I used the Stanley Steemer office in Boynton Beach. I am giving them a 3 as an average. Started with a 1 because they showed up 90 mins — AFTER — the time they had «guaranteed». I never received a call. In fact, I had to call 4 times to determine if anyone was going to show up — ever. And every time I called it was a «they will be there in 15 minutes». I had requested a 30 minute heads up as I don’t really like sitting around for 5 hours waiting for a service professional to show up. Never received that courtesy call. I had made my appointment in advance so this was not a last minute request.
I give them a 4.5 for trying to make amends. However, I was already completely upset. Not sure I will use them again for any service.

Great. They gave me an arrival time of 9 – 1, and they showed up at 9:03am. Whenever I need my carpet cleaned, Stanley Steemer is my choice always. Very professional individuals.

Carpet and club chair cleaned for 105 and no up charge. Looks good so far. Only thing is as guys were packing up machine a cock roach came running out of machine. Luck I was there and killed it. I have no bugs in my high rise. I called and the said a manager would call back in 24 hours. I wonder where machines are stored and night and how often the steam machine itself is cleaned.
Answer me something please! Your supposed to clean not bring bugs to people’s houses.
Also said we’re going to mail me coupons for 50’dollars which they did.

I have had Stanley Steemer clean my carpets twice. Both times I was extremely happy and would give it 5 stars. However, they always try to have you do additional things — but I guess that’s business. I let them clean the bathroom floor tiles. That was an average job and would probably not bother to do it again. This I would give 3 stars.

I hired Stanely Steemer to clean some carpet on a small staircase and the A/​C unit and vents. They did an excellent job of cleaning the A/​C unit. Because the carptet cleaning did not cost the full $ 99, the tech gave me a nice doormat that is excellent at trapping dirt.

The Stanley Steemer technician was very helpful and courteous. He took his time deep cleaning one room in particular. Stanley Steemer will always be my first choice In steam cleaning, they live up to their standard of professionalism and excellence. It is definitely worth the starting rate of $ 99.00. I had my carpets done on 3÷30÷15. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

I have been using Stanley Steemer for several years to clean my carpets and my tile grout. On this latest occasion, my miniature Schnauzer had gotten sick and made a terrible mess on my dining room carpet. You name it, he did it. In any event Josh and Bob came to my house on Monday morning and cleaned my light beige carpet so thoroughly that you would never know there had been a problem. They also deodorized the room.
The next day, my wife who has an extremely sensitive sense of smell said that she still smelled odor in the dining room. When Stanley Steemer called the next day to see how the job turned out, she told them of the odor problem. They sent two people back within ½ hour to completely re-​spray the deodorizer at no additional charge.
I don’t know what more someone could ask for in the way of service. I will continue to use the company well into the future.

I’ve been using Stanley Steemer for years, so I am probably spoiled by now. The gentlemen who do the work are attentive and always make sure that their work is exactly what I want done. They are careful of my things, too – which was not always the case with carpet cleaners that I formerly used (one of them dropped my TV!) But the Stanley Steemer team take care to do the job right and quickly, too!

Bought a new townhouse previous owners had 3 large dogs. Needless to say the grout needed some love. Ernesto came out to give a quote, was on time and very professional. Ernesto and Jean B (I think) came out to do the job, I really appreciated the attention to detail and how fast the job was completed. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and Ernesto, truly a job well done. Results exceeded my expectations!

Juan Lobos was very professional and experienced. My tile floor was a mess as it was coated by wax and all the dirt was trapped underneath. Juan explained to me very clearly what should be done and did a test area to show the result. He used the right technique and removed almost all the wax. He was very detailed. He went over some places many times in order to remove all the wax. He did a great job and I am very pleased.

They promise the would come, waited all day, called and was told my apt was the following day NOT TRUE. They made a new apt. told me between 12 – 5 wait till 2 because they have to be out of my building by 5, called was told someone will be there by 3, Called again at 3:30 they are trying to get someone to come. The are the WORST!!! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!

We used them in the past (twice)…it must be under new ownership or something. We always get the same service (steam clean our marble kitchen floor, a hallway and two tile bathrooms) — so we know how much (ballpark) it’s going to cost.
After making the appointment and getting the verbal quote — this trip was going to cost us an extra $ 10 due to a recent change in their system — it now charges a service charge each visit. No biggie!
When the workers showed up, they tried to tell us the area was larger than expected and wanted to charge us – DOUBLE — the quote. I asked them to look up our account because they’ve been here before and measured the area after the first appointment.
These workers must make extra $$$ for all up-​charges because they were willing to «negotiate» — — - but my husband was fuming (after moving furniture, plants, wine fridge all AM, who could blame him) he refused to play ball.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I’m so glad Amerahouse came to the rescue! I’ll write a separate review for them — but they were AWESOME!

Great Experience! From the initial call everyone I dealt with was truly friendly, courteous, & professional. They cleaned my tile & grout as well as my air ducts. I was extremely happy with all their work. The franchise is family owned by three brothers who have instilled their old school values in their technicians. They presented available options to my wife and I without being pushy. Recommended by a family member who’s carpets were made to look new again, they will be back and five stars aren’t enough.
