Starbucks

every time I’ve been to this Starbucks the baristas have been super friendly and helpful! they also always shake my matcha water without me asking. the service is impeccable and I’d definitely drive the extra couple miles to get here

We didn’t order any drinks there instead we stopped by for what we thought would be a quick trip to pick up a gift card for a friend’s birthday. Unfortunately the people in front of us and the barista thought it was a reunion of sorts. They spent a few minutes chatting and catching up without paying any mind to customers behind them. When the person who was making the drinks asked me what I wanted to order, when I said I was there for a gift card I was then told the person at the register would help me. Uhh ok, but they’re having a meeting of the minds with the customer ahead of me (that’s what I thought).
This has happened to me at other Starbucks which can be a bit frustrating. I’m all about being friendly with your regular customers etc. but my only request in general is that the employees should be mindful of the customers in line behind them. I mean really its fine to want to chat and catch up but at least do that when you don’t have others waiting. There are polite ways to convey this to the people you want to chat with while working.

Very cozy Starbucks with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Prompt and quick service. Close to the shopping area.

Writing on behalf of a friend who had a very negative experience today with employee named Chris.
*****She came in and ordered a frappé from a female employee. Male employee, Chris, then gave her a hot drink. She told him she ordered a frappé. He said «ooooook I’ll make that for you… the confusion was probably because you said frappé»
She said «what’s the difference?»
he said «you don’t say frappé here. You can say that at McDonald’s, here we say Frappucino» ****
I’ll be avoiding this Starbucks if this is how the employees act…

I like the Starbucks a lot. I’m not sure if they’re just less busy or more efficient but I never have to wait as long for service. Also they are exceptionally good at making whatever beverage I am there to buy #PSL

A larger Starbucks with great location and good customer service. I will add this to one of my favorites Starbucks list. I ordered my usual skinny vanilla latte extra hot. It was exactly to my liking

Awesome staff. Very quick service, smiles all around, friendly. I accidentally spilled my drink and they didn’t sigh or roll their eyes like other places I’ve been to. They quickly helped me clean it up and replaced my beverage even tho they had a line almost out the door.

I have been here a few times. Service is horrible. A couple times they serve the regulars faster than other customers. One of the worst Starbucks locations I have been to.

Love this Starbucks. The employees are always smiling, super polite, and always in a good mood. The drinks come out quickly as well.

Love this location. Always clean and the people so friendly. The only location make my drink 100% correct all the Time.

The staff here are so friendly, sometimes a drink gets messed up but they will always remake it for you if you are unhappy. They remember regulars by name not just by drink which is nice.

Probably my most favorite Starbucks so far!
Lived next to it for 5 years and this was my spot to work at our to mingle with friends.
It’s very spacious and well maintained, clean and well organized.
Has many chairs and arm chairs and several tables outside.
You can hang out there for hours and just work.
The staff is always friendly and fast.
In all these years, they maybe have gotten my order wrong twice, and I consider that normal as we are all just human.
It can get super busy in there since it is a very popular spot (especially around lunch and after work hours).
I just wish I could find a coffee shop like this one day that it is away from busy streets and parking lots… near a park. Ha! Can you imagine how awesome that would be?
But yes, I can highly recommend this place!

I found that this location was a typical Starbucks. The store upholds the Starbucks’ standards. The staff was friendly and efficient. The store has a reasonably large sitting area with a selection of tables and soft leather arm chairs.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I love the staff. They are the reason I go 10 minutes out of my way for coffee. The store is super clean and they always get the drinks right. Friendly staff really makes a store shine and this one has the best all around. Yes, they are young. No, I don’t care. They make the drinks well and they get them out fast with the line out the door. I highly recommend this one to everyone.

I am only giving this store 4 stars because the employees there are wonderful and deserve some recognition but the manager there needs to work on his customer service. Jonathan is always working hard and is always good for a joke! Kevan has such a great attitude towards everyone, you can’t find another like her! Katie is awesome to talk to and her store signs always look fantastic! Adam is always greeting me and making sure I have a good experience. Zel seems to always make my drinks better than anyone else there! Joe is always good for an interesting conversation and and a good laugh! Alex keeps the morning line moving better than anyone else I have seen, he really deserves a promotion for all his hard work!!! And Erin is going to be greatly missed when she leaves in a few weeks!
I have been going to this location for well over a year now and I am there at least once a day if not two or three times. I have only one fairly big complaint about this store. The store manager, Val, is extremely awkward and rude. An incident occurred this past week where I was literally scolded in front of employees and other customers for my specialty drink order, told I couldn’t do that anymore, and then found out later that what I had actually ordered was fine! Why would you treat a customer that way! He has always been rude and has even snapped at me for just saying goodbye to an employee before. He needs to be taught customer service because this is unacceptable from my point of view and I have worked customer service for almost 12 years, including a Starbucks!

Great service where the baristas know how to make your iced skim latte to perfection! They are on top of the game, know how to greet customers with a friendly smile and when your drink is ready, they always say «thank you and have a great day».

I’m not really pleased with this Starbucks. First of all, the service was incredibly slow — it wasn’t during peak hours, and there were only a few people in line, so what’s the issue?
But here’s my main issue: there were all young people working there. Now, I’m young myself and have no problem with people my age, but the lack of professionalism absolutely astounded me. The entire time we were waiting for our drinks, the young girls were complaining about how much they hated making frapps. I’m sorry that my drink order is inconveniencing you, but isn’t that your JOB? Yeah, won’t coming back to this location.

This Starbucks and its employees are friendly, efficient and know how to make a good drink. The location is usually relatively clean — a few debris here and there but nothing that makes you disgusted. Milk bar is kept clean and is always stocked.
My small complaint about this Starbucks is the location itself. It’s at the end of a very popular shopping center, sharing its island of a divided building with a Jason’s Deli. It’s can be pretty frustrating trying to get into the parking lot to begin with because of all the traffic. Then to actually find a space that’s easy to get in/​out of is another task. There is also only ONE way in/​out of this lot — another minor difficulty. Of course, none of this is an end-​all for my Pumpkin Spice addiction. I guess the added effort to get in here makes it taste all the more sweeter? Riiiight…

This is a pretty solid Starbucks. It’s in a busy shopping center, but the wait times are typically under control and the employees are friendly. The store itself is clean and has a good amount of seating, including a long table, which is good for having a quick meeting without feeling crowded. It could use a few more power outlets, but I think that’s a slight on every Starbucks location.
It’s located on the end of the shopping center, so its easy to drive to without needing to navigate through a lot of parking lots.
There’s outdoor seating, which is nice. This location doesn’t have a drive-​thru but I’m okay with that. I feel like those cause a lot of extra congestion and I rarely use them anyway.
I’ve come here during snow storm power outages for a coffee and a cell phone recharge and they’ve been open for business.

Their new lighter roast, Blonde, is only available in the morning. I, unfortunately, arrived in the evening and they were no longer brewing it for the day. But… that’s ok, I just found a «Like A Coupon» for a FREE cup of Blonde Roast. Of course, now I know not to visit in the evening to try and redeem it. But at least I will get it for free!
Located next door to Jason’s Deli, this Starbucks is very spacious, with an abundance of tables and four large overstuffed chairs for really relaxing. The staff was very efficient and pleasant. Place was clean and comfortable. I have seen it when it’s too crowded, but the night I was there it was almost empty. Just a few people scattered around, enough to make it lively.
My Vanilla Latte was perfect for a chilly evening.
