This place is a nice touch of class to the otherwise downward sliding Fairview Heights. Rick and Diane, the owners, are great and they are very knowledgeable. Olivia’s has a great atmosphere and an awesome selection of wines that you won’t find anywhere else in this area. I used to go to Olivia’s every now and then when they were over by Sports Authority, but then one day I noticed they had«closed shop». I figured they may have went out of business; however, on a recent trip to Best Buy I noticed they had simply moved! So, if you happen to stop by Best Buy, look to the left and go check out Olivia’s! If you enjoy wine or would like to learn about wine, check them out! You won’t be disappointed. Cheers.

This place is so great I almost hate sharing it with everyone… but if you’re a wine drinker, you gotta go here! Fabulous wine selection for any taste, dry to sweet, red or white. The atmosphere is great! Go in on Saturday for free wine tasting every week. Rick always tastes 2 whites and 4 reds, and Diane will help you find anything you want, in any price range for your occasion. I reported inexpensive in the price range guide because they carry wines in every price range, so you control how expensive your trip is. They have added a leather couch«pit» to just sit and hang out and drink a bottle if you want to open one. There’s also a couple other little tables to sit away from the other tasters if you want your own little space. For those of us more social butterflies, there is a great bar with 8 chairs and plenty of room to gather for tasting and socializing. Wine prices are very competitive and some very hard to find wines can be purchased here too. I ran across this place by accident one day and have become a regular. They recently moved and are now located right beside the Pasta House in FH. A must-go-to place for the wine drinker!
