Just an oil change for my wife’s car. Write up guy was helpful and friendly. Had an appointment, which was honored. In/​out in short order. They even washed the car.

I have had great service every time I have brought in my car. I would like to say I have felt we were treated fairly.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my entire life. I have an ignition interlock device in my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. I also have a GM warranty and my check engine light came on. I called the service department to make an appointment to get it repaired and let them know that my interlock device can actually be disabled while being serviced (very easy process, you call the 800 number and they give the dealership a numeric code to turn it off). They REFUSED my business and said that they would not service a vehicle with an interlock because they had one bad experience ONE time with someone that needed their interlock completely uninstalled in order to be serviced (obviously two very different scenarios). I have been to several Chevrolet dealerships in Phoenix and also in Genesee and Shiawasee counties since I have moved back to Mi and I have NEVER been refused service. I called Feldman Chevrolet in Highland and they said that they would be more than happy to pick up the slack and do business with me and service my car. They said they would even do it if my interlock was not able to be disabled (which is the case if the State of Mi is who ordered you to have an interlock). So obviously customer service and customer satisfaction mean nothing to this dealership and they do not care for my business. Find a better dealership that cares about their customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

Quick and pleasant… went in for a recall. Was done in a timely manner. They went over the car to note any damage before they started work and even made helpful suggestions. Some people are saying Chris was rude but I did not think he was I thought he was friendly and honest exactly what I would want from a service member.

If i could give negative stars I would. I dropped my car of Nov 12^th for service. The service engine light was on. After an entire month of going back and forth over wether or not it was covered, I finally gave up and just went to get it. I drove 2 blocks and the warning light for low oil pressure came on, I took it right back where service manager Duane told me to drive it home, I broke down completely 2 miles away. Duane says they did not do any work except an oil change, my car was fine when I took it in. I was initially told that it was covered and would be ready a few days later on wed. on thursday on when the car is supposed to be done they call me to say its not covered and would be 2200 dollars. When the oil pressure light was on he told me they never did any work to it. They blew the engine in my car and then say they did nothing to it, did i mention it was there for 31 days.

One day after the installation of the remote start we had installed at Vic Canever, NEITHER of the remote key fobs are working!!! OMG. really? Don’t waste your time on this dealership!

I came in to have my oil level topped off, and the service staff noticed and took care of a recalled part on my vehicle, all for no charge. The waiting room is comfortable, and offers fresh popcorn, coffee and bottled water.
The dealership is a model of cleanliness, overall, and the service friendly and very competent.

The entire crew at Vic Canever provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations at every level. General Sales Manager, Matt Stevens took time to discuss my personal concerns about purchasing a new versus used vehicle. He introduced me to Lou Columbus who spent a great deal of time and effort evaluating my needs. Lou is AWESOME! He tailors his service to the individual throughout the ENTIRE process. His commitment to excellence is unparalleled! After Lou helped me select the car that perfectly suited my needs, he introduced me to Finance Director, Mark Tolbert. Once again, I knew I was in good hands. Mark knows his stuff! He patiently explained all of my financing options and helped me select the option that was best for me. Finally, I met Service Director, Duane Curto who personally assured me that they would meet my service needs for years to come. Thank you Vic Canever for an outstanding car buying experience!
