Protek Restoration

Ron Anderson is just the best. I had a frozen pipe that had burst in my cabin last winter and destroyed the floors, drywall, cabinets and some of the furniture. I didn’t know of the damage until I showed up and the water has been sitting in the cabin for who knows how long. I found Ron on Unilocal and decided to give him a call even though he didn’t have any reviews yet. He was very responsive and went right over to the property to start the dry out process. During the process he worked very well with me and my insurance company to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. I work in real estate and a lot of contractors can be good with what they do but their communication skills or paperwork skills are lacking. That is not the case with Ron. His paperwork is all in order and timely and his communication skills are great. He was able to give recomendations along the way and I was happy with everything he suggested. When I showed back up at my cabin after the work was done, I was thrilled. Everything was put back in order exactly how it was prior to the damage and was even better than expected. I am recomend him to anyone and I will use him again for sure.
