I came here to figure out how to change something on my plan, and there was a girl that worked there. All she could refer me to is to call customer service as she put her phone down. I asked her how I could unlock my phone and she again told me that only the phone customer service could help me. She then went on to eat her subway and text on her phone. It was literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had in AT&T. A few days later I went to the Oceanside one off college and they fixed all my issues from in there
