The service was quick and courteous. The atmosphere is cozy but a little load. The clam chowder was very thick and full of clams and potatoes, but didn’t seem house made. I ordered a steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked correctly the broccoli was crisp and bright green the mashed potatoes were chunky and has a good flavor. I would try them again.

Great atmosphere and service! Our drinks didn’t get more than half way down once ha. The signature dry rub seasoning on the tenders or wings is delicious. Their weekly specials are good deals too!

Amazing! My husband and I will DEFINITELY be returning. I was expecting typical bar food, but it was so much more. Delicious and not too expensive. The Wolfies chicken made me feel like I was eating at moms. Good drinks, great food, and Chicago décor. This bar was cozy and a wonderful time! Great service too!

My parents and I ate here today. We had never been before and chose the place on a whim without checking reviews. We sat outside and were very pleased with the atmosphere. The bartender seemed put off that I was waiting for my parents to walk in and asked me how many in an annoyed voice. our serber was very friendly. The food was delicious. My mom had the horseradish crusted sirloin and it was very good. We will go back and eat again

came here on our way through town. Ate outside and had a nice experience. They have TV’s so you can watch sports of local and high profile games. Good. They have a nice beer menu. The food is fine. We had good service too.

Ate here for lunch while in town on business. I walked in and sat at the bar. At first I thought the time it took for someone to greet and serve me could have been improved but then the most peculiar thing happened. The waitress came over and asked me my name, I told it to her to which she replied I am so and so. A few moments later the manager came out with my cup of soup and said«Here you are Chelsey». The food was good but this simple act of knowing their customer made my day!

The food is always great and reasonably priced. The people make you feel welcomed and are always happy to see you. The bartender, Trishia, makes the best drinks and always keeps us entertained. She is one of the reasons we eat here 2 to 3 times a month. The Prime Rib is fantastic, try it medium to med-rare with the Horseradish topping. I also recommend the Pan Crusted Chicken and the Ribs. The appetizers to try are crab cakes, seared tuna and the mushrooms. I have never been disappointed. This will become your favorite place for drinks and food.

It’s a very comfortable nice place to eat. Service was good. Prices were reasonable. Food was not outstanding but very good for the price point. I would recommend it.

I have been coming to this bar for over 6 years and visit multiple times a week. I have gotten to know many of the staff members and managers and couldn’t be more pleased with their service. The beer selection is a microbrew drinkers friend and the bartenders know their stuff. I’ve eaten here when in a hurry or having dinner with my wife and have not ordered a single thing I was unsatisfied with. The dry-rub wings easily rank in my Top 3 in Indianapolis. One of my favorite aspects is the draw from the local hotels in the area during evening hours and the different business travelers that I have met over the years. This is your spot if you’re looking for a sports friendly bar and great food.

A friend and I had a great lunch here today. Loved the menu, the food was delicious and our waitress, Kerri, was friendly, fast and professional. It was our first visit and we hope to return soon!

I wanted to like this place so badly. i really did. But I couldn’t have left this place any quicker(actually I wanted to, but it took the waitress an hour to check up on us). There’s two sides to the building. One side has a main entrance, and the other doesn’t. You’re forced to walk on to the patio and question«is this door actually an entrance or not». I walked right in and the gentlemen running the place seemed baffled that we were just standing there as if it weren’t obvious we were looking for a place to sit down. Once my friends and I found a seat, a lovely waitress promptly asked us what we were having. I don’t think she was rude or angry, but she certainly rubbed off that way. We all ordered a Sun King Cream Ale, which didn’t quite taste like the Cream Ale we were used to. Right away we knew this place wasn’t for us. Wolfie’s has the atmosphere of a truck stop grill in the middle of the Northern Woods in Wisconsin. Except instead of being a place to watch the Packers, it’s apparently«the place to be» to watch Chicago sports. My friends and I decided as soon as we were done with this one beer, we were out the door. We stayed for about an hour, but it would have been a much shorter visit if the Waitress actually came back to check up on us. For what it’s worth, my friends regularly go to the Wolfie’s Grill in Noblesville and say that it is very different and much more enjoyable. I understand that it’s a grill that Chicago fans should want to go to, to watch the game, but on a Wednesday night with a half-empty dining area, It should have been a more relaxed atmosphere. I was shocked that it was okay for the only 2 Chicago(cubs) fans to be squealing so loudly(Literally squealing, I think they were making a joke about the other team being pigs). Last thing. The saloon style bathroom doors certainly add to the theme of the restaurant, but the doors shouldn’t be so small that my girlfriend feels uncomfortable when she’s in there. One Star. If I had food, It might have been good enough to be given two stars, But the place didn’t stand a chance in having me stay long enough to want to order

