My husband saw a neighbor using Michael’s Carpet Care and had him come over when the job was done. Gave us an estimate and scheduled a date right away. Michael was prompt, courteous, friendly, and thorough. He did not rush the job. Now our carpet looks new, just in time for our Super Bowl Party!

I had hired a company to stretch my carpets… To make a long story short, after he cut along the 5 ft. entrance of the first room & stretched the carpet, it wasn’t possible to bring both ends together. One side had a gap aprox.2−3 inches short & the other end aprox. 1 inch. I didnt have any left over carpet from the installer for him to use. As hard as he tried, no salution was found. I it became a very frustrating & complicating matter.
This is where Michael came in. He found a salution & amazingly completed the task ! He had to spend a lot of time just in that area, but the results are amazing! Michael did an outstanding job !! I found him to be very proffessional as well. Knows this kind of work very well for sure!
I highly recommend Michael’s Carpet Care, and will use his services again when needed.

If you want the best, call Michael! Over a year ago we moved to EDH and a few months later the downstairs part of the house was flooded and soaked our brand new carpet and I thought all was ruined. I frantically searched for a carpet guy and made many calls and Michael was the only one that answered and helped calm me down also. He came out right away and got to work. It took several days to dry out all the carpet and he came every day to ensure the drying was going well and he put it back like it was, even better than it was because the cats had already clawed up some of the carpet and he fixed that also! He’s amazing we use him now for regular carpet cleaning and I don’t even have to be home because we trust him. You won’t be sorry if you use him!

Our carpets were very soiled, and really needed a good cleaning. I called Michael at 9pm on Sunday, wanting to leave a message to be called back on Monday. He picked up on the second ring! On a Sunday night.
We arranged for Friday, and he arrived promptly on our arranged time window (10 – 10:30).
My wife was home, and said that he was very professional, neat and tidy and got the work done quickly.
We have a couple of small dogs, and he cleaned up their ‘evidence’ very nicely. Carpets literally look like new. House smells great, and they were almost dry when I got home from work. Everything was dry by morning.
I give him 5 stars. On a critique side I would say I didn’t like the extra $ 10 fee for using a charge card. I’d rather he just increase the cost ($ 10) and bury it. We had a rather large job, and the price was about what I expected, so the $ 10 felt the the ‘fuel charge’ UPS adds on when they need a little more money.
Anyways, I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Called Michael to do a repair on carpet– dog and cat ripped a section by the door, and he was able to fit me in right away. The job was perfect, I could not even tell there was a section about the size of a piece of paper that had been repaired. I live in Folsom and would highly recommend Michael to repair any issue with your carpet. Wow and what good customer service. Such a polite man.

I used Michael to perform carpet stretching and cleaning of my 10 year old carpet in the dining room, family room, hallways, den, and master bedroom. I had been told previously by another carpet installer that I would have to have my heavy bedroom furniture, bookcases, and china hutch packed to move in order to perform the stretching… a task that I had no interest in performing. Michael was able to stretch the carpet in the various rooms without moving the really heavy furniture. I also used Michael to clean the same rooms and heavily tracked areas. It took about nine hours or so for the entire effort. Michael was very professional, very informative about cleaning techniques and products, and consulted me on any decisions to be made. I was very pleased and highly recommend.

Michael came all the way out to pocket and did a quick patch job for us. He was the best price after calling around for quotes, and he was punctual, and friendly.
We made small talk for the whole 20 minutes he was there, and then it looked good as new!

Michael came out to Folsom to stretch the berber carpet in my parents house. He is friendly, professional and also did a great job on the two rooms he stretched, making the 15 year old carpet look practically brand new. We’re getting the house ready to sell and will have him come back to stretch other spots once the rest of the furniture is gone.

Do professional and very Ethical business men still exist? Oh yes! Michael was punctual and he was here for fixing our torn carpets ripped off by my German Shepherd. Not even my dog could tell where those rips were. He made them look new and cleaned our carpets for a very reasonable price. Such dedication he had towards his work. By far the best carpet care business I have ever worked with.

What can I say except I found my carpet guy! My carpet needed to be stretched and tacked down after some remodeling and then cleaned. Michael was on time, took a thorough walk and gave me an honest assessment of what he thought could be cleaned. Reality is he was able to get more cleaned than originally thought. As for cost I thought he was very reasonable and liked that he gave me a cost break-​down before getting started. There are not too many people that I would give a 5 rating too so definitely give him a try if you need some carpet work done.

Michael has been cleaning our carpets for close to 20 years. His service is the best. We have pets and Michael has always spent the extra time and effort to make sure our carpets look great. He has also done repairs to our carpets after pet damage. Every time after he has finished we always say «the carpet looks like new». And his prices are very reasonable. No hidden charges or sales gimmicks like so many other cleaners. You really can’t go wrong with Michael’s Carpet Care’s professional and friendly service.

Over 10 years ago my washer hose burst and I had a flood in my home! I frantically looked through the yellow pages for a person to help me with my water emergency (No Unilocal then). Michael was the one I called and he came out that night! He cleaned up the water and meticulously pulled back the carpet and mat and dried all over the next two or three days by rotating large fans so all would dry properly… I was working so I had to leave him a key. All the carpeting was put back perfectly. You couldn’t ask for anyone more professional than Michael.
Today, Michael cleaned my wall to wall carpeting and also repaired a piece of carpet where I had a tear. Luckily I had some remnants. Unbelieveable job… you cannot tell where he repaired the carpet and both my carpet and the remnant looks like one piece! I was really quite impressed. I highly recommend Michael’s Carpet Care!

Michael saved me!
Had a patch of carpet removed a few years ago during a renovation. To my surprise when I moved some furniture to prepare for moving — yep, that patch was still there all bare and ugly.
I found Michael on Unilocal and I’m glad I did. Same day service, awesome work, and it was very fair in terms of cost. Professional and friendly, if there is ever a time I need to have carpet repaired — I’m callin that dude.

I was in a bit of a bind when I called Michael’s Carpet Care. I had to get my carpets cleaned quickly before moving, and Michael was quick to schedule me in. He was very professional and made sure to let me know exactly what to expect. He was on time, and when my carpets were done, I couldn’t believe the difference! They looked brand new. I not only recommend him, but plan on using him again!
