Manager was rude, didn’t look at me or say anything to me, when the cashier asked the manager if I could have a discount on a scratched toy,(which was the cashier’s idea to ask for). Manager grabbed the toy and ran off with it for a long while, held up the line behind us, and came back with an an unscratched one. Cashier handed me a gift receipt, one gift receipt for all the toys we bought. That doesn’t make sense, especially since they are going to different families. Cashier didn’t ask for our rewards card so I didn’t get points for our purchase. Asked where I would find a booster seat and he pointed in the direction it might be in if they had it, but he must have asked a sales person in that department to help us because someone did come and help. I am only going to shop at stores that don’t aggregate me when I am finished, and that doesn’t include ToysRus.

I know it’s near Christmas and having a retail job sucks but come on. No one working wanted to stop what they were doing to help and the cashier was anything but friendly. I have worked crappy jobs in my day it only takes a little extra effort to act like you like your job, especially when I’m spending all my extra money from also working a crappy job for my kiddos to have an awesome Christmas. Toys R Us stores seem a dime a dozen however this particular store has always been super friendly with me. When your military you seem to buy a million gift because it’s always someone you knows kid’s birthday. And… I ain’t gonna lie. I love seeing all the cool crap that I never had as a kid. They even have the tricycles set up so you can see if your kid can reach the pedals.(Not that you should take your kid to entertain them here.). We went there because they had the Radio Flyer Tricycle on sale and it was soooo cute in the flyer. I however had a mini me(literally) and she does not even come close to reaching those pedals. The salesperson cut the cable so we can try it out. I wish I could find my piece of paper with his name. He was so knowledgeable. The only thing I wish that they could change is their online and that isn’t this stores problem. The whole product availablility and shipping to the store sucks. If you have it in your warehouse you can obviously ship to the store so that’s just dumb when you say it isn’t available to ship to the store!

Came in during evening safety check. A nice addition to shopping. It showed me they were doing their part to keep costumers safe.

I had to do some Christmas shopping here, and it was my first time in a Toys-R-Us since I was a little kid fiending for a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure. The place was fairly well kept, and the customer service was solid. They had enough lanes open to keep the lines moving at a decent pace as well. No issues here.
