I have a strong passion for fixing, repairing & improving the everyday things that simplify our lives. I have been tearing things apart & rebuilding things my entire life. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been a creative & handy person with a very strong work ethic. Combine those elements with my passion for business, and home improvement was such a natural career path for me. I love what I do & nothing makes me happier than witnessing the way a customer smiles when presented with the end results of my hard work. Everyday is a new adventure for me. I look forward to sharing a bit of my passion with you on your next home improvement project.

We had Tim come by to repair a drywall hole in our garage that was made during a repair of a leak.
Tim was great to work with, extremely helpful, and did a great job. He replaced a board that had termite damage and took out the drywall that was water damaged. It now looks brand new, like nothing ever happened.
He was very willing to come back if I was not satisfied with the job, but there was no need!
Will definitely be recommending to any friends that need handyman services.

The only issue with locating a good handyman is receiving a call back. I left a voicemail EARLY Thursday morning for Tim, in the hopes that he would get back with me by day’s end. Unfortunately this is not the case, in fact, I’m still waiting and this is now Saturday.
At what point do you say a handyman should return a potential business opportunity phone call? OR, how long do you wait for said return phone call?
Since this is not an actual business (brick and mortar location) I understand that a handyman has to basically do it all with managing the business, however, a return phone call at least to say «I’m too busy to take on your job» would be greatly appreciated, then I can actually go down the Unilocal list and find someone who can at least return the call and schedule an appointment for a bid or quote.
Going to call someone else on Monday.

Had Tim replace a corrugated paneled patio roof and although a difficult job, he did it beautifully. He is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, VERY organized, friendly and has fair prices. He is worth ever penny! Great guy and worker!

Tim rocks in his professionalism and honest work! He does know what he is doing on projects he has worked on! I’ve had him work on several different small projects. I do real estate sales and property management which means fixing things that tenants sometimes wear-​out faster! I had a property that I had 3 different «handymen» over a period of 2 years «fix» the same problem with cheaply built cabinets in a newer home. They did a temporary fix but the same problem happened. Anyway, Tim fixed their work and it now looks and works great! Best handyman who does small jobs in North County San Diego.

Since moving into our home two years ago Tim has worked a variety of jobs for us (from installing recessed lighting in our kitchen to removing a 20 year old security door with stripped screws). Every job was performed with the highest of quality. Tim is professional, respectful, fair with his pricing, and efficient. We would not hesitate to use him again and we have already referred him to many of our North County friends.

Tim is a skilled and talented Handyman. I have been remodeling my entire home for the past few years and have met a lot of contractors that were only able to do one type of job and then they subcontract everything else. But Tim can fix or install just about anything or else he will refer someone that has a good reputation.
I had him redo my closet pole and shelf, install bathroom lights with dimmers, ceiling fan, flush mount lights, drywall, a new dishwasher and several other projects that I knew he could tackle quicker than me. He is also friendly and will answer any DIY questions and give good advice.
Furthermore, he is professional, efficient, punctual, well-​organized, and resourceful.

We recently moved into a new house and had a few maintenance issues to deal with. Tim handled those quickly and competently. He also installed a wall of shelving for our huge book collection and it turned out exactly as I wanted. He was prompt, honest and takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Tim is awesome. Although I’ve never met him personally, he did some amazing work on our house!!! My boyfriend hired him to do fence repair/​replacement, fence painting, toilet replacement and bird spike installation on our fireplace. He quickly came out and gave us a quote for the work, and was very honest and professional throughout the entire process. He gave us some options to save a little bit of money on the projects, and was able to schedule the work quickly after we approved his quote. He was quite unfortunately rained out on one of the days he had planned to paint, but was right back out to complete the work as soon as the weather allowed.
You can tell he takes pride in the quality of his work, and he completed all of the work on budget and on schedule — which we really appreciated! Tim performed all of the work as promised, despite the fact that we weren’t available to be home/“supervise work” for most of the process. He is honest, professional, hardworking, and very trustworthy.
We’ll definitely contact Tim for the various other items on our «honey-​do» list, as his pricing is very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent.

Tim was amazing! Came in and knocked out a whole kitchen remodel in 3.5 days! Nothing in our kitchen was easy either. Cabinets, counter tops, appliances, plumbing, electrical you name it he did it. Also an amazing price for it! Final price with materials was easily 1000 under the other estimates without any materials added in. Will use him for any and all jobs I have in the future.

I’ve been a landlord for 20 years and have yet to find a handyman that deserved my return business. That is until now! Finally I won’t have to go eeny-​meeny-​miny-​mo through the yellow pages or penny saver anymore. I think I finally found my man. He was nice. He was prompt. He returned my emails immediately.
