I have visited Dr. Ali Sadri’s office in the past few months and my experience at his dental practice has been exceptional. The degree of care he puts in his work and with his patients shows that he truly cares. His professionalism as well as the staff makes the experience a very pleasant one when you are there and from the time you try to make the appointment. They have been amazing in working with my schedule. I will recommend Foothill Smiles to all family and friends.

I have been going to Dr. Sadri for years now. Michelle (office manager) is as honest as they come for billing, so I really do not understand the negative review unless the reviewer is confused by where she went.
When I have had emergencies (chip falling off, etc.), Dr. Sadri has personally taken my calls and has gotten me in right away. Always available by phone or email, and the quality of work is terrific. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them at any time.

i went to this place after I saw the great reviews. I was happy with the service but they are not honest with billing. they billed insurance for multiple roots when they fixed only cavity. I called them multiple times to resolve the issue but they have not been honest. I like the service but i wouldnt go again since they are out to get money from the providers.

AMAZING! The best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The receptionist Michelle, is super nice, Sarah is the best hygienist in the world and Dr. Sadri was very informative and honest. I would recommend everyone to check them out. This office is not money hungry, either. I can’t express how happy that I am that I found this office. Oh, and they’re awesome with kids, too.

I have a lifelong history of dentist trauma, starting in childhood, because of dentists who simply couldn’t believe that lidocaine doesn’t work for me and insisted on continuing to drill and do root canals when I could still feel the pain. I have weak teeth, so I had many dentist visits this way. Needless to say, I became downright terrified to go to any dentist. So, I’ve generally waited until a tooth breaks or is in severe pain before finally giving in and seeing a dentist.
Several months ago, shortly after my move to OC, another tooth broke and I searched Unilocal for a dentist. Dr. Sadri had many 5-​star reviews, so I called his office and they were quick to fit me in his schedule. The staff was welcoming, and there were beverages and snacks in the waiting room. The office was clean and well-​kept.
Dr. Sadri greeted me with a friendly smile, and made little jokes and cheerful conversation to help me relax. He listened carefully to my concerns, understood my dentist fear, and reassured me that he has a good record and won’t spoil it now. He also informed me that he doesn’t even use lidocaine, ever — it’s septicaine, the good stuff, every time. It’s twice the price, but that’s how concerned he is for the comfort of his patients. I’ve been to a lot of dentists, but this is the only one I’ve ever heard of that *only* uses septicaine! How refreshing — no more worrying about reminding my dentist not to use lidocaine every time I come in! I was sold.
Dr. Sadri kept his promises, and his record remains unspoiled. He checks with you often to make sure you’re not feeling any pain. He keeps you comfortable and relaxed, does great work, and will painstakingly adjust it until your bite feels right and you’re happy with the way it looks. Since that first visit, he has been my regular dentist. I can see why he has so many 5-​star reviews, and I’m happy to add yet another one! I would wholeheartedly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Just had 3 teeth extracted and there was no pain. Dr. Sadri was very sensitive to my comfort level and made my experience easy. Michelle and his wonderful assistants are the best
I’m delighted with the procedure and the results and plan on using him for all my future dental needs. I will highly recommend him to all my family and friends :-)

Dr. A. Sandri is a great person and amazing cosmetic dentist! I found him on Unilocal based on excellent reviews and proximity to my house. I needed to fix a pretty large filling (childhood trauma) on my front tooth after it fell out due to work done on it by another dentist a week earlier. It all happened just 4 days before New Year!
I needed something to be done with my broken tooth before New Year because I was attending an event on New Year’s Eve.
Dr. A. Sandri did an amazing and quick job of fixing my tooth. He knows what he is doing, and I trust his recommendations. He suggested to do a veneer on my front tooth because it will be sturdier.
Also, because I wanted to whiten my teeth before I put on veneer, he did the whiting trays for me for no charge and before the New Year so I can start whiting my teeth over the holidays.
He also gave me a good price on a temporary filling.
Thank you very much Dr. A. Sandri and Michelle for taking good care of me! I truly appreciate it.

I love my dentists. The Sadris take excellent care of me. Michelle and all of the hygienists are a joy to work with. I drive from Pomona and would follow them wherever they go.

I consider myself a typical American. What that means is that I hate going to the dentist. For most of my life, that perception never changed. Then I found Foothill Smiles. Dr. Sadri, Michelle, and the crew are amazing. Knowledgable, fun to talk to, and they all have a genuine desire to remember you and make you feel at home when you come in. In addition, they are armed with the newest dental technologies and make sure to explain what each device does and its importance. The check-​ups/​cleanings are not as invasive as I was use to prior to coming here. Today, I can genuinely say that going to the dentist for a check-​up/​cleaning is not a dreadful experience, but rather a pleasant one.

Dr. Sadri is truly a exceptional dentist. I use to have a genuine fear of going to the dentist until I walked into Foothill Smiles. He knows how to ease any anxiety that I may have before I get any work done, answers questions before I even ask, and always has his funny jokes to tell. No one likes getting shots but if you have to get them Dr. Sadri doesn’t hurt at all! Like not even a pinch of pain. He is thorough and won’t have you waiting for an eternity. Everything is up front about him, he will provide his medical opinion on what to prioritize based on your needs, or what is desired. His staff is aahhhhmazzinnggg as well. I adore Michelle, and my hygienist. They are both a big reason why I enjoy going to the dentist (never thought I would say that). They are always smiling and asking me how I am doing and remember to ask about my family. The front office staff is a reflection of the doctor in my opinion and it applies at Foothill Smiles. Dr. Sadri is just as friendly as his staff. I recommend Foothill Smiles, Dr. Sadri and his staff to my family and friends.

