Paisano’s Pizza

This location over the past year has provided exceptional service, above and beyond previous years. Management has improved in customer service. I have increased my patronage at this location more than 3 to 4 times a week compared to only once a week and the wings are off the chart. My experience with the manager Robert has been amazing, he is both helpful and accommodating. I have encouraged more of my coworkers on the mall to dine here. If you have a chance check out I recommend it.

Service and food was fantastic. Robert was very nice and checked up on us occasionally to ask us how the food was and eating there for the first time I would rate it ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Would recommend!!!

This review is for the subs ONLY. Today the cheese steak that I received was so pitiful that I actually had to take the time to write a review, which I rarely do. If you want a sub with more bread than meat and the steak is burnt, this is the place for you. There were entire pieces of the bun that had absolutely no meat on it. And the actual meat that was there had to be picked off because it was charred to a crisp. Thanks Paisanos for ruining my lunch. I guess that’s what I get for skipping on my diet today. The universe punished me! Drat…
The only reason I didn’t give it two stars is because I have yet to try the pizza. Maybe this location can redeem itself if I ever decide to go again… but it won’t be on my diet day, that’s for sure!

While we love the food here and customer service — this is the 2^nd time we have found foreign objects in our food. This was a piece of metal that was in his Stromboli and almost cut my husband’s mouth. Just beware when biting down.

The pizza is terrific — almost as good as the pizza in the Boston area. Also pita sandwiches (chicken and veggie) were excellent! I just wished they were located a bit closer — Shirlington /​Fairlington area.

Ive been to this location 3 times on the last month. The team working here is exceptional and very hard working. The manager Robert and his team meets you at the door and opens it for you. Everyone is attentive and very nice. I would recommend this location to anyone. And ad a bonus the food is great also.

I work at a business in the Baileys Crossroads area, and we buy lunch from here probably atleast once a week. The food is pretty good, but the attention to details by the staff is not up to par. We do all of our ordering online in the hope that there won’t be any communication issues over the phone. However it seems as though they don’t really even read the special requests and have on multiple occasions just completely forgotten items. If you get a print out that specifies what exactly to put on a sub and what you don’t want, then you shouldn’t end up with things that you don’t want. Not a deal breaker though, and we will continue to order food from here.

I’ve been here a few times for the lunch special… two 1-​topping slices & a drink for $ 5.99 on Monday-​Friday. My two most recent times were once in September and today, ¹⁰⁄₂. In September, the drink machine ice was broken, and they had a salad container with ice that I scooped into my cup. Also, the root beer tasted flat, but I didn’t say anything.
Guess what? Weeks later today on 10/​2, they still had the container with ice, and the root beer was still flat! I was pretty annoyed because they should’ve taken care of this issue. I noticed that someone else got a bottle soda, and I asked them for a bottle instead, which to their credit, they did give me with no questions asked. Another customer said to the cashier that she was agreeing with me the soda was flat.
The women in there are very friendly, and the pizza is decent. It is by no means gourmet, but the $ 5.99 deal is a value, and the crust is great. It does feel like I’m eating a cheap Mexican pizza, but I still enjoy it.
In summary, very friendly staff, decent pizza, but it is stupid that management never took care of the soda machine.

My husband and I love this particular Paisano’s pizza location. The pizza is great, the tuna salad is delicious and made fresh daily, the homemade dressing is wonderful, and the service – whether by home delivery or in the restaurant – is excellent. Also, Robert, the manager, is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everything is perfect. Highly recommend this location!

Came in yesterday for lunch with some friends. The manager Robert was extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend this location just because of him!

I have food delivered from there quite often… hey don’t judge me, I’m a bachelorette lol. It is always delivered at the right temperature and they always get my order correct. Their Hawaiian pizza is to die for and I recently started exploring their salad menu. My favorite salad is the buffalo chicken salad. This is by far my favorite pizza delivery place. Check it out.

