My latte tasted burnt and the cashier looked and acted unhappy to be there. If I’m going to pay $ 4 for a latte, it won’t be here again. I’ll go downstairs to Starbucks instead.

Coffee is great, but they are sometimes so busy not to mention unorganized, drives me insane. I am not by all means against hiring kids in high school or college, but if you are going to take that route to save overhead costs including payroll, make sure to hire a competent manager who can oversee the store activity, customer interaction and revisit the stocks to ensure everything is placed properly. Basic business plan.

I have not had their coffee in years so hopefully my opinion will change. I tried the the sparkling berry black tea and LOVED it. The people here are nice and I like all the extras I see with their iced coffee drinks. I plan on returning and giving the coffee a chance.

As Caribous go, their coffee is not for the hardcore coffee lover. Their coffee tastes cheap and burnt most of the time.
I am a fan of their cold press with white chocolate, however, and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious as well. Try the egg white turkey bacon!

Best Coffee Ever!!!
I work in this mall and would never stand in the lines at Starbucks for their mediocre things called coffee.
I love the people that work at Caribou and they always make my coffee taste amazing,
I get the mint condition with white chocolate!
They will even make a chocolate milk for my son and it’s so good!

I ordered the White Chocolate Mocha hoping to find it’s just like Starbucks but without the long wait in line. It was gross. Won’t be going back.
