Chris Howe’s specializes in World Class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling sport that focuses on fighting on the ground. It was made specifically for smaller and weaker people. Once the fight gets on the ground, being bigger and stronger doesn’t necessarily help you. So it focuses on chokes, arm bars, leg locks, and things a weaker person can put on a bigger opponent.