This Wolfie’s Grill is one of three Central Indiana locations of Wolfie’s, with all of them being located in Hamilton County(Fishers, Carmel, and Noblesville). I’d driven by Wolfie’s a few times as it’s pretty conveniently located across from Heartland Church off right at I-69 and 96th Street. I haven’t been to the other locations, but this location is set up in a rather small building that has a lodge like feeling to it with a warm, woodsy décor. As this is a bar & grill, you must be 21 to enter and as you enter you get the dining area to the left and the well equipped bar just to the right. It’s a small, but beautiful establishment with an outdoor patio that would be a delight during warmer weather. They have two accessible parking spots, though it should be noted that these are not legally enforceable because they only have the symbol on the pavement. That said, they do have the blue-striped area and were quite workable. There’s also a nice curb cut into the establishment and Wolfie’s is situated in a way that should be easily accommodating to those with mobility issues. It was obvious as I arrived that they were setting up for some type of party/event and about half of Wolfie’s had been informally reserved for this party with decorations on the wall and tables. Because it was mid-afternoon, I was still able to pretty much choose a spot and had a nice table right next to their patio area. Wolfie’s offers a fairly diverse menu with appetizers, soups, Blue Ridge Burgers(including both angus and bison), sandwiches, and wraps. They also offer gluten free options, though their online menu does include a disclaimer essentially saying«We can’t guarantee it’s gluten free.» I ordered a bison burger with fries for $ 10.49 — bison is supposed to be a healthier beef and I’d never actually tried it before. Of course, I also ordered my usual unsweetened tea. The food and iced tea were delivered in a timely manner. My server, Hannah, was a good server but she seemed distracted. I’m not sure if she was helping out with the party, but it seemed like there were staff everywhere and yet it almost seemed like they were thrown off having a customer come in. That said, she got the basics done quite nicely and I did get an iced tea refill. It just kind of lacked the warmth that makes you want to go back. The food? The bison burger was good. I ordered it medium well and it was delivered medium well. The burger was juicy and filling without a lot of heaviness. The bun was a tad disappointing — lightly toasted but rather bland. The french fries? It was a small, disappointing order as they were maybe a notch higher than shoestring with nothing distinct about them. I don’t often notice this, but I also couldn’t help but think that it was all presented very plainly. Presentation matters when you’re delivering food and this plate was about half empty — I kept thinking to myself«Why make it obvious that your serving size is smaller even on a smaller plate?» It wasn’t bad, but the first thing you do when you get a plate on your table is look at it. You shouldn’t think«disappointing» before you’ve had a chance to take a bite. The entire meal came in at just under $ 15.00. You could easily spend more here and this was definitely on the low end. Wolfie’s has a nice alcohol menu including local options. They have daily specials including weekends. I didn’t dislike Wolfie’s, but I found it underwhelming. My inclination is to revisit, hopefully at a time when there’s not a party going on and I can get a real sense of the place and the service. However, I have to ultimately rate on the basis of what I experienced and that leaves me with a good bison burger(but not great), disappointing fries, competent but not exactly warm/inviting service(and it constantly felt a bit off in terms of timing). I was checked in by another couple of folks during my stay, but I felt more served than actually welcomed. 5 star? Not a chance. 4 star? That can’t happen with disappointing fries and distracted service. I honestly contemplated a 2 star, but I did get my always desired refill and the bison burger was good. Plus, they do have a nice curb cut and I truly didn’t experience anything negative. 3 Star feels right. I had a slightly above average experience, but it was slightly lower than one would expect in this type of setting and in this price bracket. I will, in all likelihood, return but I definitely won’t be in a rush to do so.

