We are in the dog business, specializing in dog grooming and daycare services. We also offer boarding, pickup and dropoff services, and special arrangements for elderly or handicapped owners. Grooming services include: baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleanings, and more. We also offer daycare and boarding in a 24-​hour supervised, cage-​free environment.

We understand that your pets have unique and fun personalities. Our experienced groomers and staff work hard to make sure your pet feels happy, calm, and comfortable when they are with us. When you’re here, be sure to check out our awesome dog accessories and items for sale including: sweaters & jackets, treats, shampoo, combs & brushes, leashes, toothbrushes, and toothpaste.

We also have puppies for sale! All of our puppies are up to date on vaccination and microchipped and have registration papers. When you decide to take one home, you are given a starter kit which includes: dry food, wet food, collar, and leash. You also have the chance to take advantage of our health plan with one of our participating veterinarians. Call for more information!

I have been disappointed so many times by different groomers who just prefer to shave a puppy down in the middle of winter than to spend extra time brushing them down. Needless to say that is not the case here, they always do an amazing job even when my Maltese baby comes with a few knots on her legs (she doesn’t let me brush her there) They are super friendly and accommodating if you need a last minute appointment and I am always happy with their work and most importantly my doggie always looks beautiful! Highly recommend it!

Jessica is the best. Our dog Oliver isn’t very comfortable around new people & can even be a bit aggressive when nervous. But Jessica must have incredible energy because she works so well with him. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our little Oliver like I trust her. Highly recommend!

Took my maltipoo here for the first time and I love it. She listened to my request and cutie accordingly. I love how my dog turn out, the haircut fits him perfectly. On my way home people complimented me on how cute my dog is. I will definitely bring him back here again.

Jessica does an excellent grooming job every time. I’ve been taking my cockapoo to master pups for 2+ years now. This place is much better than the places I’ve taken my dog in the past.

Brought my baby in today (for same day last minute appointment) and he came out looking like a brand new puppy! Jessica took her time, was tender, and did a great job on my pup who HATES being groomed– loved the cut! Oh and 20% discount for new customers.
Jessica listened to how I wanted him to look and made me feel like my baby was in good hands. If you have a nervous pup definitely bring them here! I’ll Deff be back

Found this place on Unilocal,super close to my house. I loved it! They did a great job on my pom, he looked adorable plus the price was awesome bc I was a first timer I got a discount. The staff is very nice and made my pom feel comfortable :-)

This was a last-​minute appointment and they still made time for me and my pup. I normally call in advance to make an appointment but I happened to have today off so I looked on Unilocal for highly rated pet groomers.
Because this is last minute, I understand if the groomer can’t accomodate. After calling a handful of groomers and finding none of them were available this afternoon, I was about to give up but then I saw Master Pups and that they had a solid 5 stars on here.
The person on the phone, Fanny, was very nice and said I could come in today. When I brought my dog in, a four-​year-​old Pekingese, we were met with such great customer service. Jessica and Fanny were so accommodating, understanding, patient, and kind. They really treated us like family, and it was our first time!
The other abnormal thing about the day was that my dog had just been to the vet. So, I was taking a risk with bringing her to any strange place because she could be more snappy and crabby than usual.
Jessica was so helpful during the whole process. It was very clear that she understands dogs and different breeds. Jessica was very honest and knowledgeable. She made us feel very comfortable and that we were in a safe space. It was easy for me to trust her with my pup. Jessica was so gentle and loving in handling my dog that I left with no worries.
They’re kind enough to also call you 15 minutes before your pet is ready for pick-​up.
When I picked up my dog, she was so happy and calm – not to mention all clean and beautiful. I was so relieved! Jessica said my dog had behaved wonderfully, and there were no issues at all. My pup got a haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, and bath and the results are phenomenal. I was so happy to also see that my dog had warmed up to Jessica in only about two hours. It’s like they were close friends.
I highly highly recommend Jessica and this company. Personally, I’d definitely go back to them every single time for all my dog’s grooming needs. They also do boarding which is great. Thanks So Much Jessica and Fanny!

The best groomer in all of Flushing area, I have tried other several locations, but this one stood out among the rest, Jessica is highly recommended when it comes to grooming, she takes good care of my dogs. Also a big + that they have a great vet that visit once a month to offer shots, great alternative to those who can’t take their pets to the clinic, they get groomed and vaccinated at the same time, so convenient. Also their place is close to some great stores and restaurants.

This is the BEST GROOMERS in NYC! She treats your pet as if it is her own. Amazing puppy cuts– does not cut too much off and your dog never wants to leave. Great people and very talented!
