clean the back?
Oh another good thing! They came on super short notice too! I’m sure adding on a job on a Sunday afternoon is not what everyone is looking forward to but it was great that they were able to accommodate me.

These guys came out on relatively short notice and did a fantastic job ! It wasn’t the end result that impressed me the most, it was how they went about the job. After dealing with previous companies who came out and dragged their hoses all over my baseboards, it was nice to see a company take the necessary steps to leave my home as nice as it was before they got there. They actually use padding to protect corners, and have a second guy to make sure hoses and cords don’t mark anything up, or knock things over.
The end result was clean, pristine floors and carpet… and me not having to clean-​up, or paint my baseboards after they left !

Highly recommend. Called on a Sunday and even got a return call on a Sunday. Price was just a bit lower than the big guys, and due to all the positive Unilocal reviews, I decided to go with Dolphin. Very happy I did. They spent over an hour cleaning a pretty stained from dog microfiber couch and it looks awesome today. Call them and use… you will be happy.