I would have preferred to rank this restaurant as 3 ½ stars but that was not an option. The staff was nice and after seeing me walk in to the establishment after traveling by foot from the hotel(in the frigid 0 degree weather), they found a spot for my by the fire. That warmed me up nicely. There was a decent craft beer selection but I am not very particular. I chose a local craft beer on draft. The clam chowder was bland and not special. I am glad I only ordered a cup. The chowder was probably not worth all of the calories I consumes. The house salad consisted on iceberg lettuce, a few pieces of tomatoes and croutons. I did ask for my salad not to have onions or cheese. The vinaigrette was sweet and a little bit tangy. I will say that the fish and fries was above average. The fish was cooked just right and greasy. It is hard to find battered fish that doesn’t taste like the oil it was cooked in. The fries were good as well. I would go back for the fish alone.

Pleasantly surprised! We had the dry rub wings, seared tuna and the grilled cheese n tomato soup… everything was great, including the service. Warren was funny & attentive but not overbearing! The other servers and manager were actively helping out! We will definitely be back! Great job!

Wolfies is located close to work and has a nice patio. It’s our ‘go to’ place for a Happy Hour with co-workers. There’s nothing cheap about it. Usual pub fare and lodge style ambiance. I take it there are some regulars there, but it’s a less than a warm and fuzzy vibe. Not a favorite.

Wanting somewhere new to eat, my husband and I decided to give Wolfie’s a chance. Walking in, they were not very busy and we were seated right away. About ten minutes later the place was packed. It seemed like there were quite a few regulars and the crowd was a bit older. The inside is quite small which made it cozy but with it being packed it was a little loud. Our service was attentive but not over bearing. The décor is lodge-like with lots of warm woods and darker colors. For dinner, I ordered the Alpine wrap with fires and the hubby ordered the Grilled ham and cheese with tomato soup. The wrap was delicious. Grilled chicken, corn, black beans, tortilla strips, salsa and ranch dressing. The fries were crispy and seasoned nicely. I can only assume that my husband enjoyed his dinner seeing as he scarfed it down in record time! Will this place be a regular stop for us? Probably not, but food and service was still good and we will be back form time to time.

My first Wolfie’s experience was the result of the persuasion of some friends to get me out. It’s close proximity to my apartment added to the appeal. I was immediately won over by the fact that you can get a gin and tonic for $ 3.50. Have I mentioned 1. How much I love gin and tonics and 2. How much I love cheap drinks? Well Wolfie’s sufficiently won my liver over. My second visit consisted of more liver love… Followed by a bowl of deliciously warm and gooey Mac and cheese! I love cheese, almost as much as I love cheap drinks, and Wolfie’s brought it in the game of Mac and cheese. The only thing keeping me from more stars is that I haven’t had anything else to eat, so I don’t know if I simply had a one hit wonder… As well as not being entirely in love with the overall feel of the place. I can’t put my finger on what’s keeping me from putting a ring on Wolfie’s but as soon as I find out I’ll be sure to let you know.

Stopped for a late lunch at 4pm. Waitstaff seemed like we were bothering them by being there, much less asking questions about the menu. Boring easy to forget food that is mostly out of a can or package and heated then brought to the table. This would be a great place for a beer and a game, but not much else. I won’t be coming back the next time I am in town for work.
