History
Established in 2014.
After many successful years creating outstanding special events and catering through their company Bacchus Elegant Events, Eric Adams and Executive Chef Victor Octavio have opened Bacchus House Wine Bar & Bistro in Folsom, CA. Bacchus House offers menus that change with the seasons, nightly Happy Hour featuring custom cocktails, craft beers and fine wines, and private banquet facilities for your special events.

His Career has been a vibrant and successful one. As owner of his own Event Planning Company for over a decade, and before that, the Executive Chef of the well renowned Cliff House Folsom, Chef Octavio is pleased to welcome you to his newest creation, Bacchus House Wine, Bar & Bistro.
