I bought some batteries from this location on July 23, I realized we have those size battery at the office, without opening the pack I returned the purchase after 5 minutes. The lady was there with blond hair was so rude she throw the battery on the counter right front of me which wanted to show me she was pissed. I didn’t do anything wrong and you lady that I don’t know your name, it’s your duty to service the customer even if they want to return something.

Everyone of their employees are courtious and helpfull.

I was working in the area and decided to go kill some time and purchase a few things at radio shack. Unfortunately as I type this I am being followed by a store associate. So with that being said I will not be shopping at this radio shack.

If you need help on anything In their please I dearly recommend Gloria .
She has put my self seriously out of dept!!!
She tells you need to hear not what you want to hear .
All other places will tell you how much money you’ll save and all this stuff but she will explain it to you so much .
She is very wise with her words and knows what’s she doing .
I was practically in a dept of $ 1000 and she lowered it down and helped me through me and my family .
So respectful and kind and wants you to leave happy and having a solution to your problem .
I also recommend Tyron, he is the store manager I believe and helps out so much as we’ll. Really great guy and makes sure you get the best deals .
Love this place and 100% recommend .
I don’t care what everyone else in these reviews say but I clearly know how Gloria and Tyron work. And trust me their not going to try to help .

RUDE! Very poor customer service! The people working in there act like they are ones spending money. Will never go in there again and will discourage everyone I know from going there.

Really disappointed in this store. I used to depend on RS for electronic parts and such. Now it’s all gadgets no one needs. Guess I won’t be back.