I would like to highly recommend this professional doctor and his friendly staff to whom which is looking for an absolutely great dentist for life. I’m so great full to find him after six years looking for trustful and professional doctor for my implant.

Dr. Sandri and Michelle are an amazing duo.
Michelle is very knowledgeable of insurance plans and is great at answering questions and making sure I don’t forget my appt.
Dr. Sadri uses high tech techniques and produces stellar results. Their customer service is amazing and they will work with you to make sure you get the best dental care in the industry. I have been a customer for 3 years and proud to say I found the right dentist for me, my family and friends.

Dr. Sadri and the Foothill Smiles staff are the best! I hate going to the dentist and they have made the process so easy and dare I say enjoyable that I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Sadri is extremely professional and gentle, always has a big smile on his face, and is just an all around joy to be around. He always works with me to make sure all of my dental needs are met and that I stay within budget. I’ve also overheard him working with kids a few times I was there, and he is great with them. No surprise there! Oh and I can’t forget to mention his beautiful wife who is sometimes at the front desk and is always the sweetest! I highly recommend Foothill Smiles to anyone and everyone that needs any kind of dental work. You won’t regret it!

My temp crown fall off (I want to another dentist for that) and after Unilocaling for a good dentist I found this place, and boy am I glad I came here! Dr. Sadri is very polite, gentle and honest. He is officially my new dentist! You will love this place! Ohh! And I came an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment and he accommodated me. Thank you so much! Ohh! Did you ever think a dentist would get 5 stars? haha I sought out a dentist finally after 10+ years, with much anxiety, as you could imagine. Before going for appointment I checked out their website. But my anxiety dissipated once I was actually seen by Dr. Sadri and experienced a deep laser cleaning. There was no tensing of the body upon hearing the dental equipment or feeling it scrape, because there wasn’t any. This was all done by laser and as great of an experience as that could ever be. The initial cleaning was the same experience.
Dr. Sadri as well as complete staff from receptionist to dental hygienists were so friendly and pleasant about everything. I decided to transfer all 3 of my boys to this practice. For obvious reasons, I was happy I did and so were they. Go figure, kids feeling «okay» about going to see a dentist rather than complain about it the days leading up to the appt. and the whole car ride there! But, Dr. Sadri’s recommendations will end up saving me OVER $ 1,000 on final steps of ortho treatments for them too!
Dr. Sadri, staff, technology, office appearance, honesty, detailed explanations, the care and attentiveness, just EVERYTHING gets 5 STARS!!! I am so glad I found them! THANK YOU!!!

I don’t usually write reviews… unless my experience was exceptionally good or bad. Today, I re-​learned an important life lesson — you get what you pay for. While Dr. Sadri’s prices are better than competitive, I meant in comparison to my bargain-​basement DHMO plan from work. For the very reasonable premium, my experience today was phenomenal! I never thought I would feel or say that about a dental practice. But I am now.
At first walking in, I noticed that this is the nicest and most impressive dental office that I have been to. Yes, all the nice amenities like K-​cups of coffee and the obligatory magazines are all there. The entire place is neat, clean, and immaculately organized.
Upon being immediately greeted by the genuinely friendly and courteous receptionist, I filled out the usual first time patient forms which were lined up so carefully in a row at the front counter. After a short wait, all the while being greeted and updated by the professional and responsive Dr. Sadri, I was brought inside. Wow, was I impressed.
First, the staff were caring and attentive (without being annoyingly so) and Dr. Sadri’s «bedside manners» («chairside manners» I suppose, in this setting) exemplifies what health care could and should be! Not to mention Dr. Sadri’s educational background and training are top-​notch (my parents only dreamed of the day where I could attend UCSF).
Second, it was clear how detail-​oriented, professional, and thoughtful everyone was. From the amount of light the shades let in through the windows, to the untangling of every cord of every tool, to the pre-​warming of the local anesthetic, to the placement of the suction tube in my mouth, to the distilling of water for rinsing affected areas prior to a procedure… the list goes on and on.
It was all about doing the best job possible, while keeping me comfortable and informed at all times. I was educated, and asked for approval for every step. I felt like I was part of the process in achieving better oral health, not just taken for a ride. I was taught what issues and potential issues I had, what options there were, and advice on how to prioritize desired treatments.
For example, we decided not to fill a surface-​enamel cavity today — just laser, etch, and seal. While this necessarily meant less profit for the office, it was a better choice for the patient, me. That way, instead of drilling the cavity and healthy tooth away, we kept the disease in check. Only if necessary and better for me in the long term, would Dr. Sadri suggest a more drastic measure.
Finally, the equipment. Again, wow! From the rare laser treatment equipment… to intra-​oral cameras used to show me exactly the condition of my teeth and why treatment is or is not advised… to the handheld portable digital x-​ray machine… all the equipment is top shelf and in perfect condition.
Thank you to Dr. Sadri and his fabulous staff. Today, I felt like more than a «patient»… I felt like a human being who was surrounded by supportive health professionals who really cared for my well-​being. Needless to say, Dr. Sadri and his caring staff have earned a patient for life… and I will be switching to a PPO plan at my next open enrollment to make it so.
