Omg! Do not go to the new brow girl, I think her name is Rita… Ena was awesome but she is no longer at this location :(The new girl took off half my eyebrow after I specified that I wanted to keep them thick and when I complained, she asked what I wanted her to do about it in an indignant manner… then she accused me of just trying to get services for free! My brows are clearly uneven now… Save your brows and save yourself the hassle! I just hope they grow back! Bring Ena back!!!

When it comes to all things female, I fail at life. I get pretty lazy at making regular grooming appointments but after a six month«vacation» from getting my arches done, I was starting to resemble a Yeti. My best friend(who happens to rock at all things female) recommended Ena from the Benefit Beauty Bar which is located inside the Ulta. I made an appointment my calling their main line and was immediately greeted by a friendly face. Using their patented brow mapping technique she outlined my eyebrows before waxing so I could see exactly what to expect when I was finished. I really appreciated that she took the time to look at my face and it’s features, instead of waxing blindly. This customized approach left my arches higher than I’ve ever seen before! High Fives all around! Her station was thoroughly sanitized and she never double dipped. The wax that she used was very soft, pliable, and not too hot so the pain was minimal. Afterwards she showed me how to fill in my brows, which was really appreciated as well. I’ve already booked my second appointment!
