Rick Leyanne was very helpful in the purchase of our 2012 GMC Acadia. Mike Yankee was awesome I really got customer service with a smile and he was so nice and he kept me laughing he has a wonderful personality. And I will most definitely do business with him again. and Steve Thomas the finance guy was awesome as well and so kind and he worked really hard to make sure he got me the very best financing possible for my vehicle I don’t think I ever had A customer service like this I absolutely love the service That Mike Yankee and Steve Thomas gave me they were just totally totally awesome!!!

I had to have a few minor items taken care of with my 2013 Buick Regal GS. The brakes squeaked, the interior had rattles, and the engine has some possible small oil leaks. First off, my salesman Bill Ross got me into a loaner GMC Acadia for the day and when my service guy, Kyle told me the car needed to stay longer he got me into a brand new 2015 Buick LaCrosse with 300 miles on. Needless to say I was very pleased with both Bill helping me as usual and Kyle getting me a loner. Kyle and the technician, whom I don’t know worked on it, did a fantastic job at meeting my needs and solving the issues. Kyle kept me abreast of what was going on with the car each day at least once, sometimes twice. The tech took the time to call GM twice to inquire about the brakes and the oil issues. I also wanted the car detailed and since that got delayed a bit (only a day) I was given a 30 dollar discount on that. I got the car back in brand new condition and Kyle is going to follow up on the problems I had to see if they are corrected in a month when I bring it back in for my oil change and tire rotation. Kudos to the team at Randy Wise that helped me with my Buick!

I’ve bought/​leased two vehicles here over the past 7 years and while they may experience staff turnover either in sales or in Service, I’ve always had the best customer service. If something goes wrong, they make it right.
Buying a car? Stop reading and stop in.
Service? See Jenna, see Mike and you’ll be glad you did. (I haven’t dealt with the others so I can’t honestly rate then but I imagine they are just as exceptional as Mike and Jenna.

Shout out to Mike Wilson and the service dept. at Randy Wise GMC in Fenton! I went in to get a tail light fixed and expected to have to wait forever. They fixed it in the write up area while I had a quick cup of free coffee and then asked if I had time for them to wash it. I was out in 20 minutes with a working light and clean car! Love this dealership!
