Stain Free Carpet Cleaning

LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys! We’ve used them a few times to clean our carpets as well as our microfiber couch. They are always on time, courteous, and professional. They do a phenomenal job every time.

I would recommend Stain free to everyone! I have pets and they had some accidents so i needed my carpets cleaned asap! I bought a Groupon; however i knew i was going to pay extra due to my pets accidents. The two men that came to my house were extremely nice and explained to me the different types of cleaning they could perform and recommended which one would be best due to the pee from my pets. My carpets came out very clean and smelling great, also they dried very quickly! I would absolutely recommend Stain free. They are not only nice and respectful but they also do an outstanding job!!! I will definitely call them again!!!

I found this company through a groupon I had purchased. They were very nice on the phone and extremely flexible with scheduling. The first time they came to the house it was just one guy and I thought he was super friendly. Yes he tried to upgrade my service to the deep cleaning and when I asked him about it he explained the differences between a steam cleaning and a deep clean and then I made an informed decision to go with the deep clean. Yes, it was extra money but it was very reasonable and he did a great job. The second time they came out, it was 2 of them, still they were both very friendly and did a great job, my carpets looked brand new and smelled good. I am now having them come out for a 3^rd time because I’m very happy with their services. As I was googling their company to find the phone number I happened to see this Unilocal page and felt bad to see the negative reviews so I felt compelled to share my experience. I have not a single negative thing to say about them. Can’t wait for my carpets to be cleaned tomorrow!

I also bought the Living Social deal and got hit up for the «deep cleaning» extra fee. This is my response to Stain Free through Living Social:
Your fine print says extra for «non-​synthetic Berber». Our carpet is synthetic Berber. I think you innocently said that and your warning should say «non-​synthetic and Berber». That would be more clear. The fact that you have several BBB complaints about extra fees shows you need to clarify this. Also there is a review on your company on Unilocal that has the same criticism as mine;

I haven’t had my carpet clean in a while and it was looking horrible with spots that I tried rubbing for hours and didn’t make a difference so I went on a search for a carpet cleaning company, I found this guys, to start as soon as they step in my place they had such a great attitude and were really helpful, they offer me the deep cleaning special for 89.99, and let me tell you, when they were done, my carpets look brand new, i will definitely use them again for my second property

I brought a Groupon but was talked into the deep cleaning since I have pets. Since I had the Groupon already, he gave me a discount and I think the price was worth it. They did a great job in under an hour and my carpet looks fabulous. I would recommend using them but don’t buy the Groupon. They have an advertised special of $ 89 for the deep cleaning on their website. Its worth the trouble of renting a machine, buying the expensive soap, and killing yourself shampooing you own rugs to save $ 30.

Bought a Groupon for basic cleaning. from the time I scheduled the appt they try to upgrade you to a deep cleaning. I declined my carpet doesn’t need it since I moved in 2 mths ago. The guy shows up and again tried to upgrade, I decline. He did a quick 5 minute job of passing the steamer once. Said he would not try the high traffic area twice because I purchased basic. He was in my home 5 minutes and said that’s it. Horrible work horrible service!

I purchased one «Living Social» deal, bought another as a gift, $ 35. each, from StainFree Carpet Cleaning. This was for the «basic cleaning.» Two men arrived at my house, and immediately the older one started shaking his head, I needed the «deep cleaning,» for another $ 70. I said that I couldn’t afford it, but he was persistent. Rude, pushy, the old bait and switch thing. A foot from my face. Yes, I probably did need the «deep cleaning,» but didn’t have the money to pay for it. They were very displeased, dragged the machine into the house, soaked the two rooms of carpet with water, all the while telling me it wouldn’t be clean. I got a lecture on how their machine cost $ 3000, I told them it wasn’t my responsibility to pay for it with money I don’t have (I’m 77 yrs old, my income is under $ 1200 a month.) They «cleaned» both rooms in less than 8 minutes and left. My soaked carpets look exactly the same as when they arrived, and won’t dry for days. Their magic machine never sucked up the water. The wording of their deal is misleading, I’m angry and upset. Bullying an old woman isn’t nice, or smart, and I still need my two little rooms cleaned. Warn people that StainFree Carpet Cleaning’s $ 35.00 «basic cleaning» deal doesn’t exist, and to read the fine print. I took them to my 78 yr old friend’s house to do the gift cleaning I’d purchased. The old man was in the shower, but the older cleaning employee insisted on entering, even ‘tho I’d asked him to wait outside until the man was dressed. He insisted «I need to see,» he said, practically pushing by me to enter the house. The old man was still naked in the bathroom when they were dragging their machine in. I kept telling him to hurry, he finally got his hearing aids in, came out, and as I left they were giving him the old bait and switch thing. He lives by himself, is meticulously clean (a neat freak) and his carpets did not need the «deep cleaning,» but he was confused, and gave the OK, not realizing the extra $$ was in ADDITION to what I’d paid.
I took photos immediately after they left, and 2 hrs later, after I’d cleaned the carpets myself with a kitchen sponge mop and a bottle of Resolve carpet cleaner. If you want a «basic» clean, rent Rug Doctor. Cheaper, and you don’t have to take the abuse.