I have had some mixed experiences with the establishment but one thing that has stood out is whether I choose to go to them and eat in or if I choose to have it delivered. Whenever I have gone to eat inside, it has been pretty good. I have tried it at least 10 times and the food ranged from good to pretty good each time. The experiences I had that weren’t so good were when I had it delivered. The food was not cooked all the way and it was also soggy on top of that, that was a let down. So, I am ok with the place as long as I go to eat there.

Nice place to go eat. Food is great. Try the pepperoni stramboli. this place is kind of hidden but it is definitely a good place to should come check it out.

I’ve ordered delivery from this place atleast 10 times. The most recent order is what made me write this review. The food isn’t the greatest. Taste wise it has alot to improve on, but its near my home and prices aren’t too bad. My LAST order from this place was the following: three sandwiches/​subs: Steak and cheese, chicken sub, cheeseburger, and an order of onion rings.
Total came out to 35 and some change. First thing, they forgot the onion rings (im ok with that-​mistakes will be made). Second, the french fries were not completely fried and no seasoning what so ever. Third and most importantly, the subs contained maybe an ounce of steak and chicken. It was ridiculous. I mean they serve you more in third world countries for only a third of the price. Paisanos poured lettuce and tomatoes and and some cheap cheese to make it seem full, but it was all fluff. I’ve never felt so disrespected by food in my life before. Who ever made my sub, you won that day, but best believe my girlfriend and I will never spend money at this paisanos again.
oh. and I mention the price because when was the last time you spent $ 35 on 3 pieces of bread, 6 slices of cheese, two handful of lettuce, and 1 tomato?
Just Terrible.

They make much better pizza than the D or PJ’s and are quick on delivery.

Not only did I have a great meal, the costumer service was excellent. I usually order the delicious stromboli and afterwards reinforced with a compliments of a good choice for a meal. That’s what I like in restaurant. Thanks Paisinos!

Do not order from this company they are rude and do not value the customers. I ordered a calzone and pice of cake, they sent the calzone with out sauce and no silverware to eat with. I was told by someone who answered the phone I must request sauce and silverware when placing my order, I asked if they were going to fix the problem and was told no. I then informed the person I was going to let the Unilocal community know what happened and I was told do what you have to and he hung up the phone on me. I have never had to do this at restaurant I have ordered from in the past and I travel over 180 days a year for work.
You can have the best food in the world but with customer service like that you will never get another dime from me again! I stay here 3 or 4 weeks a year along with 5 other colleagues, I will make sure they know also not to order from your establishment.

We ordered pizza on a whim and were pleasantly surprised!
The thin crust pizza was crisp and tasty, the ingredients were fresh, the sauce wasn’t overwhelming, and the balance was good. The pizza itself was huge, too, and rather affordably priced for the area. No complaints on the food, though I have had better pizza.
The delivery was INSANELY fast — probably the fastest delivery I’ve ever had. Impressive stuff!

Tucked into a strip mall, I’ve passed this place a million times and never thought that I’d actually give it a try. I’m glad I did; it’s a great addition to the list of places that provide good food quickly and at a decent price.
Paisano’s was offering a lunch time special: two slices of pizza and a drink for $ 6. I opted for the standard pepperoni fare and then grabbed a table. Though this is your typical take-​out establishment, they do step it up a notch by bringing your food to your table and offer up real plates and silverware.
My pizza slices were brought out pretty quickly and the waitress explained that they were left in the oven a little longer than usual (though they weren’t burnt) and immediately offered to replace them if they weren’t to my liking. I chose to keep them and they were still very good.
Overall a great spot to grab a quick lunch.

We love Stone Hot Pizza. But we decided to change it up last night and got a large thin crust pie delivered fast with ‘roni, spinach, black olives, & shrooms!
As soon as I saw that pie covered to the edge of the crust, I was impressed. The first bite closed the deal! We ate half then warmed the rest in the oven during NFL Sunday night. It was just as good as the night before!
I’m ‘za’ed out as I’ve had it 3 of the 12 days I’m in town due to my mom being ill. I do see a future showdown between Stone Hot & the «P!»
