I just wouldn’t! HORRIBLE. Looney toons manager was no help either.

Very convenient but when they are busy they are slow. Seems like they only make one drink at a time

What a treat on a hot summer day! The ice cream is what you’d expect– pretty good but not amazing by any means. I got cherry jubilee and there were large pieces of cherry in it which I loved. I think what really got me were the portion sizes(see picture). I mean WOW, what big scoops! And every 31st they have a special deal. Today it was $ 1.31 per scoop so it was an awesome value. And also there’s a deal where if you get 2 or more scoops, you get a free waffle cone. My mom got this and it was more of a waffle bowl and it was gross, very stale. I usually love waffle cones but this was awful. We couldn’t really complain though since it was free. Friendly staff too! There is both indoor and outdoor(tables with umbrellas) seating!

My spouse stopped by this dunkin again to pick up some munchkins. Once again they took forever to take his order then wandered off to do other stuff(for whatever reason since there was nobody else in the store). She totally ignored my husband’s order and pushed it off on someone else who inevitably got it wrong. Such a disappointing store.

I am basing this review on three trips to this location. On the first trip, I was put off by the staff because although they were very friendly, it seemed very chaotic and most of them didn’t seem to know what they were doing and had to get the help of other staff members. On the second trip, the woman at the register told me the sundae i ordered came with three scoops, but when her coworker prepared the sundae, she only gave me two scoops. She eventually gave me an extra scoop when i explained what the woman at the register told me. Then, the actual hot fudge for the sundae was rock solid and not hot or warm. The woman didn’t seem to know how to make the sundae even when i pointed to the picture of it and asked her to make it exactly as it is in the picture. There is definitely a language barrier that made it hard to explain in a way she could understand. The ice cream itself was underwhelming. You can find better tasting ice cream at the supermarket. I’ve tried the jamoca, cherries jubilee, and rum raisin flavors. Of the three, the jamoca was the best. The cherries in the cherries jubilee were large but a strange texture, and the raisins in the rum raisin tasted soggy, peppery, and old. The only redeeming quality about this place is that the staff is friendly, it appears to be clean, and their hours are awesome. The manager was also polite and offered a free sundae on my next visit because i had such a bad experience. I took her up on her offer and although they corrected the hot fudge issue, i won’t be returning.

Seems pretty new, and I think the woman behind the counter had super powers. She could hear my daughter whisper to me what flavor she wanted, seriously I don’t know how she possibly heard what she said. Super quick, super nice.

Worst experience ever, the cashier wasn’t. Even paying attention to what I was ordering, and I should’ve known this was a bad location since the last before me had issues with her order as well. It was very clear that they did not have a process or communication was not there as a team. Everyone was doing their own thing. I ordered 2 donuts and coffee, I was able to just got my coffee. Then I had to ask for my donut, as the line increased to 10 people, then I had to ask for my donut again, and just realized how disorganized they were. Did not need my second donut. Will never go here again.

Came here on a Friday night with my son for a mom and son date. The service was really great. The gentlemen took his time with our order. I originally wanted the warm brownie sundae however they were out of brownie which was a huge bummer however I settled for a sundae with a scoop of fat free strawberry yogurt with melted chocolate fudge. We also asked for nuts but they were also out. I love this location since it’s half Dunkin donuts too.

Got the best service and efficiency of any DD I’ve been to. Staff was accurate with my order and upgraded to the 2-dozen deal with in-house coupon. After running 3 miles, this place definitely was my reward.

I’m a big fan of DD’s in general, but this location is AWFUL. It’s convenient so I keep going, but they have gotten my order wrong(iced coffee with 1 cream and no sugar… how hard is that) EVERY time I’ve been there except ONCE. I always seem to go when the same girl is working the register and she’s completely incompetent. This morning 3 people in front of me also had incorrect orders — according to the other employees’ yelling, it was apparent that she hadn’t entered things correctly on the register. I was excited to see Dunkin’ finally getting a location that’s on my way to work… but am very disappointed.

Staff very friendly and patient(especially when my 5 year old changed his mind about the flavor of ice cream and type of cone about 5 times). Nice location and plenty of seating inside and out. The store was very clean and quiet.

The staff is friendly, but today when I walked in I was ignored for several minutes because a «new manager» who didn’t care what anyone else had done in the past was yelling at the employees who did not seem to be doing anything to aggravate her. Unprofessional. I feel sorry for the staff that works under her. It makes sense that they’re hiring. Must be a high turnover under her. My only regret is not standing up to her for them.

Really happy to see this addition to the Fair Lakes shopping area. Starbucks could use a little friendly competition from time to time. Service varies depending on when you choose to stop by… I find it’s busiest in the mornings and early afternoon. Donuts are always fresh and the coffee can’t be beat. Staff is pretty friendly and make sure you’re leaving satisfied.

Yes, Dunkin’ is your usual donut chain, and sometimes, you can find an area for Baskin’ ice cream. BUT, this location is awesome! I’ve visited them twice and both times, their customer service is outstanding. On my last visit, we even had the nice experience of being up-sold to a full dozen because of an in-house coupon! HA, not that I need another cake calorie to fill my belly but I couldn’t resist a bargain! They also have an array of donuts any time of the day. Other Fairfax Cty locations start to dwindle in their selection by 2ish. This location has a full variety from their cakes to their bite size holes. My favorite is the Blueberry cake. I can be assured that this little cake gem will always be tasty and fresh.

I have been a frequent customer with my children who love both the ice cream and donuts. Service is extremely inconsistent — depending on who is helping behind the counter the service can be adequate to downright incompetent We were there the first few opening days, my kids wanted a chocolate munchkin(1 per kid for a total of 2). The lady behind the counter said they always give 1 munchkin to children for free. Great I thought! Next few visits it was the same, until one Sunday I asked and the lady behind the counter told me «she never heard of that»…another time I asked for a box of 25 munchkins — I said«give me 20 chocolate» and the rest the jelly donut type. We purchased some ice cream cups and sat outside and I opened the box and there were almost no chocolate munchkins. I brought it back and spoke with a man who seemed to be the manager, he swapped them out no problem, but rolled his eyes when I replied to his question of who had served us. Today, I went in for 1 kids cup of ice cream — nothing else — repeated«cup» at least 2 times and lo and behold we’re given a cone. Another time I asked for 2 cups of cookies and cream and was given 2 cups of rum raisin! As I stated, some of the staff are very nice and fast — other times if they are busy, be prepared to wait. Too bad, it’s a great location and a real money maker if managed properly. Quality is good, a little overpriced but that’s for all the BR in general.

Cute location… nice staff but their smocks looks filthy. Please provide them with extra aprons to change in throughout the day. Nothing worse than ordering food from a filthy looking cook/baker. Appearance is everything. Staff should always look clean and polished when handling food.

Have had better experiences lately! Maybe it was just growing pains there for a while… Ice cream is great, and who doesn’t love dunkin?
