Don’t bother going here! We consigned our 2015 trailer for 90days, not one call! We had some friends go in to check it out, not only did the sales people not know where our trailer was, they didn’t even know they had such a thing! Extremely disorganized and when we gave them feedback regarding the situation, they were extremely defensive quoting all the sales they did make! All I know is that they didn’t sell mine and I am not impressed with their business.

I recently purchased a Fleetwood Southwind 34A and from day one, after the finances were completed, it has been one issue after another with the service department. I often felt that since the finances were done, so was the desire to provide appropriate service. I think my RV has spent more time in the dealers shop than at my residence. The service department is without question the most dysfunctional operation I have ever witnessed. There is a lot of talk and promises from them but the bottom line is none of it materializes that meets their promise. I have gotten to a point that I am looking for another dealership that is authorized to perform Fleetwood warranty/​repair work. I will not do business with this dealership in the future.
There was one very positive experience throughout this ordeal and that was the salesman that we worked with — Randy Welsh. Randy was extremely professional, knew his trade and answered every question we had. On several incidents regarding the failure of the service department Randy intervened on our behalf. He never stopped providing outstanding support and information.

The sales person took us out and showed us a few rvs. They were nice rvs. He definitely listened to what we wanted. The only problem would be that we couldn’t tell the prices right away and another rv center let us look at any of the ones we wanted. They were more free range but the sales guy wasn’t pushy at all.

I bought an RV from these guys last January. They ripped me off on the PDI so I sued them and won $ 4,995. I am trying to collect the money they owe me but in order to do so, I need to know where they bank. If any of you have a cancelled check or a receipt for a wire transfer, their bank’s routing number should be on it. I would REALLY appreciate your help in tracking down this info so I can make them pay the money they owe me and to send a message that lying and stealing from their customers is not OK. Also, to anyone who is interested, please message me and I will provide the complete transcript of the small claims suit along with all of the papers I filed. I’m not an attorney but it was really easy to sue them and win. I would like to put together a class action suit against them so I am looking for others who have been ripped off.

Don’t buy anything from these people. When we purchased our 5^th wheel last November it took 3 months to get it. They damaged it in the move to Bonney Lake then hid it from us. Now we took it over to get a few things fixed on the warranty and it winterized. Asked if we should remove our things from the underbelly and the Manager James in Service so no everything will be fine don’t worry. Got it back and they had let someone steal our electric scooters that we had just bought. Told us it wasn’t their problem. Tried 3 times now to talk to General Manager and he won’t return our calls. Since the Better Business won’t do anything I am contacting the News channels to see if the People Helper or Jesse can do anything I am including anyone else’s complaints if they want to get ahold of me.
