Established in 1989.

Bob Hulter has been building and developing in the Santa Cruz area for over 30 years. Hulter Construction Inc. has been incorporated and run independently by Bob Hulter since 1989. Maintaining close ties with various local professionals and small businesses has been a big part of Hulter Construction, and has been key in forming functional compilation efforts.

I have been in the construction field in the Santa Cruz area since 1978. I have a General Engineering Contractors type A License, a General Building Contractors type B License and I am also a Licensed California Real Estate Broker. The knowledge base of these three, give me a unique, full view of any construction project. I provide the over site necessary for each task and situation.

I work hard at Value Engineering; a project can be completed in any number of ways. What I do is determine how to complete the job in the least possible time for the best possible cost.
